Deidara, one of my favourite characters from Akatsuki. His explosive art definitely was explosive as he uses and molds his chakra into definitely animals and molds allowing him to set them off. On top of that, his eccentric attitude to things adds to the power of his explosive and wonder art he creates. As part of the Akatsuki, he has definitely earned a wonderful way to spread his art.
