Bleach has a great number of amazing captains, one of which is Soi Fon (Sui Feng). She isn’t the strongest, but she is capable of destroying a large number of enemies she faces. By using her incredible Bankai, Jakuho Raikoben, she is capable of locking on and destroying opponents she deems not worthy. Furthermore, she has incredible speed, agility and stamina that allows her to act as the head of the Onmitsukido or Stealth force. This cosplay does Soi Fon justice.

I honestly think that the cosplay, TammYTA, has done a magnificent job of cosplaying as Soi Fon.
