Smoker has been involved as one of the Navy’s Marine officers from the very start, he is currently stationed within G-5 but was first introduced in Loguetown where he was tasked with capturing Luffy. He was later promoted to a Vice Admiral, he is also known as one of the few longer antagonists within the series. Although tough and mean to his crew and Luffy, he does have a soft heart.
