Naruto Shippuden 406 concentrates on Ino’s past as she thinks about the thoughts she had during the moment she was training. She went through a few changes as she learnt medical ninjutsu, then went ahead to train with Ino and Shikamaru to get this strong. They all realise that they’ve gotten much stronger compared to before.
