Tite Kubo, creator of Bleach, has suddenly left Twitter. His account (@tite_kubo) no longer exist after he disabled/removed it on Thursday. He offered no explanation, only writing the day before, “[Notice] Tomorrow night, after about 24 hours I will delete my Twitter account. Until that time, please direct message me.”
Prior to him leaving, Kubo tweeted out and chatted with fans as well as announced things through Twitter. However, after he left, Weekly Shonen Jump posted a notice on Friday stating that false accounts began popping up, and that they were infringing upon the personal rights of Tite Kubo, thus they will pursue legal action.
The folks on reddit found a tweet from Kubo which can be translated to whenever he’s away from twitter for a bit, he feels like, ‘this and that aren’t really worth so much as to tweet it’ (source). While others went on to discuss how it could be a way for Kubo not to spill anything from the series, such as important spoilers from the end battles.
Others also mention that it could be some sort of ploy to confirm Mayuri’s death or the fact that Aizen has somehow escaped his chair which he was imprisoned into. Nevertheless, I honestly think that it could him getting tired of the spending his time on it, while also hope that it’s somehow a way of him preventing himself from spoiling the series to fans.
Nevertheless, use the comment section to talk about what this could all mean.

I can understand why he left. He doesn’t want to be pressured by fans to give away what’s going to happen. Mayuri’s death and Aizen’s eventual escape are something he wants to make us surprised about. Thanks for the notice Sunite.

Happy to help, although his presence on Twitter was something pretty awesome. He conversed and talked to most fans, checked all messages and so on. Even if I can’t speak or read Japanese, I can understand that he did his best on socials.

Ya that does suck. It was interesting how he did that. I think remember someone on twitter asked him the comparison between Aizen and Shunsui. That’s when he said Shunsui’s Bankai is stronger than Aizen’s Shikai.

Oh interesting because we’ve not yet seen it in action. And it seems that Kubo has already come up with Bankai’s for everyone, just waiting for him to release them slowly in story form. If that is true, I can’t wait!

He probably got out so he wouldn’t reveal some future spoilers like…the possibility of the anime returning! Well that’s what I hope.

That too is something I’d love to hear about, but I don’t think it’s something he would leave twitter about. My hopes are that it is, but I don’t think so.

That makes no sense since the anime being aired in 4 cours was already confirmed and that all the questions about the show were mostly shown in the manga already why they really left was because of the impersonation of his account and messages from fans that may have potentially been harmful

Yeah, it’s pretty unfortunate but with so many people pressuring him I can understand why he did. Also, screw all those people pretending to be him for followers

If I could read Japanese, I would have definer followed him. However, since I don’t, I don’t really want him to have sort of problems when it comes to social network, especially distracting him from his work.

True. I hate to say it, maybe it is for the best for him to leave Twitter. He can avoid the distraction and focus on finishing Bleach.

So, someone did ask him about Shunsui & Aizen…I remember reading a translated interview way back were he was asked the same question & answered that “the appeal of Shunsui wasnt to defeat Aizen in fake karakura town thou he made the fans think that even thou it was clear that Shunsui wasnt really serious & concluded in a rather intriguing jesture that if he would have gone bankai he might be stronger than Aizen…

His Bankai would have killed everyone in that vicinity I believe, even his friends.

Considering his Bankai, Katen Kyokotsu Kuromatsu Shinju does to your sense of reality makes us believe he would have killed alot of individuals. Even Ichigo’s Group and Askin felt the effects of his Bankai. Kubo said Shunsui would give Shinigami Aizen a really good fight compared to most Captains except Yamamoto and Unohana, who were very powerful. His Bankai would ja r defeated Aizen using Kyoka Suigetsu.

Shunsui v Aizen seems like it can still happen if Shunsui can recharge back up to 100%. I wouldn’t mind seeing then go at each other.
