Bleach 553 shows a completely new Toshiro Hitsugaya with a new Bankai Form! It seems to be true that Toshiro’s Bankai has changed and seems as though he no longer has any limitations over using his power! After gaining their Bankai’s back from the Stern Ritter’s, they’ve taken it to themselves to enable their precious Bankai’s in order to shoot down BG9, as Sui Feng did, while Toshiro gets up in style to reveal that his Bankai is his, then freezing Cang Du completely!
Bleach 553 begins as Toshiro’s Bankai falls off Cang Du asking what is currently going on, he quickly notices that his Bankai seems to be transferring from Cang Du to Toshiro! Cang Du mentions that his medallion has not be affected, why is the Bankai returning to him, while Toshiro mentions that he doesn’t know. Maybe Hyorinmaru just wants to come back.
BG9 analyses Sui Feng’s body when he asks Omaeda if he still resist after his captain was defeated, he just wants to collect some data before she does. He gets closer and gives her the pill to which it reacts, he mentions that with that pill she’ll be able to use her Bankai again, he doesn’t know the details. BG9 quickly notices a difference in him.
He mentions that the connection is not working properly, Sui Feng mentions that the hollowfied Bankai is impairing their bodily functions. Sui Feng mentions that she had to wake up after hearing Urahara’s voice. She quickly enables her Bankai, Jakuho Raikoben, to which BG9 notices that her Bankai has returned to her. Sui Feng quickly mentions for him to get a hit by her Bankai and analyze it.
Omaeda helps her aim it to which it does and she quickly fires it. It seems to have gotten a direct hit to which an explosion so large appears right above everyone, even Cang Du and Toshiro feel it’s force. Cang Du tells them not to underestimate them, they had trained in order to control their Bankai. Cang Du goes for an attack with its ice attack which repels off Toshiro like nothing. Toshiro mentions that it’s impossible to attack itself, to which he does to kick it, however that also doesn’t work.
Cang Du mentions for them to stop talking as though the Bankai has a soul. Toshiro jumps to the sky to which he asks Cang Du if he really thinks Bankai’s don’t have a soul, however Hyorinmaru replies mentions that it seems like they don’t think so. Toshiro is happy to hear his voice again. From this point on he enables his fully new Bankai form! Toshiro’s New Bankai Form has been fully enables and it looks amazing!
Cang Du notices that his wings have completely vanished, Toshiro notices that he knew that his face was different, he also notices that his Bankai was hollowfied a little to disable the link of Quincy and Bankai. Toshiro mentions that he’ll have to use his technique to which She Jin Zhao is used.
It’s a dragon like trap to which traps Cang Du, Toshiro then points his sword at him, to which Cang Du notices that Hyorinmaru’s crest is a cross-shaped flower. Out of nowhere, Toshiro uses this and completely freezes Cang Du in a cross-shaped ice to which Toshiro mentions that he’s sorry for not making it into a pentagram. Bleach 553 ends here.
What an awesome chapter, Toshiro has really upped his game when it comes to Bankai’s, plus he no longer has three limits of using his Bankai, it seems that he’s be able to perfect his Bankai to a point that he’s fully compatible and able to use it’s fully power, it’s awesome to now know that Captain’s and Vice captains can use their absolute Bankai. Can’t wait for next week’s Bleach 554 when the Bankai’s attack back!

Well the caption for next week’s episode showed that the counter attack for the captains will begin, either you’re correct and Cang Du will fight back in another different chapter as other captains fight, or Cang Du is out of it…

Yeah im sure BG9 is not dead yet…he will use volstandig to, they hve blut vene right..i really want to see byakuya and as nodt again..1 more thing i dont know who attack rukia, but im sure rukia will face again ..

Well if you want my opinion, I believe one of the female Stern Ritter was attacking Rukia. Like either Meninas or Giesell. And yes they do have Blut Vene and Blut Artere. And don’t forget they can heal their innures with Blut like Quilge did. This gives the Visords Shinji, Rojuro, Mashiro, and Kensei have the upper hand for now against the Stern Ritter.

From what I saw from the first invasion. Rojuro and Kensei were severely injured and probably defeated by the Stern Ritter NaNaNa and Bazz-B. Sense they both along with As Nodt attacked Yamamoto at once. And even Shinji was injured bad. That’s probably cause they didn’t use their Hollow Mask during the first invasion.

Thay have proven that they have more Quincy in the empire than 26. Uryu and Yhwach are A. Royd and Loyd are Y. I’m sure they have a replacement for Berneice Gabrielli Stern Ritter Q, sense we don’t know what the Question can really do. I believe the Arrancer will fight the Executive Hunting Captains of the Jadarme. Sense they are in Hueco Mundo hunting and in slaving the Arrancar for the empire. Halibel will fight the strongest, Neliel the second, and Grimmjow the third. The Fullbringers might fight either Stern Ritter or Jadarme. I’m not sure. I also believe Kuhaku might be a Fullbringer if she is training Ginjo, Giriko, and Tstumashi. Maybe Yuko and Jackie will get their Fullbrings back and fight too. I know Chad and Riruka will fight. They still have thiers. And maybe that one guy with the brace knuckle Fullbring too. I believe they have a group of Quincy much more stronger than the entire empire to fight the Royal Guard. I believe they will have six members. Five for the Royal Guard, and one for Retsu Unohana. Sense she’s like the most strongest Shinigami around. Besides Zaraki when he achi Bankai.

Hmmm, yes this will be the biggest fight, but are you sure that we’ll see so people get involved. Because if you remember Riruka, she mentions that she will never see them again or something similar to that. I hope to see other older characters fight but I don’t want to see a large number of old, unrequired people join in too…

Well here’s how I put it, this war will decide with the universe will live or not. If the Vandenreich keep winning battles, eventually it will effect the world of the living. So maybe not soon, but eventually everyone will get involved in this war, to save the universe. Plus its the final arc, everyone will fight. They did it in Naruto. I think. I mean Naruto is ending pretty soon.

I do. I really do. So far I haven’t seen any Quinch who match the Royal Guards strength or superiority. Jugram is the Grand Master of the Stern Ritter, but I have to put him as powerful as Shunsui. Sense he was overwhelmed by Zarakis Reiatsu. Shunsui let Retsu train Zaraki cause he wouldn’t be strong enough to train Zaraki any futher. So far the only Stern Ritter I have seen that are Senior Captain Level are Jugram, mister mustach and tie stern ritter Shunsui fought in the first invasion. Joshiros stern ritter opponent. Whoever he or she is. And that Quincy with the white hair and pitch black eyes. She seems extremely powerful to me.

Hmm, I think there might be some reason to why the Royal Guard aren’t getting involved. Yes they’re powerful, but their priority comes first, which is to keep the King safe. If they got involved in other matters like the fight the King won’t be happy. I think the Royal Guards don’t pay much attention to the Shinigami and Seireitei.

I personally think that the little hollow powers they were given helped to break the connection between Bankai, medallion and Quincy. I think the reason why Toshiro looks like this is because this is Toshiro’s true bankai form, from the previous forms we saw of Toshiro, it had limits like the three crosses which broke indication Toshiro’s Bankai levels etc. Now it seems that Toshiro can hold it for however long he likes as well as use it’s true potential. Let’s see Toshiro go up against Bazz-B now.

Personally I believe Cang Du will release his Vollständig. And Bazz-B will go fight someone else. Probably the Captain he was fighting in the first invasion. I mean if Toshiros Bankai Hollowfied a little, why didn’t Sui Fengs? Her Bankai looked the same to me when she release d it and fired it at BG9. And same destructive power. Damn the explosion was so fucking huge!!

i agree with sunite, the hallow powers r there to only break the connection btwn the quincy medallion n their bankai. His bankai ddnt hollofied at all. The only reason its different 4rm dat of sui feng is dat it our 1st time to see his bankai at its true form.

From what I saw. Ichibeni was leading the rest of the Royal Guard when they first arrived. I noticed that some of them have bodyguards. Like the Sword Five with Oetsu and those muscle twins with Kirinji.

can’t wait to see Kyoraku, Ukitake and Unohana’s fight the quincy…and to see their bankai since 3 of them is super senior captain especially unohana, she became captain as long as yamamoto….i don’t think she dead…

Bleach Wiki is where regular people like you and me. So they put whatever they want on it. They said Byakuya died. They said Grimmjow died. Theh said Halibel and Tres Bestias died. Now they say Retsu died. Well so far all those characters I just listed have proven to be alive. So I’m pretty sure she’s still alive. I mean if she’s not, who’s gonna battle Yhwach in this current invasion? Zaraki? Hell no. He’s not ready to fight him. Jushiro is not even in Seretei. Shunsui has Jugram to deal with. Royal Guard are in the Spirit Place, a second dimension in the soul society.

believe or not Unohana is not die yet…even she has been stab by Zaraki..well you know that she already stab zaraki so many times and heal him..then why she can’t heal herself???
and if you refer to bleach wiki, well they said byakuya die and now not, many espada die then not…so there is no confirmation that Unohana already dead..

Did anybody else notice that Toshiro’s sword is half ice, and it looks a lot like Ichigo’s Bankai when he fought Ginjo?
Looks kinda cool. He made the ice sword because his Shikai blade was broken by Bazz-B’s attack.
I don’t want to see Zaraki fight that mustache and tie Stern Ritter. I think Zaraki wouldn’t like to fight a gun-user. He would think it’s lame. I’m curious to see Nanao’s zanpakuto, since its been hidden since the start of the series… and Yoruichi’s too.

Remember when Rukia fought Aeroniero? He broke her shikai, but she used the third dance to repair her blade with snow and ice. So I’m jot surprised Toshiros blade can do something similar. I kinda think Zaraki will fight Jugram in this invasion. After Shunsui and Jugram fight for a bit. Then the mustache and tie stern ritter will battle Shunsui. I kinda think Kisuke and Yoruichis Quincy Rivals will be Jurgram and that female Quincy with the black eyes. Yoruichi is powerful, like everyone else, she will need her Shikai and Bankai to battle Quincy. I mean Quincy are the onky race that can truly match a Shinigamis power. Fullbringers can’t that much. Arrancar are formidable opponents, but they are just hollows that mimic Shinigami powers. Bounts have to fuse with their dolls to do any real damage. Tobjito from hell can defeat Arrancar and Fullbringers. But not Shinigami and Quincy.

Here’s my list. Ichigo. Zaraki Aizen, Retsu, and maybe some one else? And I know Shinigami battle each other by using Reiatsu. But whag about Quincy? By who can absorb the most Reishi while battling.
