Naruto 676 gets exciting as Madara appears with a contained Obito with Zetsu under control, at the same time Sakura has feelings of whether Sasuke cares about her, while at the same time Madara opens his Third Eye! Madara, once he’s all healed up, he breaks his forehead guard and gets really high to which we finally see Madara initiate his Third Eye to enable his Infinite Tsukuyomi!
Naruto 676 begins as Madara comes out of Obito’s dimension, while everyone stares at Madara to see what he’s going to do next. Madara mentions if they all die together, you could call that teamwork. Naruto calls Obito’s name to which Zetsu tells him that Obito’s body has been taken over to which he would like to provide his body for all the mistakes.
Madara looks around to which Sakura also gets ready to fight, we also see Sakura remember the past moment when they worked like a team, as well as when Naruto and Sasuke were always in front of her. She enables her technique, similar to Tsunade and attacks immediately. She is quickly stabbed but still able to move.
She uses this to punch Madara in the face while Sasuke follows. Madara notes that Sakura has a similar power to that of Tsunade, the punch does no effect as there seems to be some kind of wall, Naruto and Sasuke pull her back making sure that she’s okay.
Naruto takes out the rod then asking if she’s okay, she says that she is. Then mentions to herself if Sasuke cares about her in the least bit. Sasuke begins to tell when Naruto already knows that Madara has multiplied himself and created more shadows. Sasuke notes that Sasuke has the Rinnegan.
Madara mentions that the stage is set, it’s time to begin the show. He goes up high to which then creates a large number of Chibaku Tensei (meaning Planetary Catastrophic Devastation) to which the ground shakes and rocks go up, while Gaara and the others back off a little.
Sasuke tells Naruto not to let his guard down as his shadows are still moving, Madara tells them that they won’t be able to deal with this as easily as they did before. They get there with Naruto making clones to which they go fight the Shadows.
Zetsu watches from far watching and keeping record of whats happening. Kurama is asked by Naruto for him to creates a Bijuu Dama Rasenshuriken. Both Naruto and Sasuke go from rock to rock cutting then into smaller pieces, they keep on coming more and more while Sakura notices how amazing the sight is.
Kakashi doesn’t notice it but Naruto is also fighting Madara’s shadows, he just see’s nothing but a joke. Madara gets ready as he breaks his head guard, mentioning according to the stone monument, when they’re near to the moon, an eye shall open and project itself on the moon to bring the Infinite Dream! A third eye appears from Madara’s forehead! Naruto 676 ends here!
A crazy chapter with Madara absolutely making this epic, and really hard for both Naruto and Sasuke. They may be the reincarnated forms but it will be tough for all of them to fight against a Madara this strong. Can’t wait for next week’s Naruto 677, when the Infinite Tsukuyomi may get activated, what will Naruto do?

Kakashi is near exhaustion, he can’t do much. He might as well back off for now just like Gaara and the others. It’s hard to predict what could happen next at this point.

This fight seem like a one way battle, Madara is soooooo powerful and he has finally completed his long life ambition. But I think this part where sasuke new eye will come into play. Sakura looks like she will only be in the way here!!!!

She has already been in the way way too many times, plus her feelings are coming out, I’m sure Sasuke can sense her feelings towards him. She and Kakashi need to backoff a little bit before they both die.

Obito has been taken over by Zetsu, both of his eyes have been returned to him, he will have the ability to use both his eyes, however unsure to how he might use it properly. Nevertheless, I hope he tries to get his body back. I know he’s somewhere in there.

Sasuke left eye is the same as madara’s third eye, so sasuke should be able to deactivate the Infinite tskuyumi!!!

Sasuke will take that third eye (Rinnegan with tomas), since he has the same one on his left eye. Naruto will destroy the moon and create a new one.

Since this is the epic final arc lets hope team 7 survives madaras INFINITE TSUKUYOMI – or worse lets hope sasuke won’t die because he said to himself that he has a new purpose now we can hear from after team 7 finally defeats madara for good.

Ah well, Sakura put in a good effort. I’m expecting Sasuke to be the one that steps up and Naruto will have to deal the final blow that destroys Sasuke and Madara. It won’t be a terribly happy ending, but it’ll get the job done. Now that Madara’s unleashed his plan, I wonder how it will affect the climax. Could we be looking an a 20+ chapter fight after all? It’s already been like 50 chapters since the Madara climax and about 5 since Team 7 decided to take him on. Pretty good job Kishimoto!

Yeah it’s been a few awesome and strong chapters, however I don’t see how Naruto can deal the final blow and end Sasuke’s life too, he wouldn’t do that as he’d like to still save him and bring him back..

With his new Sage powers, it wouldn’t be too far off for him to be able to regenerate Sasuke after he suffers a critical injury. It could also be a way to weaken Sasuke and have him decide to step down so that Naruto can become Hokage. Otherwise, I’m sure that the village will remember that Sasuke is a genius and let him be the true Hokage

I want Sasuke to stay as a solo act 😉 I’m actually hoping that Naruto and Hinata/Sakura decide to just stay as friends and likewise with everyone else. Romance is all right in theory but….I’d rather that it stays in fan theories for now. It would be like Vegeta getting into the romance thing….(ignoring that he did)

Naruto and Hinata are sorted, we know she will act on her feelings after the battle. However Sasuke has Sakura and Karin, of which he ignores both. I hope that he does leave it just like that for the theorists out there. But if the author ever wanted to show how Konoha ended up after the war and after everything got rebuild etc, how far in the future will he have to go to dismiss any theories that Sasuke got married to this person to carry the line, e.g. a few generations may still talk about the elders while a lot of generations after would possible begin to fade away.

I’m hoping that she tries to tell Naruto, but he misinterprets it as a “friend zoned” and then they part ways. As for the Sasuke situation, they should just use a loophole, like he created new heirs with his sharingan. They’re actually real because his new sharingan is that good. It will solve all of the problems

Definitely, it would be an awesome trick from Kishimoto! I agree that Sasuke should get a great ending to match his character. Becoming a solid Hokage could end his character arc or maybe even joining another village and becoming the Kage over there. A lot of possibilities!

I have a feeling sasuke will embark on his own journey after this final battle if not killed!!! He wants to be hokage but am sure on his returne to the village after the war he will see how everyone loves naruto and how he is their true hero. Thus sasuke will leave and bid farewell to everyone to train harder.

Maybe its me but does anyone think obito was a tad bit moreimpressive than madara? Im mean madara is very impressive but obito used many different techniques and ninjutsu while madara mainly used taijutsu and a handful of ninjutsu. Im a little disappointed in madara 😦
