Fairy Tail 358 gets crazy, after Laxus arrives we see the impressive battle between Laxus and Calamity to which Laxus clearly wins, however after Calamity explodes, he covers the whole village in poison to which Laxus is forced to inhale to save everyone, however everyone is already infected. They return to Fairy Tail HQ to find out that everyone’s pissed off, Natsu tells Makarov that this won’t go lightly, and that this means war! 

Fairy Tail 358 begins as everyone gets happy that Laxus is there, Calamity (Of the Immortal) removes his hoodie to reveal that he’s not from this world. Evergreen tells him that he’s out for Yajima’s head and that he’s from Tartarus. Calamity quickly jumps for an attack but quickly misses, each attack quickly misses, while Laxus gets straight shots at him. Calamity looks back while Laxus is already behind him.

Laxus mentions that he’s drawn the short straw and quickly smashes him with his Lightning Dragon’s Bite! Which literally smashes him right into the ground. Laxus asks where he should take him, they mention that the Council is currently not working, they mention to take him to Fairy Tail HQ to interrogate him. Calamity mentions the name of their guild, then mentioning that he never expected such power to be there. Then mentions that he’ll have to use one of his lives there.

Calamity mentions that at this point it seems like he’s drew the short straw. then he seems to have blown up into a dark mist type thing which seems to be getting thicker and thicker. It’s mentioned that what they’re looking at is Magical Barrier Particles which feed on Eternano in the Atmosphere. It also means that all magic users in the area will become weak and poisoned.

They all begin to choke and don’t seem to have much left at that point. It begins to spread everywhere, throughout the whole village and at the same time they all begin to collapse. Laxus and Freed are the only ones left. However what Laxus does next is just to suck as much as he can into which he mentions that Dragon’s have unique lungs. Freed tells him to stop it.

Laxus gives him the order to take all of them back home. We go to the HQ to which Porlyusica is there helping them, she mentions that they’re clearly in trouble however it’s not as bad that they’d die. However Laxus has a lot of internal damage to which he shouldn’t be alive at that point.

Freed mentions that he saved everyone is that village, and that if he hadn’t shown up it would have been worse. Freed mentions that the village own everything to Laxus. We see a glimpse of the village to which there are over hundreds of deaths. Freed asks if everyone in the village made it of which Makarov tells him they did. We see a pissed off Natsu see all this, he mentions that what’s next is War! Fairy Tail 358 ends here.

What a fantastic chapter, the ending was especially good to see that Natsu has once again gotten pissed off while other guilds mess about with their Guild. I can’t wait for next week’s Fairy Tail 359 to see what happens in what’s called “Fairies vs Demons!” this should be awesome! I seriously can’t wait!
