In Bleach Episode 345, there is nothing more to say about Ichigo except that he is once again going through a dark patch in his life. He cannot cope with what’s going on in his life, so he decides to do something about it!

Bleach 345 starts by Ishida going to the General Hospital using an ambulance. Uryu Ishida has been treated by his father Ryuken Ishida, although he has done a good job of fixing him up, Ishida has to still take care of his wounds.

Uryu Ishida’s Father Ryuken Ishida mentions to Orihime, “Uryu wasn’t cut down by a Hollow”, he also says “it wasn’t by a Soul Reaper, either”. Ryuken goes on to say that he check the residual Spiritual Pressure on his wounds, and finds out that whatever cut Uryu left something which is completely different to Spiritual Pressure.

Ryuken Ishida continues to explain what he knows to Orihime. He also warns Orihime that the enemy is a Human which has similar powers like both Orihime and Sado. He then goes on to say “the next one to be in danger is either you or Sado”.

During the Second half of the Episode, Ichigo’s friends are left unconscious by a Thief which was hired by Shukuro Tsukishima to try to kill Ichigo. Although this was a completely fail on the Thief’s behalf, Tsukishima has now introduced himself to Ichigo as an enemy by the way he was looking at Ichigo. Ryuken Ishida was also at the scene, he also got a glance at Shukuro Tsukishima when he quickly left.

Ichigo’s depression sets in when he finds himself unable to do anything but fight off thieves. A thought swipes Ichigo’s head, this thought would be to join Xcution. The few last images above, show the conversation that Ichigo talking to an Xcution member. They state “We were expecting your call.” all the hard work for Ginjo has paid off because Ichigo now will be able to get Xcution’s help to develop his Fullbring Powers!
