Attack on Titan: Before The Fall chapter 1, it begins around 70 years ago before the fall of Wall Maria. These times include those by which mankind had no clue to how they can fight the Titan’s. The chapter begins with a pregnant woman who see’s her dead husbands head fall down from the sky. Out of nowhere, Titan’s invade and seem to have killed everyone. Two Scouting Legion soldiers arrive too late and notice how they’ve all been killed. Noticing that the pregnant woman’s baby is moving, the soldier cuts open the woman to reveal and normal baby. 13 Years later, he’s grown up but seems to be locked up. 

 The Attack on Titan manga was originally written by Isayama Hajime, however this manga is being written by Shiki Satoshi. I believe that the work being done is first being looked by the original author. The series doesn’t start out with an impact at all, It was very predictable that the Titan’s would be attacking soon enough, a face lands and a woman shouts their name, most likely that she was married to him. His name being Heath while the mother being Elena.

After a while, a large number of Titan’s quickly enter the walls, however the Scouting Legions nor the Police can do anything. The people there can’t seem to understand why they’re doing such a thing, they don’t even understand how to defend themselves nor how to kill the Titan’s. There are also many that blindly worship the Titan’s, which are all killed. They shout to open the gate, it seems stupid to do such a thing, however after some time of chanting and shouting for people to open the door, the worshippers seem to be taking over as a man from the government was beheaded. The doors begin to open, other people who aren’t near the door notice this. Footsteps arrive and quickly begin to take over and kill everyone in the surrounding area.

Solm Hume and Carlo Pikel, both 18 arrive at the scene to notice everything that happened. Yes, what happened before was their memories just previously. This is where the real fun begins, they know that several things can happen with just all these bodies being there such as diseases and plagues. They even reveal that they know nothing, the Titan’s don’t even seem to be digesting properly. They look at the massive numbers of bodies around them, not even being digested, all piled up when they both notice Elena, dead. Carlo notices something on Elena and tells to get the Recovery squads. They notice that she’s moving when Carlo says that her belly is moving, they talk about how if this is how new Titan’s are born, but it seems that they don’t know much unless they open her up.

Once they open up, this young baby seems to have landed on the floor full of blood. He doesn’t seem to be moving. They ask themselves if the baby was alive when Elena was inside the Titan, which is most likely. Both Carlo and Solm notice that this baby could be very different. He seems to be branded as the Titan’s Child! However 13 Years later, we see a young man who seems to all locked up in his cell, he’s now 13 and has eyes that can kill. It seems that we’ll follow this young mans journey, from being locked up to possibly being something that humankind can put their hopes and wishes to help to save everyone. It seems like it’s going to be really good, I hope to see what comes next as Before The Fall, if done correctly, it’s going to be awesome. Nevertheless, it’s going to be pretty cool to see everything that happened before the fall of Wall Maria. Can’t wait for the next Shingeki No Kyojin: Before The Fall 2!
