Sword Art Online II episode 15 has aired and it is surprisingly good, after a seemingly finished arc of Death Gun and the Phantom Bullet, we join Kirito in a journey to find the Excalibur blade. We see Sinon join a party group including Kirito and his friends to find the blade when they arrive at an exclusive quest no one has stumbled upon. 

Sword Art Online II episode 15 is actually surprisingly, after the stupid recap episode last week, there had to be something new we could see. I’m not entirely sure if this is part of the novel but I think it’s a good idea for the animators to pursue.

The fact that Kirito knew about the Excalibur before someone could find it meant that he’s definitely someone who knows the ins and outs of the game. I also believe that his group will definitely fight the man behind the Excalibur.

The series seems to be going up again in action, seeing Kirito in his norm with a dual wield style is something I’ll enjoy seeing. A good start for the series once more, I can’t wait for next week’s Sword Art Online II 16, titled “The King of the Giants”
