In the latest Bleach 468 Chapter, Moe Shishigawara started off unconscious but came around to get beaten by Ikkaku once more! In the previous episode Moe is set straight by Ikkaku as he was head butted to sleep!

In Bleach 468, Moe states that he would give his life for Shukuro Tsukishima no matter what! Even if Tsukishima has no care for Moe. Here, Ikkaku Calls Moe an Idiot for even thinking this! Ikkaku then goes to explain how if you give your life for someone it would be a two-way contribution! Only give your life away to them, if they are willing to do the same!

Ikkaku screams at Moe till he realise’s what kind of action his taking. Moe’s face at the end of this seems as though he knows what is going to happen, and there’s nothing more he can do but to face Ikkaku straight on.
