Kuroko’s Basketball anime will be getting a new episode, 75.5Q. The episode preview aired on Friday for this OVA (Original Video Animation) episode. This episode is titled “Saikō no Present Desu” (It’s the Best Present). If you’ve already seen or currently watching this amazing series, this extra episode or OVA seems like an awesome addition to the show.

The OVA episode will include within the limited edition 9th and final DVD/Blu-ray for the 3rd Season of the anime series. Aside from the OVA and episodes, there are a couple of extra things such as a special audio drama, three end cards, liner notes and the Kuroko’s Basketball NG Collection. The disc will ship on the 24th of December. Weekly Shonen Jump describes the plot of this extra episode as:

A few weeks after the Winter Cup, the five players of the Generation of Miracles as well as Kuroko have settled back into everyday life. But an invitation from Momoi arrives, proposing that the former Teikō Junior High players gather once again and play a game. Kuroko happily accepts the unexpected invitation. But Kagami is bothered when he learns about the game, because on that day, the Seirin High team were planning a birthday party for Kuroko! However, Kagami tells Kuroko that the birthday party won’t be until the evening, which makes him glad. So on January 31st, Kuroko’s best day begins!
