Donquixote Doflamingo also known as Heavenly Yaksha was recently one of the strongest opponents to go up against Luffy. He’s also a former Shichibukai who previously had a 340 million bounty. His contacts and power made him invisible and thus known as the Joker within the underworld. His tenacity made him Luffy go to the edge of his current power to defeat him.
