The man who began the world of the Shinobi’s, Hagoromo Otsutsuki, shared a vision to help everyone and guide the world where everyone is connected by a power that we now know as chakra. He was a kind man who started with a small following but gained a large following where even his sons, Indra and Ashura, wanted to take over the powers that come from chakra.
