Juvia Lockser, from the anime and manga series Fairy Tail started out as a beast controlling water to her will, however when she met Gray she was quickly taken a feet to which she fell completely in love with him. She’s an awesome and powerful Fairy Tail member with friends and fans who adore her. This cosplay is even more awesome, it’s below.
