Bleach 576 finally reveals Zaraki’s Zanpakuto name to be Nozarashi, an awesome name for a deadly blade, on top of this we see Zaraki face not only one but two Gremmy’s as the original has dreamt up a second Gremmy for Zaraki to play with. Zaraki is absolutely loving his situation and he’s giggling with every sentence, he even gets really happy after being faced with an upcoming fiery meteorite, he is confident that he’d destroy it.
Bleach 576 begins as Gremmy thinks about a few thinks to which he himself doesn’t know the type of expression he’s expressing. He doesn’t know however he feels that it’s an amazing expression. Zaraki goes for the attack when Gremmy blocks it however Zaraki gets through and cuts him to which he mentions that his tricks won’t work.
Zaraki can’t move his sword when a large hand appears above Zaraki to which it crushes him. However Zaraki cuts through the arm and at the same time Gremmy’s wound show when Zaraki mentions that he was too late. Gremmy notices that he took too long in healing himself, to which it could eventually cost him his attacks.
In that window, Zaraki will be more than happy to cut him again and again. Zaraki does this multiple times, to which he notices that Zaraki has no hesitation, he thinks that he can win against Gremmy. He begins to think how he could actually lose. Zaraki mentions that he’s stopped resisting, could he actually be imagining himself losing.
Gremmy realises that he nearly imagined himself dead. Thanks to Zaraki’s speech he was able to erase his own death. Gremmy mentions that he will regret giving him a second chance. Gremmy quickly creates a clone type to which he mentions that he will show him his most powerful technique, which he explains that it’s not a close, he then mentions that through imagination he can create life.
One Gremmy is pushed back and neither one can die. He mentions that the power of imagination has been doubled! We see a massive rock like object up in the sky to which Gremmy reveals to be a meteorite. He mentions that all of Seireitei will disappear as well.
Gremmy quickly mentions that he shall be the only one standing there. Zaraki brings his most happy smile out to mention that he’s never sliced something like this before. He mentions that he’s very excited about this then quickly mentions his awesome Zanpakuto’s name, Nozarashi (Storm Scarred). Bleach 576 ends here.
What a crazy chapter, we’ve finally learnt the name of Zaraki’s Zanpakuto name, he’s finally talked to it and now they’re about to cut a very hard substance, let’s see if they can actually do it next week’s Bleach 577 chapter, this should definitely be awesome!

When zaraki fought unohana, i saw unohana show his true nature like a blood thirdsty, then zaraki quickly attack him. Unohana easily dogde his attack and faster strike back, zaraki didn’t realize unohana will almost kill him..now zaraki got his newfound power and zanpakuto name..i dont think zaraki will control his shikai and his bankai yet..what do you think sunite and nick ..do you understand what i’m talking about 😀

Well Jugram Haschwalth, I think that Zarakis personal power to get stronger when he is close to death gives a hint to Nozarashi ‘ s powers. Yes Retsu did fight and defeat Zaraki so many times and healed him and kept on doing it until he was finally he true strength to actually fight and injure her. I mean I bet their entire took almost a day. I mean the only other Shinigami we have seen to fight almost a day without stopping was Yamamoto. To me, that proved Retsu had power to rival Yamamoto. I don’t believe he has Bankai yet. But seems to me he can defeat Gremmy with his Shikai. He still has his Reiatsu Seal Patch. So to me Gremmy doesn’t seem to be as strong as Retsu sense Zaraki is technically holding back. He could use his Shikai but probably not fully control it like with Rukia.

Zaraki bankia might not even change form, it’s just a funny feeling I have. The sword as it is so uneven and kinda deformed is much cooler and it resembles Zaraki brut strength thus changing is hard.

Not just that. Zaraki has not spoken to his zanpakuto is so long, it makes sense that his Shikai form is so worn out and rugged because the Zanpakuto ‘ s Reiatsu isn’t flowing in the sword like they should. Even when his battle with Ichigo broke it, Zaraki combined his Reishi with the swords Reiatsu and it didn’t look nice and sharp. Even though it is.

kenpachi doesnt need his bankai (assuming he has one) because his seal wen removed releases power that could be mistaken for bankai(thats just how powerful this guy is) i think his shikai alone maybe enough to defeat gremmy because kenpachi is now the most powerful shiningami in the seireitei , if his eye patch were to be removed gremmy wont even have a chance to blink and he wldnt like it if he killed his opponent so easily,so i think we have at least 4 more chapters ahead coz kenpachi will make an effort to fight his opponent for as long as possible before he kills him

Well he might not need Bankai now. But later during the war the Wandernreich will introduce Quincy that are at Royal Guard level. And we a know how powerful Yhwach is, so at some point he is gonna need it. Cause he is stronger than Gremmy, but if he fought Yhwach now he’d probably lose.

Hmm is Zaraki is stronger than all other Shinigami, then the Royal Guards are specialized in their techniques and are much stronger. And Gremmy is the same, just like Zaraki, and there is Royal Quincy Guards. Hmm I still see no evidence that there are any Royal Quincy Guards.

You said “Gremmy won’t even have a chance to blink” when Zaraki uses his full power, correct? And w/ this chapter, I realized that Gremmy’s power is all about his “mindset” and if he either has no time to think or is distracted, then he’s very defenseless.
I also think Nozarashi will be an elemental type but pretty simple in description, after all, this IS Capt. Zaraki we’re talking about here, he’s never been the type to get into detail and is a pretty straightforward guy.

well I think Zaraki is still fooling around, I’m pretty sure he is just testing his new powers and zanpakutou in a real life and death situation. it’s more like a warm up to him.
this is wat I think Zaraki did. he decided to use his old reiatsu to see how powerful he would have been if he would have known his zanpakutou’s name before he fought unohano that’s why he went to the fight with a rusty and worn out zanpakutou. so right now he is just comparing how powerful he really become.
I bet when he finally defeat gremmy, his shikai won’t be in its full power. according to zangetsu if sum1 trust in their own power and ability, they hurt the other partner. thats why Zaraki’s zanpakutou is dull. so this tells me that the reason why his zan is still like that is bcos right now zaraki is still playing around b4 allowing his zanpakutou into action.

so in others words all zanpakutou should be sharp not dull if they are in complete synchronizing with their master’s reiatsu. so that’s not really Zaraki’s true sealed state zanpakutou. and I believe that even though Zaraki is a captain, when he finally release his zanpakutou it will never go back to it sealed state like zangetsu. bcos unlike most zanpakutou, when they are released there is an enchantment but Zaraki is plain just like zangetsu.

i think so too he is just messing around,he has not unleashed his real power,old habits die hard and he still holds back when he swings his sword,
as for royal guard level quincies i dont think those exist, we know that the royal guard are more powerful than even yamamoto,i mean come on rukia and company spent jus a week wit these guys and look at them now,they are super shiningami. i bet royal guard is at least twice if nt 4 or 5 times as powerful as a yamamoto and we know that juha is the most powrrful quincy but was more or less on the same level as yamamoto before as he cld nt kill the old bastard without stealing his bankai, he did say that a quincy has to be at the same level or above inorder to steal bankai, so with that said i dnt think any one is on royal guard level, unless all quincies die and juha absorbs their power

I think so. I know it’s too soon to tell. But I seriously doubt Yhawch can take on The Royal Guard and the surviving Shinigami by himself. I truly do. Plus too me it’s boring if they all fight Yhawch at once. That’s like when all those Leaders from the Ninja Nations fought Madera and they lost right? Sorry I don’t follow Naruto that much. I truly believe The Royal Guard have rival Quincy oppenents.

but what I don’t understand is that if the Royal guards are as powerful as you make them to be, what made aizen blive that he can infiltrate the soul king’s palace with just espandas and win? was aizen stupid to think that or he was just over his head. I highly doudt that bcos with exception or urahara, aizen is one of the most intelligent characters we have ever seen. plus aizen knew the capabilities of the royal guard. so my guess is royal guards are not as strong as you think.
yamamoto was a monster so I’m not sure if the Royal guards are 2 or 3 times powerful let alone stronger than him. but here is a question, could.a royal guard beat aizen at his base form? base form I’m mean when he was still using his own abilities without the assist of hokiogu. he defeated alot of captain class soul reapers with just a shikai. and he made it look like walking in the park while he was doing it

Interesting question! 😉 Well, Aizen was using The Arrancar to delay the Shinigami. I man he is more powerful than all of them. And yes I can take down multiple Captian Level Shinigami/Visord with just his Shikai. And yes he is a sexy evil genius. And the Hokyoku was the thing that made him into a “god” that he sees himself. He wanted to create a Royal Guard member with his Reiatsu. But he didn’t because Ichigo fought and defeated him. I bet he was gonna create a clone of Kirio sense he found out about the Royal Guard from her promotion In 1901. And I consider them so strong is because Shunsui said they’re total strength surpasses the entire Gotei 13. And he is not one to lie about stuff like that. He even said he couldn’t teach Zaraki Zanjutsu because when he reaches his full potential strength he couldn’t train him because he’s not strong enough. But he let Retsu do it because she is stronger. And she invited Zanjutsu anyway. And yes we haven’t seen the Royal Guard fight yet so my opinions are most likely wrong, but I still stand by what I said. I do think the Royal Guard are at Yamamoto, Retsu, Aizen, and Zarakis level. Now if Aizen could defeat a Royal Guard member with his powers I don’t know. But I kinda doubt it a little. I mean they will be severely injured, but not defeated.
And They haven’t actually said of Aizen new what the Royal Guard ‘ s individual abilities were. Plus the soul king didn’t even Consider Aizen a threat, he just let the Gotei 13 handle it. That shows me that by himself, Aizen couldn’t do a thing. The only ones that made the Royal Guard appear was the Vandereich, and the 8th Kenpachi, Soya Azashiro, who’s zanpakuto made himself fused with his surroundings. Or technically his Bankai. But he was overpowered by the Royal Guard and even gave up because he new he couldn’t win. I believe they can rival the four Shinigami I said. And I can literally feel it that the Wandernreich have Quincy rivaling the Royal Guard.

well NICK DUNN I will like to disagree with you there, all zanpakutou have the same principles. unless what zangetsu told ichigo during his fight with Zaraki was a lie. Zaraki continually hurt nozarashi with his reiatsu bcos he never acknowledged him or her as his partner. he trusted to much to his own power and that blinded and made him deaf, he couldn’t hear the cries of nozarashi. I think kubo did this just to make us fans see the old zaraki we love fights one more time. this gremmy dude is not in the level of Zaraki, I mean he killed unohano while in bankai with just without his shikai. unless if kubo want to tell us that this gremmy dude is stronger than unohano’s bankai that Zaraki needs his shikai to kill him.
Nozarashi will never stay rusty That I bet. it will be like zangetsu. Zaraki and ichigo both have problem sensing reiatsu and they also have large amount of reiatsu so in return they can’t seal their swords. so next week we are going to see new nozarashi but not in full power

That is also true yes. And Zaraki did defeat Retsu while in her Bankai. But remember, she kept fighting and defeating and nearly killing him over and over and over until he reached his full potential. I bet she was very tired when she used her Bankai, same with Yamamoto when he used up most of his Strength fighting Driscoll and Royd. I do consider Yhawch stronger that him though. And I highly doubt Gremmy is stronger than Retsu. He may be very powerful, but from what I see his imagination can’t defeat Zaraki over hundred times and not take a break like Retsu did with just her Sealed Zanpakuto.

Again I doubt that. Yamamoto was the oldest Shinigami and founder of the Gotei 13. I always thought that no one was stronger than him. Even Aizen said he wasn’t. Until the Royal Guard was introduced and Retsu and Zarakis power as well. For me, it’s harder to imagine a Arrancar or Fullbringer to be at Royal Guard level. And their aren’t any. Just senior Captain level. But not Quincy. Quincy have always been rivals of the Shinigami. They have been there fighting each other for so long. And they are the only spiritual beings other than other Shinigami that have defeated and killed Shinigami in Bleach. Other than Ulquiorra almost killing Ichigo, have any Arrancar or Fullbringers actually kill Shinigami? Nope. Quincy? Fuck ya! Why is it so weird for me to assume Yhawch could have Quincy In his Empire that could rival himself?
And the Soul King didn’t order the Royal Guard to attack the Vandereich, even though they could most likely defeat the Stern Ritter. Whose to say Yhawch didn’t order these Quincy to stay put somewhere in the Shadow Region until they can invade the Soul King Palace or bring the Royal Guard to them. And yes he is the king and most likely the strongest, but you never know. Why can Yamamoto have Shinigami that rival his strength, but not Yhawch? Why can Yamamoto have other Shinigami that were the original Gotei 13 here today, but not Yhawch? And whose to say these Royal Guard level Quincy weren’t the Quincy Survivors from the first 1000 year Blood War and escape to the Seireitei and create the Shadow Region from the Reishi in shadows? the reason why i think the royal guard are so powerful, those healing springs look at wat they did to ichigo and company, these guys are as old as yamamoto(at least some of them) however they have greater powr since they have to protect the soul king(aka soul society itself) in order to protect him they have to be stronger than the normal senior captainlevel guys, hence they eat reatsu based food and healing springs increased their powers,id bet these guys dont rely on their zanpakuto, aizen knew these guys were strong,thats y he needed the hogyoku and eapada, he cld not defeat them wit his own strength so he needed a serious power boost,if they werent as strong as we say aizen wldnt hev gone thru all that trouble preparing for them,aizen knew he was hoplessly outmatched

And to add Yamamoto ‘ s Shinigami basic training, and Retsu’s Art of Killing, they are all very powerful! But I do not think they don’t relay on their Zanpakuto. I’m sure they have fully achieved the full power of there zanpakuto and learned Art of Killing.

I will agree. Though I don’t like Ichigo acting all cooky and shit. Cause that’s how you get your ass kicked. I like it when he is calm and collected like when he fought Ginjou. And yup these battles with Gotei 13 vs SternRitter are child’s play compared to what the truly powerful characters. Though I personally only consider Ichigo as strong as Shunsui or Jushiro. Not a Royal Guard level. But that’s just me.

zaraki might be more powerful than byakuya bt remember, their fight was nt finished and byakuya has gained new found power and honestly i think he will be able to survive against kenpachi, he is a trained merciless killer and kepachi is a powerful barbarian and its still too early for us to pass any judgement
i think he will fight uryu last coz uryu and ichigo has been 17 seasons in the making, and uryu finally has enough power to make a real challenge, trust me kubo is gonna make it very interesting and worth the wait, uryu will have a volstandig and super powers with ichigo with super power and his brand new bankai to match

Yup. Though personally I believe Byakuya ‘ s superior speed will make him survive but that’s it against Zaraki. And I also agree with Ichigo and his new Zanpakuto against Uryu and his new Shrift ability.
Now on that subject I have this theory about the Sternritter. It’s a stretch but here’s my thoughts.
Sense Yhawch has been without his powers for 990 years, he stole the powers of the in pure Quincy 9 years ago. Killing most of them. And only the pure Quincy were unaffected and Uryu. And we all know all Quincy besides Uryu are pure Quincy. So none of the SternRitter were affected. At one point most of the current SternRitter were just normal human Quincy that have Bow Spirit Weapons. I can assume most of them were founded by Yhawch 9 years ago when he gained his powers back. I only think this because before As Nodt died his past was revealed that he survived a horrible fire and Yhawch came to him. And I can assume as well that when a Quincy becomes a SternRitter, they gain their unique Shrift ability and form new Spirit Weapons from they’re previous Reishi Bows. And I believe they have longer life spans as well. Cause let’s say I’m talking about Lilioto and Gremmy. Who are the only SternRitter that are children like Toshiro, Hiyori, and Yachiru. If they were normal Quincy, they’d probably be 18 or 20 years old. But they’re not. They are very young. And I’m not saying all the SternRitter were recruited 9 years ago. I bet jugram brought some members to a powerless Yhawch and become SternRitter. And than a few SternRitter were one of the original Quincy. I can only think so far is Jugram, more shirt and tie, Giselle, and maybe Askin and that Female black eyed Quincy.

Well she did say you have Yhawch to fight because he is very powerful and allies to battle as well. But I think Retsu is the only one that can make Zaraki not bored other than the Quincy. Ichigo is very powerful, but I don’t consider him as strong as Zaraki or Retsu.

i think ichigo is nt as strong as kenpachi, however he is one of the few shiningami whom kenpachi is nt able to kill,(jus ask ullquiora wat happens if u try and succed) even when they clashed in the seireite he killed ichigo and guess wat,ichigo came from the dead and kicked butt, i mean shunsui dd give ichigos friends passes so they can visit him coz he might have to stay in the soul society after he came bek from the royal palace coz of the great power he wld possess, even wen grimjoww was stronger than ichigo, he admitted that ichigo was a “hard guy to kill” so he may not be on same level but within the range wit kenpachi and honestly no shiningami other than byakuya, shunsui,jushiro even stand a chance against kenpachi and ichigo

Well I wouldn’t say so. But I do somewhat agree. Sense Zaraki so strong very few Shinigami fan fight him. But I think Byakuya and Ichigo fighting together against Zaraki would be better than by themselves. Byakuya is strong, but he’s not that strong. And other Captains have fought Zaraki and didn’t injure him. Like Kaname, Byakuya, Sui-Feng, Sajin, and Mayuri. So I don’t believe Byakuya is a senior Captain level Shinigami. But he is close. So whoever Byakuya and Rukia will fight is probably going to be very strong. Like maybe Askin or Giselle.

The manga has said that a shikai triples a shinigami’s power, and a bankai is 10x as powerful as a shikai. Kenpachi’s seal cuts his reiatsu in 1/2. Upon returning to the SS after escaping the quincy cage, Ichigo was at less than 1/4th his base power (after remaining in bankai for a pretty long time) and was mistaken for a captain. Kenpachi’s Kendo strikes further double his power. Using info from their first fight, Kenpachi would be about 60x as strong as he was then. Ichigo, before his zanpakutou reforge, would be about 120x as strong as a base captain, using his strength at the start of this arc. Seeing as his power has at least doubled after training with the Soul King’s guards (and assuming his new bankai is stronger) its reasonable to say Ichigo’s power in Bankai would be 240x as much as a captain’s. With his hollow mask, it would be 480x. SORRY KENPACHI

where the hell do you come up with such calculation. ichigo will never be that far off compare to zaraki. kenpachi’s reiatsu alone has a power equal to a bankia even stronger before goin to train with unohano. zaraki has a reiatsu which rival that of ichigo. the only diffference is that ichigo has a very special zanpankotou, which is a quicy and a hallow. but according to tha old zangtsu, ichigo all along wasnot using all his reiatsu when fighting, it was supressed by the quicy zangetsu, so y guess is maybe he is now stronger

I don’t think Ichigo is the strongest. Zaraki is going to be the strongest Shinigami alive. Not saying Ichigo is weak, but he doesn’t compare to Zaraki. That’s just my opinion. If Ichigo and Zaraki fought, Zaraki would be eat him. That’s why I believe Zaraki ‘ s Quincy rival will be Yhawch.

guys internet is buzzing about what nozarashi can do here is some of the things I got.
Nozarashi (野晒し), meaning “worn-out by the weather” or
“scarred by the wilderness”, has a different interpretation for
the second combo of kanji 晒し, that can be related to any
type of execution by which a criminal is publicly exposed.
Nozarashi from what i gather is “protection from the
elements”, also it has a skull and bones motif. It is also
connected to the crescent moon motif, (Ichigo).
Well I did some research about what is the
meaning of Nozarashi. According to
immortalgeisha.com, Nozarashi, meaning “exposed
in a field”, is a motif of skulls, bones, and/or
skeletons. It is can be found most often in men’s
items and other summer wafuku items.

maybe Zaraki’s zanpakutou will have the ability to nullify elemental and judo type zanpakutou’s abilities bcos Zaraki and his squad hate ppl with elemental and kindo type zanpakutou. it will be unlike Zaraki to have kido type sword since he likes direct fight. u know cutting and being cut, that’s Zaraki’s way of fighting

Well that may be true. But he sure loved fighting Retsu. Who’s Zanpakuto is a Kido type. So it is most unlikely that Nozarashi is a Kido type or elemental type. It could be a melee type with an awesome ability like Yachirus Zanpakuto.

Well actually Zangetsu isn’t a Kido type. It’s not classified as a Kido type. Kido types allow the Shinigami to have unique abilities using Reiatsu. That’s what kido types are. Like Shunsui can make the children’s games real if his opponent is in his Zanpakuto ‘ s Reiatsu range. Which is why Love and Rojuro had to move so far away because if not, they would have to play. Jushiro can absorb any technique and fire it back 10 times faster. Techniques that are Reiatsu or Reishi doesn’t matter to his zanpakuto. Kaname can create sound to use many abilities. And his Bankai can cut all Senses besides touch in Bankai. Kisuke can use his Zanpakuto ‘ s Reiatsu to use many abilities. Retsu’s Zanpakuto not only heals anyone but it can also decompose and kill her oppenents very easily. At least that’s what I think. And her Bankai is probably the blood of all the oppenents she killed. Yumichika can absorb the Reiatsu of his opponents with his Zanpakuto. Izuru can double the weight of anything he cuts. Nozomi can absorb any attack and use it as her Reiatsu. Kageroza can create portals out from the Dangai and use it to his advantage. Rojuro can manipulate Sound like a music player. These are all Kido Zanpakuto. But sense Ichigo can use his hollow, fullbringer, and Quincy powers in his zanpakuto it’s probably a Kido type too.
And believe it or not I believe the Quincy have Spirit Weapons and Shrift abilities that are similar to kido. I Consider these Quincy to have what I like to call Quincy Spell type Spirit Weapons. Like Kido types but different. Quilge can create unbreakable Reishi Prisons and cages etc from his Reishi. Bambietta can create bombs from anything that touches her Reishi. As Nodt can make anyone fear him by just touching his Spirit Weapon. Berenice can make you doubt yourself and your abilities cm by hearing her voice. Gremmy can imagine whatever he wants to come true. Gwenal can vanish form your vision and memerios. Royd can transform into someone and mimic their personality perfectly. Lloyd can transform into someone and copy their abilities. Pepe Yajima can somehow Control his opponents. I assume with his eye ball staff Spirit Weapon. Maybe Askin is The Dimension and can create dimensions from shadows or something. All the other Quincy so far are either elemental types or Melee types.

Oh I forgot about BG9! XD. He can gather data from his opponents Reiatsu and Reishi. He can even take data from his opponents techniques and use his own Spirit Weapon to counter them. And know how to disable the technique. I kinda think it sucks that we didn’t get to see BG9 or Cang Du’s Vollständig. Or the other SternRitter that died too. Like I wonder what Royd an Lloyds would be. Or Driscoll and Berenice.

aah to me kido is any form of using reiatsu/magic energy/ kai/ chakra to create anything or shot out a blast of energy like zangetsu and bankai zabimaru. i dont see any diference between hado 88 and GT. hado 33(sokatsui) is a blue fire energy blast. thats why elementary zanpakotou are also kido swords to me.

Yup. Technically they are sub kido types. But Zabimaru is a Melee type Zanpakuto.

yeah and I think Zaraki is at a junior royal guard level. imagine how he used to beat up ppl’s bankias without removing his eye patch. that man’s reiatsu is beyond comprehension. but I do think in the near future ichigo will reach Zaraki’s lvl. but it would be criminal to just make ichigo to be powerful as Zaraki now

Maybe. I don’t know maybe. Ichigo could probably spare with Zaraki like Shunsui or Jushiro. But not the same level. That’s just me. Gremmy has some social issues man. He’s willing to kill everyone so he can win. At least Zaraki just leaves people who are weak alone.

I’d love to see if now that Zaraki knows his Zampakuto’s name, in the next slide when he turns around his eye patch is gone. He (in theory) is not holding back the massive riatsu energy from shikai anymore. What’s the message if he still wears the eyepatch? Is he still holding back, can he get even more powerful?
