Ulquiorra Cifer and Orihime Inoue were together during the Aizen and Hollow Arc for a large amount of time, they got to know well enough that Orihime and Ulquiorra may have began developing feelings for some time now. Just before Ulquiorra’s demise, we even saw that she had feelings for him without any words being shared at all.

Great Cosplay. I always thought Orihime felt sorry for Ulquiorra. Because he couldn’t understand what a heart is, and when she reached out for his dying hand, he last thoughts were that her actions is what a heart is.

It’s A Possibility. Have you seen the unmasked novel Kubo did about Ulquiorra’s past as a Vasto Lorde? He was born from powerful hollows, and he killed them all. He, Harribel, and Barragan are the only Espada to be Vasto Lorde. He found a crystal tree and tried to kill himself to understand pain. Than Aizen saved him. He apparently was dreaming and Orihime wondered if she was alright. Other than Neliel, Ulquiorra is really the only Espada Orihime didn’t mind. Neliel is her friend, but she didn’t hate Ulquiorra for almost killing Ichigo. I never saw them as a couple, but more like a friendship to understand emotions.

Oh wow, I actually heard about this somewhere but don’t quite remember where, and I don’t remember reading any of Kubo’s work on those three and their Vasto Lorde forms. Really interesting stuff, I’ll google it. I think there’s a lot more people shipping a couple then friendship when it comes to these two.
