Fairy Tail 185 reveals the connection between Kagura and Jellal as she is Simon’s little sister to which looked around for him ever since she escapes. Both Erza and Kagura fight it out as Erza’s weakness is revealed to be what had caused Simon’s death. On top of which we see Kagura unsheathed her sword in order to attack Erza. 

Fairy Tail 185 begins as we continue on with the battles. We begin as Jellal had previously found who that he spotted Future Lucy. Future Lucy tells Natsu and the others that she is in fact from the future as she used Eclipse to go back to this time. As she goes to tell everyone that the country will be destroyed, she faints.

Lucy and the others don’t know what to do about this, they carry out of there try and go outside. Hisui talks to Darton about Eclipse to which she mentions that Hisui had already used the 12 Keys in order to release the seal on Eclipse. She has no use for the keys anymore. All she needs at this point is to wait and hope that the future is not destroyed. She needs both Arcadios and Darton by her side.

Minerva tells Erza and Kagura that they cannot go anything to her. Kagura goes to attack however as she does, Minerva and Erza change positions thus Kagura attacks Erza instead. Minerva mentions that she is the king, and that she will play her own strategy in order to win this. She cannot fight both of them thus will wait for them to end their battle.

Minerva disappear. It seems that Erza and Minerva will go at it. Gajeel also gets his own opponent as he’s faced with Rogue, Gajeel tells him that he won’t be able to do anything, as Natsu is not as nice as him. Laxus and Orga fight too. Sting isn’t able to be found at this point. Darton mention that he doesn’t see the team winning with such odds. Sting mentions to himself that he’ll show everyone.

We see Jellal, Ultear and Meredy talk about this and what they heard from Future Lucy, they can’t believe it. It seems that Ultear and her past has never escaped her. We go to the past where everyone is working as a child including Erza, Jellal, Millianna, Simon and others.

We see that Jellal had originally given her the name Erza Scarlet, which she likes it. We then move on to when we see Ultear use Jellal as her own puppet to push him to betray and kill everyone. The kids try and break out however Jellal has own his intentions to do what he wants. We move onto the future when we see Natsu, Jellal and Erza fight.

Jellal later on faces Erza with Ultear to which they apologize for what they did and thus say sorry for everything and reveal that Ultear was controlling everyone. Jellal thinks that there might be something wrong with her story, Natsu also notices that Future Lucy is lighter than her current self.

Erza and Kagura begin their fight however at everyone strike Erza gets hit, even her armor is not able to do anything. We see Erza being pushed down at each and every strike. Erza asks if her strength is coming from her hatred towards Jellal to which Kagura kicks her. Erza tells her that this has nothing to do with Millianna.

This is her own will. Kagura reveals that Jellal had killed Simon, to whom he was her big brother. However when the Child Hunters came, they took him and she was able to escape, she searched for years to which Millianna helped her and told her what happened to him.

She made a vow to use the sword to only unsheathe it when she wants to kill Jellal. Erza mentions that she was facing Jellal’s attack on her own when Simon came in, he took the attack and saved both Erza and Natsu. He later reveals that he loved her. Jellal may have caused Simon’s death, however it was Erza’s weakness that killed Simon. Kagura gets upset and begins to unsheathe her sword out of anger, when Fairy Tail 185 ends here.

A fantastic episode, with lots of amazing and interesting stuff happening, it’s getting mysterious and really good to see that Future Lucy could be lying, plus other amazing fights are also beginning. Can’t wait for next week’s Fairy Tail 186, titled “The Future Speeding Towards Despair!”, when we continue with the fights.
