Tier Harribel, one of the strongest Espada’s within Aizen’s army is known for her strong powers. Even after Aizen’s defeat, she was the one to take up seat in order to keep everything in check. With that in mind, Tier is one of Bleach’s better looking characters, and this cosplay definitely reflects the minimalist looks and feel of her power.

This cosplay is a little old, about two or three years, but the fact that it still holds up really well is great.
