Yes he is indeed and even from death he resurrected back to life after being sliced to pieces. He came back bigger and stronger and not even Goku’s kamehameha would do him justice. I am surprised no one has put him on the top list of being the strongest in Anime history. This dude has hacks/hax for days.His abilities is beyond broken and Tite Kubo left the fight unfinished.
