Ulquiorra Cifer, one of my favourite Espada and Hollow from Hueco Mundo, he is known to me by two amazing forms shown within this fan art. We see him within his Hollow Espada form with the usual clothes that the others wore. Next up, we see Ulquiorra within his Segunda Etapa form where he famously fought against Ichigo.
