Boa Hancock is also part of the Kuja Pirates and known as a Pirate Princess, as well as the leader of the Amazon Lily’s. She is clearly ignored by Luffy a lot of the times, even her name is said wrong by him. She’s clearly fallen in love, thus this cosplay shows that love clearly.
