As part of the 30 Day Anime Challenge, this post covers Day 3 of what my favorite anime male character is. From all the anime’s I’ve watched, there are antagonists and protagonists which play a large part of many anime’s, usually battling it out in seeing who is the best.
As the title clearly mentions, evil character can’t be favorites right? Well… No. As part of the 30 Day Anime Challenge, I’ve spent a few days thinking of a favourite character which I believe will suffice for this post, but the problem is that I don’t really have one favorite character which I believe to be my favorite.
So what I’ve done is turned the question on its head and instead of picking a protagonist, which is most likely what most people would pick, I will be choose someone who I believe to be the greatest antagonist who ever lived.
From the options available from the anime’s I’ve watched, such as Madara, Obito or Kaguya from Naruto series, Titans from Attack on Titan, Zeref from Fairy Tail, any of the Admiral in One Piece. There are just a large number of enemies one could pick.
Being one of the craziest antagonist in such an anime, I believe that Aizen Sosuke is possibly the greatest character any anime would love to have. The sheer diversity of Aizen in Bleach showed that such a character who obtained the trust of many other Captains and called out the whole Gotei 13 to fight against his own forces showed that he is not someone to take lightly.
A lot of fans of Bleach saw Aizen as the strongest enemy in the series, and when Ichigo obtain his Final Getsuga Tensho and battled against the Godly Aizen, they were satisfied with the fact that Bleach has seen its strongest enemy that they thought it was the best ending Bleach could have.
The fact that Aizen was taken down and imprisoned was a good indication that fans immediately were ready to acknowledge that Aizen was indeed a godly antagonist. Many even thought that it would be a good way for the anime and manga to end due to the fact that there would no longer be another enemy.
Further to this, the biggest reason why Aizen is my favorite male character is the fact that he is someone who is so resourceful and clever that no one in the Gotei 13 alone can go up against him and win. Even against an opponent who is so strong, for example Zaraki, Aizen wouldn’t have a lot of trouble against him.
On top of being a character who is both strong mentally and physically, he is someone who is relied upon by other. While Gotei 13 currently tries to stand their ground against the Quincy, Aizen is personally requested by Shunsui for his ability to fight, even while most of his body is restricted, he can still fight.
Honestly, Aizen is such a fantastic character, he is someone who can add value in terms of awesomeness and craziness to any manga panel or anime. For this reason, currently Aizen is my favorite character. Anyways, who is your favorite male character? Go ahead and comment down below telling us all about your favorites.

Aizen is definitely a very good villain. I do enjoy seeing him and how influencing he is to the series. But I never once thought Bleach would end when Ichigo defeated Aizen. You already know Sunite, but my favorite villain I’d Yhwach. He is so evil, dominating, and powerful than I like him alot.

Yhwach might be stronger, but Aizen is the true antagonist, he is the real god! He will kick Yhwach’s butt lol.

I kinda think it’s the other way around lol. Its just my opinion. But I truly believe Yhwach is better. Sense he actually is a God, while Aizen needed the Hogoyku to become one. He was born that way. I will say Aizen is better at mental warfare and manipulation. While Yhwach is better military leader and more powerful.

Okay okay, I have to agree with you here, even if Yhwach is strong as hell, Aizen is currently not on his level. However, Yhwach did previously ask Aizen to join his army, he saw a large potential in him that he could have used in his armies, however Aizen already has his own thing with the Hollows and what not. Just goes to show that Yhwach did heavily consider the potential of Aizen, even if his not as strong as Yhwach.

Oh yes that’s definitely true. Just like Ichigo, Zaraki, and two unknown individuals, Yhwach considers Aizen a war potential. He wasn’t surprised that Aizen refused. I remember he said he had a long time to make his choice. Just whne he had Gremmy fight Zaraki, and Liltotto’s crew tried to kill him, Yhwach has a plan for to deal with him. Same with the Royal Guard, he sent his Schutzstaffel to fight them, and he fought Ichibei himself. So most likely he will fight Aizen himself. If anything, I have a feeling Yhwach will free Aizen from Mayuri’s binds.

If he frees Aizen from his binds, won’t Aizen just turn on Yhwach and take his power? Or try atleast.

Turn on him, definitely, sense he isn’t even on his side, and he will try to kill him sense he wants to be the Soul King, and Yhwach currently is. I don’t think Aizen can absorb powers like Yhwach can. I do know Yhwach isn’t gonna absorb anymore cause he already absorbed Mimihagi and Soul King.

If he can get his hands on the Hogyoku, could that absorb the power and allow for Aizen to use it like that?

Oh, I’m not sure. Where is the Hogoyku?? I know Aizen doesn’t have it. I always thought it makes its master and anyone he/she choices to evolve to their limit. Like current Aizen, the Arrancar, Orihime and Chad. I guess he could do it like that, but I doubt Yhwach Will Use Or Needs The Hogoyku. I always thought after seeing what Yhwach can do, Kisuke and Aizen created it so they can mimic what Yhwach can do fot his Quincy, but for Shinigami and Hollow.

Hmm Maybe, not quite sure where it is, although if i was to guess maybe it’s in Mayuri’s labs? Somewhere hidden or in a room closed to everyone but him.

Really! He’s awesome, I watched his episodes when he was still one of the great navy pirates. He was amazingly strong.

And my favorite anime character so far is definitely Yato, about aizen, he was never really defeated by Ichigo, Urahara just trapped him, if Granada hadnt shown up, Aizen would’ve probably won

While it’s true Kisuke did seal Aizen away, he wasn’t winning the fight either. Ichigo was overwhelming him, and his final Getsuga was Overkill. Plus, the Hogoyku deemed him not his master right when his Zanpakuto disappeared. So either way Aizen wasn’t going to win cause he would keep evolving and reach his limit and be cast away by the Hogoyku.

Aizen was Awesome and easily one of the best villains! I’d say that Grimmjow’s my favorite Bleach enemy, but if he doesn’t count anymore, then certainly Aizen. I agree, villains can absolutely be great characters. After all, my favorite character of all time is Bass and that’s never changed for me through all these years. It’s why my avatar on literally every account that I have across dozens of sites is this iconic Bass picture. He’s just too Awesome! My favorite hero is a Much tougher question and I’d probably lean towards Train Heartnet at the moment, but Vegeta and Ryoma make it really close. It’s much more of a toss up. Looking forward to who you select as your favorite female anime character. It’s not a question that I’ve given a whole lot of thought yet. Some obvious ones for me would be Dorothy, Slur, Harribel, etc, but I’ll make sure to just pick one as my favorite by then. Gotta watch some AMVs and then think on it!

Bass, I’ve not seen a lot of him but I need to YouTube him and see his power. In terms of female, I think I will have to spend some time thinking of all the animes and explain why they might be a favourite, this is going to be hard imo.

I didn’t know we had to pick a female antagonist as well. I guess I have to say Lust from full metal alchemist. I also liked Harribel as well. Even though she’s not really a villain.

Absolutely! It’s a little easier when you’re just thinking of the best for one series like Asuna in SAO or Erza in Fairy Tail, but thinking of the best one across all of anime…it’s quite the tough task!

Yeah, I’ll also be interested in seeing who you choose! I expected Bach and I’d assume that the zombie girl or Harribel may make it if this was just Bleach, but across all of anime, it’ll certainly be interesting!

I’m not surprised you know my choices for Bleach. I actually have alot for Bleach. Giselle and Harribel are one of them. But yup wait till the next day to see who I like.

Ulquiorra was my favorite, since out of the other espada he was the one who “killed” Ichigo and forced him into his second transformation. But Aizen would have to be the best antag in Bleach, because honestly after he was captured, Bleach was never quite the same

I’ve got to be honest. i trully agree that Yhwach is a god. he is stronger than aizein my opinion.
But Aizen uas been the most godly character presented by Kubo.
In themanga during Aizen’s arc, Aizen was proven to be a god.Even now, whem Aizem was brought back it was said in quote “The god arrives” or.has been awakened.
Im terms of fighting the only person that I’ve seen Yhwach deal with swiftly has be Zaraki. Though we don’t know how swift it was. However for Aizen, he seemed to deal.with his opponent nearly as soon as it began. He wouldn’t be aboe to be Ichibei but he would have had a good plam(probably wouldn’t work but good). He also seemed be more strategic than Juha Bach though it can be outruled by the fact that Yhwach plan was more likely to work bit were never detailed. Aizen planned it well despite who lost or won. It did not matter to Yhwach because no matter who dies he gets stronger.
This is why Aizen is my favourite character.

sorry but for naruto, i’d say nagato. He is one of the most naturally strongest character. up till now though the manga is over. i think he is among the top six strongest.

I think the most natural strongest character was Hashirama IMO, thou i agree with u about Nagato being the coolest villain in Naruto he is among the strongest characters narutoverse.. i rank him 9th in listing with addition of Haruma & arguably Indra & Asura being above in ur listing..
