Today’s Naruto 560 Manga Chapter revealed that Uchiha Madara had both the Rinnegan and the Mangekyou Sharingan! These two techniques are two of the most powerful techniques from the Uchiha Clan!
There isn’t a clear reason online for why Madara has both of these techniques activated! Nor do I know why he does. If you know why, do comment below and tell me.
Naruto 560 features Uchiha hinting us that he knows who Tobi is! “This is His Doing… He definitely has something in mind… But What?” This could mean that Uchiha may have an idea who Tobi could be. Although later on, Kabuto says “I’m Kabuto… His Assistance”. Therefore His is Orochimaru. Thinking about it, Orochimaru could be a candidate to who Tobi would be. Orochimaru has knowledge about Sharingan and Rinnegan, therefore it could be him.
Furthermore Kabuto tells Madara Uchiha that his body is upgraded by Kabuto himself to get even more powerful from his Prime state which would be before he died. Madara is one of the most powerful characters on the show, and Kabuto finding out that Madara has a prime would be an insult to him.

well naruto and nagato(pain) belongs uzumaki clan who are blood relatives of senzu clan and so as the history the sage of six paths had two sons one was gifted by the power of sharingan and thought that power(UCHIHA’S) is everything and the other with the noble thoughts of he sage of six path that love and peace(SENZU CLAN) will be the balance to all living thing. so as madara was the founder of uchiha clan he planted some of his power in a small child name nagato when he was a child. and nagato’s renneigan was released when his parents died…so the question is how naruto will get renneigan. the answer is simple. the incredible intelligent itachi uchiha gave some of his power to naruto just before the battle b/w itachi and sasuke when the leaf ninja team was searching for sasuke…so my be at the end may be it was itachi’s powers which triggers naruto’s rennigan in the battle…so thats what i can say after studying the whole story…hope my answers satisfies you

That’s really detailed actually! It makes sense.
The part about Naruto having the Rinnegan or some sort of eye power could be when Itachi planted that a Crow onto Naruto.
And the thing you say about Madara planted some of his power onto Nagato when he was a little boy, and a little bit ahead in the manga, Tobi/New Madara says something like I came to get my property or something, was fake, in fact he wants that power to became even stronger!
