Kaguya Ootsutsuki, mother of all things living within the world of Naruto. She justified her reasons to hold the holy fruit and to use its powers for her own use to which it became apparent that Kaguya does not want anyone having any sort of chakra or power over her, on top of which I see that this cosplay of her has done an absolute wonderful job of bringing her to life. 

Kaguya is said to be the root of all evil, her actions to enslaves all humans and shinobi’s have proven so. hearmylullaby, the cosplayer is very talented to which she has done a magnificent job of recreating Kaguya. On top of which she was previously featured for her Rin Nohara cosplayer here.
