He has definitely the potential to be the most powerful. Actually he isnt even Hokage yet but by the looks of it he will soon. Tsunade is done for it…
For now i think Hashi is the strongest. Third and Fourth are also strong but not even close to him. We know zero what nidaime could do so except Edo Tensei so my moneys on Hashi. Tsunade? Well she has good healing powers but still not a match for the rest of the Hokages.

Agree, since Madara and Hashi are somewhat equally matched, and Naruto beats him then it’s possible that he’s the strongest…

Yeah, if Madara falls Naruto could be easly the most powerful ninja ever but dont expect that with this form. He probably has to go ten tails mode to defeat such a beast like Madara.

i think yondaime is the strongest, even masashi kishimoto said that he holds a tie with the third, naruto has nt yet become stronger than his father.

The nidiame hokage was a water style user and he could teleport better than yondiame hokage so i say he is d best.
