A week ago I setup a poll to find out who you think we’ll see win between a final battle between Naruto Uzumaki and Sasuke Uchiha. The votes have come in and it’s very surprising how they turned out, let’s go ahead and discuss a little about the poll and set some opinions straight.
Naruto vs Sasuke by Hvostik
Let’s start by mentioning that during the latest Naruto manga chapters we’re seeing the situation where Naruto and Sasuke are going to battle. Sasuke wishes to give the world a fresh start by getting rid of the Tailed beasts as well as killing the Five Kage’s. He understands that by doing this, there will be a revolution created by himself in which he’d like to use it to start a new world where everyone is free from burdens and hatred, thus everyone living in peace.
However we see Naruto step in to mention that it all ends here. It’s difficult to say how Naruto will end it as he definitely doesn’t want to kill Sasuke, however seeing as Naruto wants to keep the current world and become Hokage and change the world too. It’s hard to say which side is correct. However from the poll alone, we can see a clear distinction. Here are the hard facts.
From over 700 votes, 75% of them thought Naruto Uzumaki would win, while the rest of the 25% thought Sasuke Uchiha would win the battle. A very shocking result indeed, seeing as Naruto received over 550 votes to win, he seems to be a popular contender to win. The official poll can be seen below:
Personally, I believe that Sasuke at this point has a massive advantage since he received both chakra and Rinnegan from Hagoromo, which are very significant since Sasuke has the capabilities to do whatever he pleases, he took control of all Tailed Beasts in mere moments and performed the Chibaku Tensei on 9 different Tailed Beasts which requires a huge amount of chakra.
On the other hand, we see Naruto looking bruised and tired from all the fighting he’s done from the beginning of the war. We might not notice it, but he’s been fighting all this fight, from giving everyone his chakra, to going up against Obito, battling Madara and even going up against Kaguya! He’s also received a lot of chakra from Hagoromo, on top of which he has chakra from Half a Nine Tails.
Mentioning all of this makes me think that Sasuke seems to have the upper hand in this battle, and since he mentioned that Naruto is the only person in his way, we’re definitely gearing up for a battle in next week’s Naruto 693. However on top of all of this, I’d like to hear from everyone here what your thoughts are, you may have voted however now I’d like to know why you voted for either Naruto or Sasuke. Naruto has been the protagonist of this series, he’s awesome and strong. It may seem likely but it also seems as though the manga/anime will end soon. What if this is the first battle he loses just before the manga ends? Maybe? Seems unlikely though lol

Of course naruto is going to win lol…I don’t even know why they showed us the character designs for the final movie..sasuke will die..and sakura will be sakura<– I hope she changes though..needs to marry her best friend Ino already

Hell yes…lol I really like how hinata loves him but he’s so damn dumb sometimes like man up and tell this girl that you know..and I remember that waterfall scene of her practicing that defensive jutsu (supposedly naked) and naruto watching her..I know he somewhat likes her back..and sakura idk what to feel its like women period will always be secondary to men..I hate it but it’s true..but she’s the character with the most growth to me ability wise..but she still has that weird-sasuke-i-want-you bullshit..I would have broke his face when he tried that shit back when they were trying to stop him from attacking old man 5th hokage

Haha I completely agree with what you’ve said. Sometimes some characters do piss me off, especially Sakura with her weakness of Sasuke. But then theres another part of me saying that Sakura is just being herself, even if she is annoying.

Lol..annoying personalities..you know I was pretty pissed with sakura and ino..with the whole fighting over sasuke..if you were to throw away a great friendship for a man/woman that doesn’t want you.. you need to be slapped!!..but seriously I hope this final movie will be good and emotional but not too emotional..and them babies lol I want to see temari and shika’s child..or kiba’s wife

Hahah that would certainly be something awesome. You are once again correct, it’s nothing to fight over, they’re just stupid kids. Plus I hope it’s not the last movie. Even if it’s titled “The Last” I hope it’s not, hoping for it to be related to something else. Ohhh it would be awesome to see the children and wifes and who ended up with who and what happened next type of thing.

Hahah Sai being an asexual would be weird! I don’t see Ino and Chouji but definitely see Temari and Shikamaru,they’re perfect for each other. Rock Lee and Tenten maybe 😛 What about Kakashi???

I have no idea about kakashi..maybe someone we don’t know would be his wife..and I don’t think tenten likes Lee like that but she could have changed here view after neji’s death..sad that he and her didn’t exchange any moments while he died..but I don’t see ino with anyone else lol

Hmmm it will be a hard match between 2 friends….but I think sasuke has the upper hand..maybe Naruto gets defeated in 2-3 chapters than… soon downfall of sasuke comes…. I’m just me?

Hmm If this does happen, what kind of downfall will come to Sasuke, he seems undefeatable at this point and Hagoromo can’t do much at this point.

I know nothing about the series, but voted Naruto as the book has his name on it 🙂 The other guy having the advantage means nothing, as many stories setup for the underdog to triumph against the odds.

Otaku Judge, I understand ur comment since u said u are new to the series. The fate of the Ninja World depends on the outcome of that battle so it CANT end in a draw. I honestly think Naruto will win. He has to. And Sasuke will not die, he might lose tho’. Else, the whole ‘I-never-go-back-on-my-word’ mantra of Naruto wud av been for nothing. Maybe Sakura will get together wv Rock Lee, he still likes her, and maybe Yamato will come back. I wanna see Hinata and Naruto get together. Something else I wanna see even more than that is Kakashi-sensei’s face. I hope everything ends happily, it always does wv Shonen Jump. If either Sasuke or Naruto dies, I dnt think its a happy ending.

I honestly cant predict whos gone win. I mean naruto is no slack in the fighting department, he did take on ka-what what, six paths mother, all alone for a while. As for sasuke, his looking pretty damn strong hy and on top of that we have seen him fight and kill, not deat no, no way , kill. If it was real-life i would say sasuka wins hands down but because its anime mhmm its anyones guess i surpose

I agree with everyone that Naruto Will win, but I definitely voted for Sasuke. See, I think that Sasuke Should win even if I think that Naruto will win. The series is called Naruto and the hero can’t lose to end the series, but Sasuke should win for the reasons that Sunlite mentioned above. Naruto is a powerful ninja on his own, but Sasuke just outranks him at this point. He’s had more time to save up his stamina and his eye jutsus are extremely powerful at this point. I don’t see him losing in a true fight.

If Naruto was to win, it would be along the lines of Naruto somehow persuading him with words, nothing more nothing less. Power vs Power, Sasuke would win any day.

well i also voted for sasuke cause it has no meaninq when indra bla bla bla ends up defeated twice,and as for naruto he miqht have an upper hand cause the series is based on him but sasuke with the full susanoo and the abilities of the reninqan and naruto without kurama
well haqoromo said all the bijuu chakra are in naruto but it’s completely useless riqht from start we’ve always seen naruto and kurama while sasuke is a one man mopo
i don’t see the chances which naruto will use to defeat sasuke,but it’s left to kishi to deceide…..maybe he will allow naruto awaken minato’s abilities or ashua abilities?who knows sasuke all the way

I’ve got this vague feeling that Naruto will from some Ten-Tails mode from having all the tailed beasts in him or that he’ll be able to immediately break them out due to being linked to them or being able to absorb them all through the Chibaku by letting them manifest all of their chakra inside Naruto. It would also be cool if Naruto created miniature tailed beasts, about the size of Akamaru (whats his faces dog) and have all their abilities. Almost like Menma’s 9 beasts. Although Sasuke has an advantage Naruto will definitely unlock some super power or something to just boost him up.

naruto still has minatos kurama and if i remember well it is more stronger than naruto‘s since minato sealed the larger part of kurama inside himself.sasuke could be powerful but naruto has more chakra than him and the beasts combine since he has his own+10 tailed beasts+hagoromos sage chakra .come to think of it even itachi was scared of jiraya back then and also naruto has kyuubi mode which can produce infinate number of hands to strip susanoo of its armour hence it just comes down to narutos chakra vs sasukes rinnegan.

lol i also think none of them will die but come to think of it if sasuke lose to naruto it means indra is hopeless and useless cause most of all his bla bla bla awaken some new abilities and still end up dead,so if naruto kill sasuke he will not be able to end d tsukuyomi all by himself so i’m also given them a draw

Sasuke can’t beat Naruto even when he’s sealed the tailed monters and absorb Naruto’s chakra, Naruto still got him and can fight. Most of Sasuke’s power is eyes. He really used his eyes too much more than Itachi even Itachi has Mangekyou eyes first and last longer. Sasuke’s Mangekyou is updated because the give. He almost blind, remember? Even the power of Rinnegan is a give too. I’m not say that Naruto doesn’t has a give but he doing so many training and fight with his hardworker mentality, Sasuke just count on his eyes. Also, Naruto is stronger and faster than Sasuke.
