Fairy Tail 346 sees the entrance of Minerva in her new-found guild, Succubus Eye. From this we can easily find that Erza is most likely to lose this as her age and power have gone down to a level which is impossible to fight anyone. Natsu fights the other member but sees that he won’t be able to win, thus he tricks him and runs off. Flare steps in to save both Lucy and Wendy from a shot from Drake.

Fairy Tail 346 begins as Erza raises her magic power to test if she is able to use magic, which she is after hard work, she is able to get a sword to appear. She notices that the speed of equipping has slowed up while the magic usage has increased. Her current smaller body is not enough for her capabilities. Minerva appears mentioning that even Erza cannot escape such a bad state.

Erza asks why she’s there, Minerva mentions that it’s her first mission after switching guilds. She finds meeting her there to be somewhat unexpected. Erza notices that she’s joined a dark guild, the Succubus Eye. She goes on to mention that she only joins the strongest of guilds, it doesn’t matter what type it is. Minerva also mentions that her aims are much higher.

Erza asks if she’s already lost her pride, Minerva tells her that this talk bores her and that she’s ready for her rematch while she wonders how Erza’s going to match up against her in her current body. Erza asks who did that to her, Minerva reveals that it was her partner who has a fascinating magic. Erza mentions that she has gone even lower to use such tactics, while Minerva’s views have changed after visiting there.

Minerva mentions that this is no longer a tournament, it’s not a fight to the death. Natsu wonders how he’s not a kid. The man Natsu faces tries to strike Natsu but misses, however Natsu doesn’t land well. Natsu tries his road but fails, even his fist of fire fails. The man mentions that he won’t be able to do anything as his magic corresponds to his current level of magic, which is next to nothing. The man hits Natsu and it hurts him.

Natsu knows that he’s in trouble, Natsu notices something and is quickly scared, he notices something, the man also looks towards the area and notices nothing. Natsu quickly makes a run for it, the man notices that Natsu’s pulled a fast one on him. Natsu runs and mentions that this always worked on Gildarts, he’s gone to find the voice. The man mentions that Natsu’s looking down on him, he mentions that he’ll come to know the fearsome powers of a non-human, while he’s got weird things on his face.

Lucy and Wendy are lost while the members of the Treasure Guild are following them, they mention that their next target is now Lucy’s keys. Wendy says sorry about dropping the bottle but all they want to do is help the giants. Hiroshi doesn’t give a crap about the giants and thus tries to hit part of a leg of a giant. Lucy tells them that they’re still alive, as Wendy hears their words, she gets pissed off and uses her roar to blow him off.

Wendy mentions that they don’t have any intentions of fighting, but if they’re going to harm the giants then they’ll be their opponents. Hiroshi mentions that they’re going to fight them. Drake fires his sniper rifle, he mentions that there’s three men and two woman.  Wendy falls over when Drake fires. Flare shows up and stops the bullet. She mentions that now its three woman, Red hair, Blue hair and Blondie. Fairy Tail 346 ends here.

A pretty good chapter, although now that Flare has shown up, I think the tables will turn as she’ll quickly beat them up. Also, Flare has a new crest, which guild could she now be in? Can’t wait for next week’s Fairy Tail 347, titled “Red, Blue, Blond Hair Fight”, when we’ll see Flare strike back.
