In today’s Bleach 346, Ichigo finds out how Kugo Ginjo can help him to protect his family and friends plus finding out how Uryu Ishida got hurt, and who did it.

This episode starts out by Ichigo visiting Xcution HQ at 8pm. Ginjo notices Ichigo is 5 minutes late, however Ichigo corrects Ginjo telling him, he’s only 3 minutes early. Ichigo knows that what he is doing could be a trap, but maybe the only thing he can do to know who tried to kill Uryu.

Ichigo finds out that Chad has also been asked to join the Xcution. By looking at Chad close up face, its probable that Chad is also surprised to see Ichigo there. Since Chad has not made it to school, its easy to say that he’s been training and improving his skills with the Xcution.

So how do the members of Xcution get this Fullbring? “Fullbring is a special ability which certain Humans are born with, where they can manipulate the “soul” of matter for a variety of effects. Fullbringers each have a parent who was attacked by a Hollow before they were born. Traces of the Hollows’ powers remained in their mothers’ bodies, which were then passed onto them when they were born. Thus, the powers resemble those of Hollows more than they resemble those of Shinigami’s.” source: bleach.wikia.com
