Fairy Tail 383 see’s the courage and faith Lucy has towards her feelings on if other members of Fairy Tail are alive on not, to which many other members of Tartarus head towards her in order to stop kill the last remaining member of Fairy Tail. She begins by using her first two Celestial Spirit, however after she’s challenged, she has no hope but to use her third Celestial Door to which it could mean that she will most likely die. 

Fairy Tail 383 begins as Lucy notices that Natsu did not follow her, she looks out but can’t seem to figure out where she is. At the same time, the large cube, Algeria, seems to be going wild as it begins to suck and eradicate the village and town itself. A large noise appears to which then Marde Guille tells everyone that Alegria has killed all the intruders.

Water seems to be going through where Lucy is and thus pushes her off from room to room, Marde also reveals that one remaining soldier remains to which the person that kills this person will be given the opportunity to be Nine Demon Gate. Lucy doesn’t seem to understand what’s going on, while at the same time people show to to which she uses her whip to attack both of them.

More appear but they all miss, she also attacks them using the Centaur Sagittarius, Lamy also appears when she just repels all the arrows off her. Lucy retracts Sagittarius and calls for Virgo to which she helps in attack. Out of nowhere, Torafusa appears and goes for an attack on Lucy when Loki is brought forwards.

It seems that Loki will have a hard time fighting Torafusa since the powers he uses aren’t enough to defend properly. Lamy asks to swap with him to fight Loki but it seems that Torafusa only wants to fight him. At this point Lucy is in trouble, as Virgo realises that opening two gates in such a situation is already taxing on her, that is why she will fight as quickly as she can to defeat the enemy.

Jackal appears out of nowhere to quickly begin his play with Lucy. It seems that a third person has appeared, this could be trouble since there is no one to help Lucy, she can’t fight and keep both her Gates open since it would require her to use a large amount of her powers.

Lucy uses her whip on Jackal but forgets how his power works. Seconds later she is attacked and an explosion occurs in front of her. Lucy asks what happened to everyone else, she’s pushed towards the ground in the water, Jackal reveals that Natsu and Happy are both dead that is why he’s there to unleash all his rage and fury on her.

Lucy is underwater when she  believes that they’re not dead yet, everyone is alive as she can feel their magic. They’ve saved her plenty of times, it’s her time to save them. Lucy mentions that she cannot lose, Virgo notices that she’s about to bring another gate out, Virgo mentions that she must not. It’s impossible to bring out three gates at once, Aquarius is called, she calls her a dumb ass.

A great chapter, seeing as Lucy’s in a pinch, it will definitely prove to everyone how powerful she really is. It’s been impossible to open two gates at once, will Lucy break that mold and be able to open more gates in the future. Can’t wait for next week’s Fairy Tail 384, titled “The Single Strike of Stars” when we see what happens what happens to her.
