Naruto 667 see’s Kabuto saving Sasuke’s life by attaching the end of his cord into Sasuke and giving him life using Hashirama’s Cells. Orochimaru and others arrive to see whats going on as Kabuto realizes that he already has a home to which he can return to, he also realizes the good in himself. Guy’s arrival helps Kakashi and the others, he uses his 7th Gate of Wonder to attack Madara but fails when Rock Lee arrives to help him. He mentions that he has no other choice but to get ready to activate his final eight gate, releasing the Red Beast! 

Naruto 667 begins as Karin shouts trying to figure out who’s in front of Sasuke. she mentions that she has no idea who he is and where he came from but he must not mess with Sasuke! Orochimaru recognizes this person as being Kabuto! He’s attached himself to Sasuke, he mentions that he saw a group travelling his way and knew it was Orochimaru.

They realize that it’s Kabuto, they reveal that he has absorbed all different kinds of chakra and seems to have transformed into this. Also Orochimaru has no chakra within Kabuto which he thinks is a bad idea. Kabuto asks Orochimaru why he’s there to which he says the same thing.

Kabuto seems to be transferring things from himself to Sasuke, Karin notices that he’s doing something. He tells Karin that he doesn’t want to take Sasuke for himself. She notices that there is some life in Sasuke. Kabuto mentions his study in Medical Ninjutsu and Hashirama’s cells he was able to stop taking order from Orochimaru.

Orochimaru notices Tobirama down. Orochimaru mentions about the Izanami loop he was in within Itachi’s technique. Kabuto mentions that he was able to release himself from his own self and all control Orochimaru had over him has gone. He realizes that he found himself in all his memories as well as his home.

Kabuto doesn’t want to lose the only place he calls home, and thus it’s what he doesn’t want to lose from the bottom of his heart. Itachi wanted to protect Sasuke no matter the cost, that feeling persisted and pierced into his own heart too. Suigetsu reminds him that he and Obito were the ones to start the war.

It seems that he realises this as well does Obito. However now he knows who they are and who what they have to do. Madara mentions that even more reinforcements will be nothing as Guy had arrived. Kakashi seems to be fine from that Rasengan his he got, he teleported it away using his Kamui.

Guys ask why he used a Sage jutsu, to which they mention that only Sage techniques and Taijutsu seem to be the only things that can physically damage him.  Guy and Minato are the only ones that can do any damage against him. Kakashi mentions that Minato’s Sage is weak and takes him a while to prepare, plus he’s not in the condition to make any seals.

Guy understands whats going on, he steps out and quickly unleashes his Seventh Gate of Wonders! A green steam unleashes out to which it provides the best time for Guy to physically attack Madara! Guy then even goes as far as to release his Afternoon Tiger! It unleashes out pushing both Guy and Madara back however Guy seems to have run out of steam.

Minato and Kakashi try to throw a Kunai for Minato to help him transfer but Rock Lee appears and quickly brings him back! Rock Lee seems to have run quickly forward leaving Tenten to fall back a little. Guy’s left arm and a few bits are busted to which it seems that move was their last hope.

Guys mentions that it’s too soon to rule out Taijutsu, the springtime of their youth hasn’t faded away, they must not lose hope. They may never be able to accomplish all the things they wish for, but if they only do things they want to, they’ll never start, just like his challenge. Guy mentions that the green days of Konoha are over, it’s time to become the red beast!

What a crazy chapter, Guy is finally about to release his awesome and crazy Red Beast, which is the final Eight Gate! And possibly after this it could mean his death if he does go full on after Madara. This is getting way to intense! Guy is crazy powerful and we’re going to see it during next week’s Naruto 668, can’t wait!
