Today, the 31st of December 2015, is the last day of the year. Daily Anime Art has had an adventure throughout 2015, from consistently writing daily posts to moving to a new host and back. I have done a lot, spent a lot of time watching a bunch of anime and writing about them along side spending my time doing other things.
So the engineers at WordPress emailed all bloggers giving them some stats based on their own blogs. On top of which, many individuals have publicised their stats. Therefore, like last year, i’ll be going through the stats. Some of the information that WordPress has is not accurate after I had moved away from their network for around 3 months.
In 2014, Daily Anime Art received around 4.7 million views. In 2015, WordPress shows us getting around 3.3 million views, but when we moved away from WordPress, we received over 1.1 million views. Adding up to 4.4 million views. Which is a little lower then expected comparing 2014 to 2015.
Nevertheless, it’s still a huge achievement to receive such a huge number. On top of which, with such a great website, a great community must exist. Therefore I’d like to thank all the regulars who visit, comment, like, share and so on.
Individuals like Nick Dunn, dreager1, trinin ninja, AJ, Otaku Judge, renxkyoko, deucee9swylde, brandish, Jasper Williams, Fifty Tails, LPEAST, Matthew, Lelethu, ramexa, Josephia Bhwanah, ayrgalaxy, daziigirl, davidoko, AJ, Desperado, rise, rahmaru, Yuri Nation, Otaku Orbit, shiroyuni, railgunfan75, devenluca, josefcd904, Arria Cross, Hugo, along with many more anime fans who’ve commented and made Daily Anime Art a fantastic blog.
So, I’d like to thank all the individuals above, along with those other amazing people who I’ve not mentioned to be amazing. Therefore, I’d like to thank everyone for visiting this blog, commenting, sharing, telling other people and so. You are all amazing people.
Ultimately, I’d like to wish everyone a Happy New Year. Keep watching all these fantastic anime’s, and be sure to tell us all about it.
Have you got any plans for the new year? any new year resolutions you plan on keeping, tell us in the comment section below.
Happy New Year to you Sunite and I’d like to thank you for all the time you’ve given to us anime fans through your reviews. Even my friend who wasn’t an anime fan became one after reading a lot of your reviews :).

Happy New Year Sunite! This blog has definitely been a blast to follow and you’ve definitely been in for the long haul. In the time that I’ve been following your blog, I’ve seen many others shut down or retire, but I’m glad that Daily Anime Art is still going strong! It’s also great to know someone who’s really into anime so I can discuss Bleach and such or even just to ask some questions like when I asked you about Tokyo Ghoul’s content. That’s definitely an awesomely large amount of views and I look forward to sticking around through this next year.
For New Year’s Resolutions, well, I’ve got to lose some weight so that’s one. :p I had lost 70 pounds, but somehow, I put on 20 of those during this Christmas-New Year’s week. I mean, I did have 20+ donuts, Cake, Ice Cream, lotsa pizza, cupcakes, brownies, and more, but 20+ is still crazy. I’ll try to lose that within the next 3 months B) In more epic New Year resolutions, I aim to complete at least 20 anime, complete 20 games, complete 10 manga series (Those tend to take a little longer than the others), watch 50 movies, write up 200 reviews, and in total publish at least 400 posts. Finally and most importantly, I aim to just make 2016 as much fun as possible!
As for New Year’s Eve plans, I decided to make it a quiet one this year. I’m going to go and have a nice sandwich with my family tonight, play video games with my brother and cousin later on. Then I’ll probably wrap up with some Justice League and probably go to bed at around 2-3. Gone are my epic days of staying up the full 40 hours.

Happy New Year!! 😀 Wow congrats on losing so much weight, but thats a lot of donuts, cakes and so on, haha I don’t think my stomach could hold all of that. But I too need to go to the gym and lose some weight too. Plus, that’s a lot of new things to discover, things to watch, play, read. And lots of writing, can’t wait to read it.
That seems like a great plan for new years eve, I also think mine will be a quite one.

Happy New Year Sunite! XD I’m glad I’ve been with this blog for another awesome year and I’m expecting a lot more in the future. My new years resolution is to work out more and eat healthy foods more often. I have work and school so getting fast or processed foods is easier. But I’ll try to get better.

No spoilerssss! I really want to get into the series, I watched the Phantom Menace and Clone Wars like 2 days ago, now I need to watch the other 4, then the Force Awakens. I’m a little behind haha. Although, I kind of know what happens in the overall plot of the first 6 movies.

Happy New Year! Is this the movie? Or the anime? I know that the anime will continue with fillers, after this arc, it’ll cover another arc which might be based on Itachi and his story as an anbu. Although I might need to read upon that. Although, I can’t wait for the Boruto story!

I don’t usually not have New Year’s resolutions but this year is different. I am an extreme introvert and I’ll be starting university at age 17. This may be out of topic and I apologise but I need some advice on starting university. I’m freaking out! Please help… 😦

I’m in my fourth year of university, and congratulations on getting into a university. On my first day, when I arrived, I met a lot of people. I was also scared, but the thing about meeting new people is that for me, I met new cultures, new people from different places and was amazed at people who are from different ages or backgrounds have different experience compared to me.
First thing’s first, don’t freak out. Just be yourself, usually if you live in dorms/halls, then the person you closest live to will most be your buddy. Hangout with them, spend some time, go eat. If you are moving to a new city, explore with them and so on. Go to social events, try and make new friends. A hello will go a long way, trust me.
If you need any advice, be sure to comment 🙂 here to help.

Happy New Year Sunite. Totally understand the whole switching hosts and back. Just went through the same shit myself, except I held out for a year before realising it wasn’t working out.
And you actually managed daily posting. That’s my target for next year as well.
Anywho, here’s to an amazing 2016. 4.4million is an amazing mark. I’ll see if I can get http://sleepinggeeks.com anywhere near that level for this new year. All the best. Hopefully you’ll hit the 10 million mark next time.

Happy New Year!! Yeah, it was somewhat stressful to get it changed again. I’m sure you’ll get there, daily posting will definitely get you there. And 10 millions, soon! One day! Haha.
