Bleach 500 is a big achievement for Bleach as they’ve reached their 500th Chapter! Bleach 500 begins as Soul Society distributes the news that Ichigo is coming to save them. Seems like they are depending on him a lot. Ichigo isn’t able to escape the cage created by Kirge. A mystery person slices Kirge Opie in half right at the end, Urahara is shocked at who killed him, who could have killed him?
Bleach 500 begins as it continues from last week! The message of Ichigo’s arrival is sent to the message relay team. They say that they won’t be able to transmit messages to the captains for some time, so they will have to use the transmittal blade to the battlefield to allow for smoother connection. They are installed where ever the captains and lieutenants are located.
A message is broadcasted, All Captains, Vice-Captains and Shinigami’s in Seireitei, she tells them that The Shinigami Representative Kurosaki Ichigo is now heading toward Soul Society. Renji and Rukia hear this, she carries on to say that his Bankai cannot be stolen by the Quincy’s! The Technology Division has just confirmed this.
Everyone realizes this and somewhat realize that they’ll be okay, it seems as though they are relying on Ichigo quite a lot! Mayuri thinks of Akon and how be is action on his own rules, as he didn’t question Mayuri before contacting Ichigo. Yuki is comforted by the news as he realizes that Ichigo, the person who saved him is coming to save him again.
A member of the Research and Technology Team looks at Akon, he asks what wrong with him. Akon replies that when Ichigo went into the Garganta, his Reiatsu had disappeared! Ichigo is currently trying to break the cage which is holding him inside. He tries to attack but it doesn’t seem to work. Ichigo hears Akon’s voice from the phone, he tells him what has happened, Ichigo replies that he’s currently trapped in a weird cage like box.
Akon goes on to shout at Ichigo so he can answer him. It seems as though Ichigo can hear Akon, but Akon cannot hear Ichigo! Akon realizes that there is some sort of problem in the Garganta. He deploys an Investigation team to the exit of the Senkai Gate, to see what is wrong with the Garganta.
Ichigo keeps on hearing more and more screams from the phone. At the technology centre. A large man breaks the wall, hurting a few people. It appears to be Jidanbou, it seems as though he’s been taken under control by the Quincy’s! Jidanbou keeps on attacking to kill some of the members! Hiyosu stands by and tells Akon to go because he will need to seal part of this off!
Hiyosu tells Akon that he will need to live to keep on running the Technology Division. He then notices that Rin, stabbed Hiyosu, it seems as though she is also being controlled by the enemy. Currently unknown what’s going on or why everyone is doing what they’re doing.
Ichigo keeps on hearing more and more screams! He then hears Renji and Rukia’s voice. He hears them talking about how the enemy have already reached the Technology Division! He hears them talking about how they should just keep on fighting until they are able to beat them! Ichigo then hears a mass of voices which convey the message from thousands of Shinigami’s from all over Soul Society! There are tens of hundreds dying every moment.
Ichigo hears a message saying that Ichigo is going to came and save us! They have such hope but they don’t know what the situation is with Ichigo! Ichigo carries on smashing the cage with his full force! He keeps on smacking it until he forces himself free!
Back in Hueco Mundo, Kirge Opie reveals that the letter he received from the Vandenreich Leader was “J” this J stands for Jail, because his ability is to create a prison type cage like he did which disallows anyone from escaping! He then carries on to say that before his powers escape from him, he should kill all of them!
Urahara notices someone! This someone slices Kirge in half with just one blow! Kirge’s body is cut in half from the top to the bottom! This mysterious person would have had to be very powerful! Kirge is unable to detect who that was, while Urahara notices this person! The person’s sword points at Urahara! Bleach 500 ends here!
WHAT! That was a damn good chapter! This mysterious person could be someone from a bunch of list! Personally I think it’s Nel! You may have forgotten that she was the Third Espada! Hopefully someone like Grimmjow won’t be revealed to us within just a short amount of time! Bleach has reached 500 chapters and it’s damn good ending! Really want to see who that was, hopefully within next week’s Bleach 501, we’ll find out!

I know! Bleach with 500 awesome chapters! And Nearly Naruto with its 600! 😀 Hmm yeahh I’ll think of something lol… Well, aren’t all the swords the same. I know Grimmjows looks similar to that and I think Nel’s look like that… Personally I think just after 20 chapters! Introducing someone as awesome as Grimmjow would be a bad idea, I think it’s too soon… Possibly within a few more chapters will be better… 😛

When Nel took out her sword it was completely white. And the sword looks more like Ichigo’s, a bit black. Plus Urahara looked worried, I don’t think he’d be afraid of Nel. Though you do have a good point. It is too early for Grimmjow. Maybe the Hunter? (The guy that Isshin hired to kill Ichigo back in Arc 3, but hasn’t appeared yet)

Hmm the cover for her sword is Green/lime, but the sword itself has the same shiny alloy type effect any other sword/metal would have, so I personally think it could be her. Or maybe the Tres Bestias have somehow fused themselves together to create one being.
Or maybe, a never seen before Yoruichi sword? We’ve seen that Urahara isn’t afraid of her, that why he looks shocked and not afraid, or maybe Isshin?
And who is this guy Isshin hired to kill Ichigo? I forgot a lot of Ichigo’s adventure in Arc 3, don’t even know what happened in Arc 3 xD

True, the shiny thing does make it tough. Like you said there are many possibilities. So many it makes things dicey. I’d say it seems like an Espada (because of that giant aura blast effect) but Yoruichi’s Shunko form has enough power as well.
You forgot Arc 3!….nah, just kidding. It wasn’t the best Arc by far. Basically after Urahara (possibly, it’s not confirmed, but heavity implied) gave Ichigo’s sister powers then Isshin and him discussed sending someone to go destroy Ichigo. It wasn’t as clear cut as that of course. They were talking in shady manners and it was all tricky. I don’t remember Arc 3 perfectly either 😀

Yeah, the aura behind Kirge seemed like it was someone powerful. Personally I still think its Nel because when she transformed the first time, the aura was there also, plus a lot of dust etc, this could be that too…

Honestly I think it’s Aizen We haven’t Hurd from him for quiet a while and he would be the only person Kisuke would actually be affraid at the moment but then again it could be anyone Kisuke wouldn’t be affraid of Grimmjow either but it’s someone kisukes know I Think It’s Aizen 65% Chance .

Aizen was captured by Urahara and was ultimately sent to jail. It’s the reason he will not appears so early in the chapter. Plus if it was him he would not just open his sword to cut Kirge. Plus it’s too early for Aizen to appear because he had just left to go Jail. It has to be someone who can access hueco mundo w/o kisuke so I’m thinking out of the people who can are harribel nel grimmjow who have access there and it cant be harribel and it doesn’t match nels sword so I’m thinking its most likely grimmjow personally since I’m in love with gin I’m hopin by some miracle he survived and managed to escape to hueco mundo and he’s the person who destroyed kirge but sadly i know it won’t be oh well

Currently I think it’s Nelliel because she may have seen both Orihime and Chad unconscious and suddenly transform! I know it’s not been shown in this chapter but it seems that within the Anime it may show it. Plus these chapters always have bits missing… Hah Gin would be an awesome addition, but he’s dead 😦 It could be Grimmjow but for my taste, it’s still a little early for him to come back. He’s such a awesome character and I think there just needs to be a bit more time till he can appear.

Actually last night I was doin a lot of research and that blade would match shinso and don’t forget at one point grimmjow was declared dead so it very well possible could be gin if he some how managed to escape and survive also what rangiku says about him could be taken two ways one that he just took off again or that he’s dead , kubo most likely did this in case he decided to bring gin back to life and he fits the profile of bring able to open a gargantua so it actually verywell could be him

And gins personality would match putting his sword next to uraharas head just for kicks and when ichigo defeats aizen we see all his friends including orihime and her ability could undo what aizen did and rangiku probably pulled her over to heal gin and bring him back to life and many ppl keep sayin is is isshin but why would he put his sword in kisukes face and how would he even get there

That’s very true, if Rangiku asked Orihime to heal him then it would possibly mean that she hasn’t been all that truthful to her friends. Another plot hole which Tite needs telling. This Final Arc is going to be masssssive!! There is just too much to reveal to cover all the holes…

I would love it to be Gin or Grimmjow but something tells me its Aizen instead. Yes he was put away in prison …. But don’t forget .. He does still have the Hogyoku . I think hes used it to sneak out while every one in S.S. is busy fighting or dying.

I’m sure that Urahara would have taken the Hogyoku, plus it seemed that the itself was rejecting Aizen at the end… So not sure if he can use it now. No one currently knows where he’s being hidden, I think it may be in a different dimension with this prison. I’m sure he’ll come back, but not sure it’ll be any time soon. If Aizen had already escaped there would have been some kind of notice to the Soul Society Captains and Captain Commander Yamamoto…

In a situation of chaos where the enemy has the upper hand you wouldnt probably notice. Now that the communication center is gone they cant communicate as well. Maybe only if they felt his reiatsu…i doubt Muken is in another dimension. I am more into the theory that some of the Vandenreich went havoc in the prison and so gave him a chance to escape.

Yeah, that’s a possibility, maybe the Vandenreich recruited Aizen as they had the same goal, which was to destroy the Gotei 13. reusing your quote, “The enemy of my enemy is my friend”, maybe Aizen and Vandenreich are comrades, plus remember when Renji told one of the Fullbringers that he wants to be as powerful as he can to defeat Aizen, maybe this time Aizen vs Renji? But this time Aizen does not have his Hogyoku, only his Shikai and Bankai…

Kirge tries stealing Ichigo’s Bankai, but it did not work, he was only able to suck up a little but it didn’t work… It’s unlikely to be Hollow Ichigo… He hasn’t ever appeared outside Ichigo…

So Ive deduced the only two possible ppl the mystery person could and thats gin and grimmjow most likely grimmjow though I believe him too weak but the attack that killed kirge looked very similar to Gin’s attacks both blades match the mystery blade and both can travel via gargantua it’s obviously not harribel and nels a kid the only other ppl capable of traveling via gargantua

Hmm, completely agree with you but I’m not going to fully rule out Nelliel because she is there and she can still transform herself to her human full form. Plus the thing about this person (or Nel) pointing their sword at Urahara could be explained as Nel (or someone else) saw Urahara do nothing while Chad and Orihime are being killed…

If i remember correctly, Matsumoto did not confirm properly if he was dead or not. There are people who even think that what Matsumoto said was a little too fishy because Kubo wouldn’t let such a good character go just like that. Personally I think he’s alive…

I’m sure that Orihime cannot bring people back to life… Just heal them… Grimmjow looked like he had died, but he could have just been seriously injured, over time he could have somehow have healed and survived and trained to fight Ichigo once more. Gin could have received treatment when Ichigo and his father were training to obtain the Final Getsuga Tenshou… At the moment when they both were with each other in the living world… Uryu could have brought Orihime back with the help of Byakuya and Zaraki to the real world…

First of all Ichigos zanpakto never looked normal and secondly why would Isshin point his blade at Urahara? Only explenation would be that he wanted to scare Urahara but that would mean Kubo trolled us agian like a boss.

Lol, agree, Isshin and Urahara are like best friends or something. Ichigo’s Zanpakuto is stuck in his Shikai, he can’t set his sword to normal because he’s said to be special (said by Aizen and Yoruichi) and that is not Ichigo’s or Hollow Ichigo’s sword…

Expected a bit more for 500th chapter but ok. First of all its confirmed that Sternritter have their letters assigned to their ability which is pretty interesting. As for the myserious hero who sliced up Kirge, 90% it is Grimmjow 5% Aizen and 5% a new character.
Grimmjow might definetly be it but then again to pull off something like that on Urahara is pretty amazing and you have to be ultra strong. Urahara should be able to keep with his speed. Also he wouldnt chicken out at the end if it was an Espada. The zanpakto doesnt also look like a Arrancars.
In all the chaos Aizen might have escaped his prison and went through the garganta to save the day. The question is why? I can only thing of one sentence “The enemy of my enemy is my friend”. Probably he doesnt like the Vandenreich as well but this still is too farfetch i think so i will stop here.
It might also be a member of the Royal Guard. It might be too early for them to show up. I also noticed that the slash came down like a kind of energy beam. Is it a Qunicy saving the day? Hehe a Qunicy with zanpakto LOL
Also interesting is the fact that some Sterritter can control others like the case with Jiradobo or how it is spelt. Very interesting…

Hmm, maybe, It could have been to gain the Hogyoku that Urahara possess, and possibly use it once more to be all powerful to complete his plan.

I’m hopeful that its not the Quincy that are controlling them, hopefully it’s a different type of breed that are used by the Quincy’s to control Jidanbou and Rin into attacking the enemy…

personally, I think ichigo just lost control and we are about to see the return of Hichigo.
Since the quincy sealed his shinigami half, and from that moment his Getsuga tenshou went from white to black, he has been using only his hollow half with his powers. The balance he created while training to get the FGT has been messed up. — Also, Ichigo seems to be getting rather shaken and upset in the “jail” thus for him to access more power he needs to bust out his mask, but I dont think we are going to see just the mask, Im thinking that we are going to see something closer to the uncontrollable Hichigo that defeated Ulq. also, the sword did stop, so perhaps we are getting trolled and his mask is more of a full suit now.
I think the sword is definitely ichigos, and the chapter was well written. Tho- if I were ichigo, when in the jail, I would have tried to enter my inner world which ichigo never seems to try and do on his own. so whatever.

But Ichigo’s sword new sword looks nothing like it. His Shikai and Bankai both have a different look from before… They are both pointy and curve at the end, plus i think Hichigo would have the same sword as him… Although it would be awesome to see Hichigo this early in the manga, it’s somewhat unlikely because I think Ichigo will only use his Hollow or even call out or talk to Hichigo when he’s in real trouble…

You are not paying attention to the drawings.
After the positive aspect of ichigos bankai was sealed, his sword has not been drawn with the cool curves and spikes. go back an check the chapter. The instant his bankai is black, his sword is as shown in this chapter.

In fact. Look at the close up when Nel is fight that guy when she was trying to save Ichigo. The part where she holds the blade up to his face. it’s the same tone and shape as this one. Damn I am good I knew they was going to use Nel power again.

Agree, Nel is a good suspect here because she is there and she could possibly go into her adult form to do such a thing. I’ve also noticed that during Nnoitra vs Nel, she slashes him in the chest, proving that it could be Nelliel…

Ok what you all don’t seem to realize for starters is that this is a black and white picture. You are trying to think of someone off the top of your heads who can forsee them with an exact replica of the sword pictured. I bring up the color to point out that this sword can belong to anyone who weilds a sword of similiar shape. The way its colored is only to show thickness so you can easily determine which portion of the sword is actually the blade. Take a look at this

It could very well possibly be grimmjow, or gin, i can ever see it being yoruichi for a laugh. Theres a list of individuaks this could be I personally highly doubt it to belong to any shinigami. What would that bring to the table, with the ability to steal bankias already against them?
Ive read through many posts regarding this and someone I have not seen any guess at would be any of the Visored. The reason I can see it being a Visored and not another shinigami would be because i see the Visored as someone like ichigo and in turn someone not able to have his/her bankia stolen.
If I were to guess I would have to say either a Visored 9which would mean they would probably all be there) or grimjow

Agreed, the colored copy and manga copy look very different, but it also depends on the person who actually colored it… Some people just want the people they most love to appear at this point because they just want to see them in action, while a fraction of people are actually thinking this through, they are considering people who exist in Hueco Mundo, if they are dead or alive, if they can open a Garganta to travel to HM, if they posses a sword or not, if they have such a large attack.
Some people suggest that it could be Grimmjow or Nel because they are the 6th and 3rd Espada’s…. Both Alive, Nel being a lot closer to the scene…
Vizards (Visoreds) are possible, Kubo did show Hiyori before so it’s likely, that’s if they know how to open a Garganta… Possibly it could be Hiyori because she would point her sword at anyone, or it could be one of the other characters of the Visoreds who are helping in HM…

Now u could be right. Hiyori was the only one that stayed in the real world. I would have to say that she is the only other person that would fit the bill. For now that’s who I am sticking with. Those to. Not wishing for anyone else butt the pp that are already there.

I do wonder where is Lisa. Did she become a captain or did she stay in the real world as well. So here are my three guess. It’s either Ichigo in the half hollow form. Nel who is really my first guess or Hiyori. I never really had a good look at her sword. But we will see next week.

You all have good guesses. For me it could me neliel cause she would get pissed seeing ichigo in pain of frustration. I dont think its grimmjow though cause i dont consider him strong enough to defeated someone as strong as kirge with just his sealed zanpakuto. And its too early too grimmjow to appear again, hes just to sexy ;3. It might be aizen but i doubt its him. Hes in a prison thats very secure. And he would never be recruited by the vandenreich, cause if he didnt even like shinigami, what makes you think he would ally himself with quincys. And yes orihime can bring people back from the dead. She can reject nearly any form of event that happened to a person. She brought back meloly from being killed by grimmjows cero. And saved halibel from her two gerivous wounds from aizen. I also believe it could be gin, rangiku never said gin died. Orihime would have healed him too, if she healed halibel. His bankai and cut opponent in half and he can extended his bankai blade at uraharas face before he even could react. It might be hiyori or one of the other vizords too. When she was in the world of the living, she said she smelled a shinigami and a small hole ( looked like a small garaganta ) opening next to her. Gin 45 % Hiyori 25% Neliel 20% Aizen 15% Grimmjow 5%. Thats what i think XD

I think you’ve summarized most of the characters that are likely. You reminded me of that small hole which Hiyori saw, she could have extended it and somehow got through it. And those percentages don’t add up, yours is out of 110% lol, but never mind I get the idea. I also think that your opinions are very similar to mines….

Its the vizard lisa who said that during the fake karakura town arc. And i just found out some info about the new graphic novel The Spirits Are Forever With you vol. 1 so intense man!!! XD

I do agree with this one person ( sorry for not knowing your name :< ) there are probably 26 captain level Quincys. 15 stren ritter. And 11 jagdarmee. Or maybe 10. Im not sure yet XD. And the letter each of them have represents there powers. Like kirge said the emperor gave him the letter "J" for "The Jail" I think thats why he can trap ichigo in that reishi cage. And he cant even get out. I wonder what As Nodt "F" Bambietta Basterbine "E" and Nanana Najakoop "U". I wonder what buzzbees letter is?

Although they all have a different letter they all have their own possibilities, yeah that’s correct! It will be hard for the Shinigami’s to defeat the Quincy’s! It’s going to be a very hard match for them.

I have a very bad feeling its Uryuu or Ryuken.
Maybe they decided to work with the Stren Ritter quincies and join them in the annihilation of SS
I remember vaguely but Ishida didn’t he say how he is not SS freind nor Ichigos.
I suspect Uryuu and Ryoken in this arc. Uryuu decided to stay behind after all? But who knows?
I also would like to see Grimmjow and Gin come back. They are both awesome and popular characters, and knowing TK he supposedly likes to favor popular characters.

Uryu doesn’t have a sword, I think he will be coming back after some time… When time is unexpected Uryu will be there to save Ichigo and the others…
Im pretty sure Grimmjow and Gin are likely to be back, but it may not be as soon as you think…

First of all uryus grandfather did not agree with the vandenreich’es evolution and they put the Quincy name in for revenge instead of helping humans from hollows. So theres no way uryu and ryuken would help the vandenreich. Ryuken is friends with isshin. And uryu is friends with ichigo. So yeah there not bad but i do think there hiding something. Kirge said its impossible that uryus heilig pfeil are weaker then his. Plus i bet him and Ryuken already knew the vandenreich took over las noches and hueco mundo. He was probably guilty for not telling them. And i do see gin coming back. And i do think hes capable of killing kirge with his bankai. His bankai is like a snake and its extremely fast and dangerous. I think hes can kill kirge without him knowing. He can seal his bankai in its shief and use it again without his opponents realizing. Like when he nearly killed Aizens third form with his bankai. Also cried when i thought he died and seeing rangiku cry. I think rangiku achieved bankai. Tite said she was trying to before but hainiko is like her, stubborn and lazy so it was hard. But now i think she did. Its bien over a year.

Lol, where are you getting this information about Uryu’s Grandfather from?
Kirge did say something about Uryu being too weak because he did not follow their new ways, and thus he’s a lot more weaker then the current Vandenreich Army.
I also suspect that Ryuken and Uryu knew that the Quincy’s were preparing something and thus I personally think that Uryu has just not gone to Hueco Mundo because he needs to prepare for the fight, I think he’s getting stronger as Ryuken helps him to get to know more Quincy powers like the Blut and enhancing his skills..
Gin’s bankai is the ability to extend his sword to whatever length he wants to in a very short amount of time.
I think all the Vice-Captains would have had to have obtained their bankai in order to become vice captains, so I think she’s possibly had one for a long time now.. But yeah if she hasn’t then maybe she has now..

Isshin, Grimmjow and Nel, I personally think are the best people to be the person who killed Kirge.. Aizen at that time could have still been in his cage… but you never know it could be him 😛

It’s already been 35 chapters, 10 months and we are still trying to figure this one out. Tite Kubo, it’s about time you show us who did it.
Well, i personally think it was an espada, either Grimmjow or Nnoitra, since they are both enemies of Urahara and are strong enough to cut that guy like that.
Gin -> He is most likely dead, and he did not use to kill like that, he would rather pierce than cut someone in half.
Neil ->She was not an enemie, furthermore, she prefers a fair fight over killing someone from behind.
Quincy -> It was not a quincy, since the guy had a sword. Unless it was a new type we are not aware of
