Bleach 635 see’s the death of Giselle and Liltotto by the hands of Yhwach just before he goes to sleep, transferring his powers to Jugram. Grimmjow begins his battles with Nakk Le Vaar leading him to get poisoned and nearly killed. Zaraki and Mayuri continue on as they face Pernida leading to Zaraki’s right arm being twisted while Pernida is cut leading to a transformation from Pernida.
Bleach 635 see’s Liltotto realizing that Bazz has lost when he had previously mentioned that he would kick Jugram’s ass. On top of which, Liltotto asks if Yhwach knows, to which he the man standing in front of her is Yhwach who does nothing when we realise that she’s bleeding, while Giselle has already been taken out.
Liltotto mentions that it’s a pity that they couldn’t even put a scratch on him, Yhwach walks back to his chair after Liltotto collapses. He sits down when he mentions that he thought she’d never shut up, now he can finally get back to taking his nap. Yhwach goes to sleep when we see Jugram’s eyes gain Yhwach’s abilities of his all-seeing eyes.
He mentions that it’s such a cruel callous power being able to see into the future. Elsewhere, we see Gerard looking for some opponents, he finds a dead-end when he mentions that nobody’s there, he shouts Lille, Pernida, Nakk Le Vaar’s name when he mentions that they’re so screwed when he gets his hands on them.
Elsewhere we see Ichigo and others as they search for Grimmjow. They mention that they never thought he’d run off at such a speed, we see Nakk Le Vaar, looking down on them from a ledge. He mentions that he has no idea who these people are, when Grimmjow appears behind him. He quickly runs off mentioning that he should stop chasing him.
He also throws off a ball which doesn’t travel that quickly, Nakk mentions that it’s a gift, to which he should accept it. Grimmjow uses his hands to push it away calling it an attack which won’t even hit him. However seconds later, he feels something as he falls to the ground.
Nakk Le Vaar mentions that his gift ball is loaded with poison, to which he then mentions that he probably hadn’t learned when he was small that he shouldn’t accept gifts from strangers. Grimmjow lands on the ground with no emotion, it seems that he could be seriously injured now.
We follow Lille Barro as he tracks down the forces including Rukia and others. He notices that they seem to be spreading themselves too thin. And their individual physical strength starts to fluctuate depending on their ability to adapt to the highly saturated levels of reishi from the Spirit King’s castle. On top of which, same have varying degrees of injuries meaning that there will be some among the group who will fall behinds.
Lille Barro then shoots one of his bullets at Shuhei which from his right shoulder to left side of his torso. Shuhei falls to the ground when he mentions that all living things die when they get separated from their pack when he lands on the ground. Lille mentions that all he can do is bide his time, and one by one, he will make sure the weakest of the herd stays separated.
Elsewhere we see Zaraki and Mayuri meet Pernida as Zaraki asks of a rhetorical of what the hell Pernida. Mayuri asks if what he even said was a question. Mayuri also mentions that never has he thought that there would be someone as dumb as him in the Gotei 13. Zaraki goes on as he mentions that he’s going to kill it.
Mayuri senses something as Zaraki is going to strike down on Pernida, when he has to get his balance back after he lands. Mayuri asks Zaraki if he’s okay when Zaraki mentions that it’s not a big deal. We see Zaraki’s arm all twisted as Pernida had mysteriously twisted as it’s bleeding pretty badly now.
Pernida is also hurt as Zaraki mentions that he also left a present for him, he managed to cut him. Pernida’s hood is cut, when this happens, Pernida begins to bleed profusely, then his form begins to change as his hood grows into something much larger. Zaraki asks what he’s looking at as Mayuri complains if he’s asking a question or not. Bleach 635 ends here.
A fantastic chapter indeed as Mayuri and Zaraki will most likely fight Pernida, while Zaraki will just go out with pure force against Pernida. On top of which Yhwach sleeping means that Jugram will have some of his power, while the Special Stern Ritter Knights will battle against the rest of the remaining Shinigami’s and Hollows. Can’t wait for next week’s Bleach 636 when we’ll see Zaraki go up against Pernida.

Man I hope we get a flashback for Liltotto and Giselle. So it was personal for Bazz-B to fight Jugram. They could have all taken Yhwach on together, but it seems Jugram can see the future. Man I’m sad.

I knew this would happen, and I’m sad that Giselle and Liltotto are dead because they were your favourite Sternritter 😦 RIP. I don’t think we’ll see their flashback, but if we do, I wouldn’t mind it.

Ya I’m getting the feeling Kubo I’d doing what he did to Harribel. He have Stark and Barragan minor flashbacks but not her or Ulquiorra, but in the anime he gave Harribel one. So when the anime returns, I believe Kubo will give them one. Ya I Am Sad I Liked Them Alot. Dude they were fighting Yhwach. Which means Yhwach was never asleep. That means Jugram never got his powers when he killed Bazz-B, he was using his own powers. So Liltotto and Giselle had the strongest opponent to fight, while Bazz-B had the weakest. The Results Were The Same. They died. Than when Liltotto collapsed, Yhwach fell asleep and his powers moved to Jugram cause you can see the iris of his eye slit with The Almighty.

Yeah thats exactly what happens. I presume that as Yhwach wants to speed up the manga a little to make it something like 1 manga chapter an episode or 1 and half chapters for one episode and add minor bits here and there in the actual anime. Kubo is creating the full story arc for the animators but leaving the fans out of the loop so it keeps the anime popular with new content too, I suspect this is what he’s doing because we missed a lot fights and bits and bobs a long time ago when the war began. I think all the major Quincy’s deserve their back story, and I hope they do appear in the anime.

Ya that makes a lot of sense. He Has Done This Before. The Arrancar Arc is the best example. This arc does have alot of loops. Especially with the fights. So many off panel fights which I hope will show up in the anime. Like with the Arrancar Arc, Rukia defeated Rudburn off panel, but in the anime, it showed her, Renji and Chad fighting him. Same with their fight with Yammy. They were defeated off panel, but they showed us how. I also have a theory about the Sternritter. Have you noticed Jugram and Bazz-B don’t look that much older than the flashbacks which are 1000 Yeats ago? Yet Yhwach looks different now, than he does 1000 years ago, when he looked like Zangetsu. I have a theory about that. Is it possible when Yhwach was sealed, all the Sternritter that are connected to him also were sealed? Cause I have my doubts that Bazz-B is 1000 years old and he is only an average level Sternritter. I Also Suspect Liltotto and Giselle are 1000 years old as well.

Hmm, it’s certainly a strange thing, the time concept hasn’t been spoken of properly, for example, in the current chapters we see Bazz mentioning that Yhwach is around 200 years old in the flash back, when he’s on the ground (I think). In question of being sealed, do you mean within Ichigo

Oh no I meant with Yhwach. Remember when Isshin was telling Ichigo about the sealed Quincy king? That is Yhwach. He was sealed 1000 years ago when Yamamoto defeated him. In 900 years he gains his heart , after 90 years, he gains his intelligence, after 9 years, he gains his powers, which is when he used Auswählen on the mixed blood Quincy and Masaki and Katagiri died. And after 9 days, he will gain the world back. I’m wondering if the other Sternritter that survived the first blood war were sealed like him, and awakened when he did.

Oh right, yeah that was the second thing I was thinking off, honestly, I think that the other quincy’s weren’t sealed, we saw with Uryu and his father and his grandfather. If they weren’t sealed, it’s most likely that the other Quincy’s including Stern Ritter weren’t sealed at all. Although, do you think Jugram and others were recruited before the first war or after?

Despite being “sealed”, Yhwach seems to have escaped into another dimension – the Quincy dimension. For there, he built the Sternritter.

Well here’s the thing, Uryu’s family and Ichigo’s family are not connected to Yhwach. They do not have a piece of Yhwach’s Soul and they do not have Schrift abilities like the Sternritter do. The Sternritter are connected to Yhwach. When Ichibei was fighting Yhwach, he used The Almighty for the first time in 1000 years, because if he used it without having to need it, he would lose control of its power and the Sternritter would have lost their abilities. Sense Yhwach isn’t sealed during the flashbacks, he recruited then before the first war.

Lmao one chapter ago I predicted ritters G & Z would die and were irrelevant, then Yhwach comes & kills them. Hopefully no flashbacks for those 2. Kubo should’ve made Zaraki vs Ritter M, then Urahara vs Ritter C.

I felt sad when they died. Its very unlikely, but they could still be alive. But I doubt it. I’m surprised Zaraki is fighting Pernida. She messed up his arm bad. I’m not even surprised Grimmjow got taken out by Askin so easily. I believe he will die, than Orihime will come and revive him.

Felt sad when BazzB died, he was actually friends with Hashwalth. I’m hoping ritter M will find Zaraki so then Mayuri can fight ritter C. Don’t think Grimmjow is dead from poison, he can handle more or thats just lame.

I feel bad for him and Liltotto and Giselle. Those two were actually friends and still were friends, unlike Bazz-B and Jugram, who stopped being friends. Grimmjow is gonna die, he was dumb enough to deflect an obviously dangerous technique that can kill you. Orihime and revive him. I think Gerard will run into Zaraki and Mayuri.

I don’t know why, but I have a small amount of hope. 90% of me saids Liltotto and Giselle are dead along with Bazz-B. But 10% of me saids Liltotto and Giselle are still alive. I mean think about it, when this arc ends their has to be at least one of two Sternritter alive. They can’t all be dead. That’s horrible. Liltotto and Giselle fit that profile to survive after the war.

We’ve not seen Pernida with his/her/it’s hood off, so can’t assume if it’s Yachiru or not, nonetheless it’s quite small, similar to Yachiru’s size… so maybe?

Sure Pernida looks small, but Yachiru is the smallest character in Bleach. Pernida isn’t that short. Of you look back when Oetsu stabbed her in the head, you see Askin is taller than her, but not that much. Askin is about 6’1″ and Pernida looks like she’s 5’5″ or 5’6. Plus remember, Zaraki is 6’8″. He’s very tall. Yachiru only reaches up to Ichigo’s leg and he is 5’11”. Plus Yachiru has her own Zanpakuto, which copies her sword strike front and back. Pernida has her own powers. Her Schrift can telekineticly bend anything she wishes. While the theory is very clever, I just don’t see it to be honest. Plus whatever Pernida is isn’t normal. Which is awesome. I live Quincy who aren’t normal humans like Giselle, a zombie, and BG9, a machine.

Despite many fan(boy)s doesn’t like this chapter , but I myself liked it . I can really say that this is the best arc out of all mangas . Finally super-strong enemies are super-duper-strong . I hate it when a show brings out a strong enemy only through literature and visualisation but never took a soul or more . Kudos to author .
I really like Askin due he really proves he deserve Royal Guard spot . Heck he even toe-on-toe with Nimaiya (as he still in same level like those other steinritter that time ) . Now he’s upgraded , wonder how he hold off Ichigo’s team .
Pernida , finally . A “how badass bad should be like ” . Crushing Kenpachi arm’s without a step ! I like it how we knew how powerful Ken is and not even a single soul could break his bone ! That scene is enough for me if Kubo wanted to kill off Pernida even he/shes does not take along anybody with him/her .
Hisagi ..if he really is dead . Kubo really making realism does exist in anime . This reminded me of Choujiro .
In conclusion , this arc getting better and better and hands down even it still yet to finish , it the best arc out of all action mangas/anime ever .
