Bleach 624 finally shows the one and only Grimmjow Jaegerjaquez who appears after Ichigo and others plan for their revenge on Juha Bach and Ishida. Aizen wakes up to find out that Quincy and Shinigami are working together in order to battle a common enemy, in terms of Aizen, it might just be Ichigo as he’s finding it hard to forgive him.
Bleach 624 begins as Aizen whips his head back and forth to wake himself up, Shunsui asks if he can more, to which Aizen mentions that he’d find it funny if he could. Shunsui would have killed Aizen if it was that easy. Even for him to survive an attack like that with minimum reiatsu, and only to be immobile for 5 minutes, he’s starting to feel bad for the Quincy over there, NaNaNa is already dead.
Aizen mentions that it’s a first for anyone to be able to stop him for five minutes, and he doesn’t see a reason to feel sorry for himself. Shunsui then mentions if he feels sorry for himself in that he won’t be at his best, why don’t he just be a good boy and stay there.
At least they have the door opens. Aizen mentions that it seems that Shinigami and Quincy working together, asking Shunsui if they’re going to protect Soul Society together. Shunsui mentions that it wasn’t this, they both want to defeat a common enemy. Aizen mentions that those that stopped Aizen will enter the Soul Palace before him.
Aizen even mentions that he’s a man really hard to forgive as he refers to Ichigo! In another place we see a man with shoes made of fangs, they seem to be climbing down to a portal which will soon open. Somewhere else, still in the Soul Kingdom, we see Ichigo wake up after Yoruichi grabs his face.
Ichigo asks if everyone is okay, and asks why he’s the only one that passed out. He tries to remember by himself remembering that he fell and was shot by Ishida, he grabbed the arrow and broke it, Orihime tried to save him, however Ganju and Ichigo’s head both hit each other.
Yoruichi shot three arrows trying to get all of them back Yoruichi with her one arm tried to pull them up with her one arm. Then out of nowhere, Kon appeared pushing Ichigo next to Orihime’s head as he passed out here, he heard Kon mention that it thought they were going to die and wanted to make a great grand entrance.
Ichigo realises that it was Kon that blacked him out, Kon tries to hide but is quickly found, Kon tries to hide by poking out Ichigo’s eyes. Yoruichi gets back into action mentions that they need to plan for their revenge. Orihime helped heal Yoruichi’s arm after it was torn off, they don’t know how long this place will stay together.
Ichigo mentions if they hurry, they can get there and try again. They asks how they’re going to get there when Yoruichi tells him not to worry about that as she tells them to come out. A garganta opens up, quickly see the one we’ve been waiting for to come out, GRIMMJOW IS BACK! Bleach 624 ends here.
A fantastic chapter, I really want Grimmjow to kick some Quincy ass, on top of which it’s going to get even better with Ichigo and Grimmjow fighting together against a common evil Can’t wait for next week’s Bleach 625 when we see more of Grimmjow himself!

I couldn’t help but notice, how Yoruichi took off her useless arm, was the same exact arm Soifon lost against Barragan, and how they got rid of them without a second thought, nice to see a little connection with Yoruichi and Soifon.
Also no next chapter next week, its golden week no new chapters of anything, (I don’t know why a break from chapters is called ‘double issue’, it sounds more like there will be 2 chapters doesn’t it)

WAHOOOO HE’S BACK! Fantastic piece by Kubo leaving us on the edge just before golden week! And yeah, completely forgot it was golden week next week. Still it’ll be a good break from all the writing, at least for a week. I just can’t believe he’s finally back! First Aizen and now Grimmjow! It’s truly building up and becoming awesome!

I guess I can understand why they need the Arrancar now. They need them to use their Garaganta technique so they can get back up to the Royal Palace. Thank God Orihime saved everyone. Grimmjow looks pissed. Not surprised really.

Oh ya!! I remember! Yes! When Kisuke made camp in Hueco Mundo and was speaking with Ichigo via radio from Kon. And Grimmjow came in, but Chad and Orihime chased him out. He was in his original uniform. Thanks Trinin I forgot about this chapter. It was like 2 years ago.

Gotta agree on this one. I was hoping Harribel and Neliel were with Grimmjow, than he would have a much better chance taking on a Schutzstaffel. Sense those two are stronger than him.

I think the Espada numbering is misleading. Nel hasn’t improved so Grimmjow is stronger I think. Think it’s Yammy, Baragan, Ulquirla, Stark, Halibel, Nnoitra, Grimjow etc

It’s fine if you think that. But Kubo doesn’t lie about the rankings. They are ranked based of power. And its canon. So even if you don’t agree with it, it’s true regardless. Its been two years, I think Grimmjow is probably close to Nnoitra, but not completely. Neliel is stronger, even when she wasn’t at full power, she was holding her own against Nnoitra, something I don’t Grimmjow can do for a while.

Well the only Espada I can say is fishy about their Rank is Yammy. Sure, Zaraki without his eyepatch and Bankai Byakuya needed to kill him, but still. The other Espada are accurate. Starrk, Barragan, Harribel, Ulquiorra, Neliel, Nnoitra, Grimmjow, Dordoni, Cirucci, Luppi, Zommari, Szayel Aporro, Gantenbain, and Aaroniero.

I still don’t think that the power levels were accurate although I agree about Yammy being extremely overrated in rank. Also, even if the ranks were right, that was over 2 years ago in Bleach time. (17 month gap between arcs 2 and 3, then another gap for arc 4) Grimmjow has been alive so he could train. Halibel lives, but she hasn’t been in a position to train and likewise for most of the others. It makes sense that Grimmjow has had enough time to train and he’s incentivised to do so since he wants to free Hueco Mundo from the Quincies. At the very least, he should be above Nnoitra and Nel, but I’d say that he’s likely strong enough to be the strongest

I don’t think so. His training can’t be equivalent to that of the ones that the Royal Guard trained. That’s impossible to me. He definitely isn’t weak, but saying he is the strongest Arrancar now is false, Harribel is and until Kubo conforms that she is dead, she is the strongest Arrancar. Neliel is debatable, but when she fights we will see. She has alot to show us, more than Grimmjow that’s for sure

So, this was a really good chapter! The bit of Yoruichi fanservice was actually a downer for me, but the rest of the chapter hit all of the notes. Aizen is still getting a lot of hype and Ichigo is ready for round 2. Now that the strongest Espada is also back in the picture, it’s Game Set and Match for the Quincies. I’d actually like to see Grimmjow fight Bach, but it wouldn’t be as interesting as a fight with Ichigo or Aizen so I don’t mind just letting that one slide. This time, Ichigo won’t be holding back!

Strongest Espada? If Harribel is dead and Neliel is still a child sure. I don’t know why it’s just Grimmjow. He doesn’t stand a chance against any of the Quincy in the Royal Realm. I mean if he teams up with Chad and Orihime sure. Its funny how Aizen is kinda annoyed that Ichigo Made It To the Soul Palace before him.

Grimmjow’s all that the heroes need. Keep in mind that Neliel likely hasn’t trained at all so she’s likely still as strong as she was in Arc 2, while Grimmjow’s power has increased many times over. Grimmjow could easily take out the Quincy.
Yeah, the Captains are slowing down Aizen even if it could cost them their lives. They need to work on their priorities!

I do believe he got stronger, and yes Neliel hasn’t trained these past two years. But keep in mind, it takes Arrancar a while to get stronger. It took Nnoitra I believe 100 years or so to move from rank 8 to rank 5. Grimmjow is 6, and two years isn’t a long time form him to move up that many ranks. Him being 5 is possible, but we will wait and see. Comparing him to all those powerful Quincy in the Royal Realm isn’t smart. He needs alot of help to just fight on of them. That’s why I think the other Arrancar like Harribel and Neliel will come later on.

I think that speaks more to the gap between levels. Grimmjow gave Ulquiorra a decent fight when they were both in base mode. So, it’s safe to say that the gap between 6 and 5 wasn’t so bad since 4 and 6 were comparable. Also, authors love to speed up the training times when it is convenient. Look at Rebirth of F or even Bleach arc 2. The Captains went from being almost outclassed by Arrancar to holding their own against Espada. Renji’s power up during Arc 3 and Hitsugaya’s development are pretty good examples of this. Even Aizen got a power up and he was locked up in prison! Seriously, training is easy when it’s on screen.

He never gave Ulquiorra a decent fight. All he did was punch him, which Ulquiorra blocked, fired a Cero, which he deflected, than Ulquiorra charged his Cero, than Grimmjow discharged it, which burned the fuck out of his arm, which forced him to allow Orihime to heal him. Than he used that punishment cube. That was barley a fight. I do agree with you about training and I do wanna see how strong he got, but I don’t believe it’s such a huge gap. Two ranks does to me seem like a lot, Grimmjow couldn’t even injure Ulquiorra, Nnoitra disliked Harribel, but didn’t challenge her at all for obvious reasons. I would like to see Grimmjow and Neliel Fight Together, He Being Destructive, And Her Being Very Perceptive. Same with Harribel.

Right, but keeping up with Ulquiorra’s speed is a testament to Grimmjow’s ability since Ulquiorra’s speed was his greatest asset. I’m cool with the two of them teaming up, but then I want it to be a tag team match so they can fight two Quincies. It would be an epic brawl!

The only Quincy I see him fighting are Sternritter one on one, not Schutzstaffel. But together against one I do see. Sure Grimmjow is fast, but Ulquiorra was surrounded by dust, plus Ulquiorra said his greatest skill is his regeneration, not his speed.

To be honest this chapter felt so damn weird like I don’t have anything to say but I was happy to see Grimm lol but it would have been waaaay better if nel would have showed up alongside him as an adult. I’m super pissed because I think Meninas and Candice are actually dead now. So basically three girls died and two girls survived one being the youngest who is also a tomboy and the other a strange non girly girl. Wow kubo.. You could have kept meninas and candice alive because they really didn’t have that much of screen time. Bambi had a lot of screen time being alive and dead so I understand. Seriously though it was weird how everything fell into place..so are they suppose to meet up with the shinigami captains? Like it just feels like the “gathering of reinforcements” stage of bleach.

The feeling is mutual AJ, while it was nice to see Grimmjow brought back, i on the other-hand didnt see the point of bringing him back to begin with..It would have bn nice to see him fighting back for their world other than fighting for the soul society, & it would have made sense if someone like Neliel other than Grimjoww came to help friends of any other Arrancar, i think Kubo did this to please his fans since most of them were pleading & wished to see him come back but i think this wasn’t the right way to bring him back, other tthan that it really seemed like a decent chapter, thou i hate it that Kubo is adding too many variables & this will make it difficult seeing thru wats going on with everybody & therefore take an awfully long time just explaining the a little of wats going on with everyone in their battles, im afraid this will take some of the fun in some interesting clashes to come…
& “dreager1” Comparing Ulquiorra & Grimmjow isnt smart since their is no way that an “araucha” arrancar can be compared to a “vastro-rode” arrancar & i dont think he has reached Ulquiorra’s level even with his training since there was such a huge gap…& just to put things in prespective, Ichigo barely fought Ulquiorra while on the otherhand, Ichigo kicked Grimmjow’s a**, & that pal btn Grimmjow & Ulquiorra if their is anything to pick out of it is dat Grimmjow is arrogant, but even thou he is arrogant he himself admitted he couldnt held his own against Ulquiorra without that imprisonment charm..so that fight to be frank isnt anything to put into account or a justification to prove anything..

I agree.. It just feels weird. I don’t like how kubo just tosses characters aside and works on the “fan-centered” characters…sure that’s where the money comes in but damn I’m not all that pleased. I’m not even satisfied with kubo keeping three sternritters alive. What was the point of him having liltotto state that she dealt with meninas but stated that she should be alive but she’s not even with them..same with Candice who I actually believe was the strongest and last to be put down out of Robert and Nana. Like I really hate how he just casted those two aside and how he killed Nana instead of having bazz reason with him. It would have been nice to have Bazz,Candy,Lil,Meni,Nana, and Gigi but nah it seems like that won’t happen. I’m just ready for something big to happen down the line..I’m just done having my hopes up lol.

I completely agree with you both. Grimmjow is definitely stronger, but not strong enough to be so much help on his own. Like Josephia said he was an Adjuchas class Hollow, while Ulquiorra and Harribel were Vasto Lorde, no matter how much he trains, he can never be stronger than them. Kubo said this about Arrancar, and that’s why his Fraccion Shawlong wanted him to eat them to become one, but he never did. And I agree with you AJ about Kubo using Fan service characters. The only thing I like about Grimmjow is that he is sexy as hell. Other than that nothing else, his personality is boring and he is a Psychopath for no good reason. Kubo’s editors probably told him to show Grimmjow first than Neliel or Harribel. And again Josephia said it, it would have been better for Neliel Shop up, Sense He Actually Was Ichigo’s ally during the winter war. Kubo also did tit’s with the Sternritter. He made Bazz-B speak when it would have been better if Liltotto did, sense she was the one that screamed up at Yhwach for his actions. As for the other Sternritter, Kubo made it so he can show them later I know it and I have faith. If Robert and NaNaNa survived Bankai Byakuya, than Candice did too. Liltotto defeated Meninas, but she didn’t kill her. BG9 wasn’t killed by Jugram like Cang Du. Shaz has yet to be shown. These four will show up eventually. I Believe it.

I think liltotto ate meninas legs and then probably ambushed her with a barrage of arrows that incapacitated her so that would give her time to kill pepe. I do see Candice surviving but damn why didn’t kubo just have them show up like everyone else..maybe for reactions? Like if we see more arrancar in that Garganta or wherever that they are about to go. I just don’t know what to say. Kubo needs to fire his editor/editors soon

Ya they will show up. Liltotto fought Meninas when Pepe fought Byakuya. When Pepe lost, that’s when she already defeated her. Which was pretty quick.

Oh and you know for zodiac signs for the sternritters I believe that Liltotto is a Scorpio like me ?..but mainly because she’s cold, smart, powerful(taking out meninas tho ?) calculated and vengeful mainly because she was wronged..she’s the most aware also VERY observant which is a Scorpio thing;well everything I stated pretty much is.I think all of the girls are fixed signs. Candice being a Leo mainly because she is vain and seems to like to be in the spotlight like when they first were introduced with such of a “stripperific” pose and because you know “Catnipp”. Meninas as a Taurus because she’s rather gentle but strong in the same sense and she seemed least likely to get mad the fastest as when she stated it’s not good of an idea to slaughter ichigo. I think Liltotto might be a Pisces like me. She seems laid back, sense she let Bambietta think she was the leader, and she doesn’t hold that much of a grudge, like she got over Bazz-B attacking her crew in his Vollständig, but still told him off. But whenever it’s something serious, like Pepe’s doing, she gets even. And she cares about her allies she could have just killed Meninas, sense that would have been easier, but she didn’t, she defeated her. She also could have attacked Bazz-B and the other male Sternritter, but she didn’t. She also could have just saved herself from Yhwach’s Auswählen, but she didn’t, she saved Giselle as well.

Us scorpios care deeply about our friends and liltotto was basically willing to risk her life to save Giselle and Pisces are no where as vengeful lol..just personal experience( my ex gf tried it but it back fired because I null and voided her all in one step) ?. Regardless of that she’s too cold and observing to be a Pisces I know that Pisces are good people but I don’t see liltotto being one..meninas could be a pisces because we all know they have some beautiful women along with leo, Virgo, Taurus and scorpio?..

ikr…we all know Ukitake is one of the strongest captain yet one of the oldest contributed large amount of reiatsu than the groups to open the gate (just like what Nanao said) …but considering so many powerful shinigami gathering there with reiatsu emplifier and most of them have bankai, it supposedly more than enough…they are struggled to create the door, then how can they expect to beat those elite guard???..erm….Juhabach??? ermmm… then i think the fact about Royal Guard total power surpasses Gotei13 is quite true by seeing gotei13 are like this…

Ya I agree. No Matter How Much training He Has Gone Through, He Cannot Possibly Be At That level. True Toshiro in 100 years probably will surpass Shunsui. If he is still alive. From what I saw in this chapter. Yoruichi put a device that had the Garaganta pattern on in, and that’s how Grimmjow Was Able To Get there.

i firmly believe Grimmjow now would have returned as the strongest Espada, and seeing that its nearing the end of the saga (well gearing up for the final fight of the saga) it’s safe to assume his return can’t be wasted surely he must have got a power upgrade and to top that off kubo’s first manga he ever wrote was ZOMBIE POWDER with the main character being very similar to Grimmjow in traits. Grimmjow is an inspired character from Zombie powder. i remember reading in one of Kubos interviews he mentioned that himself that he wanted to include a similar character from Zombie Powder his first manga that unfortunately flopped. here is what the Zombie Powder character looks like

I do like that you compare Grimmjow to genma from Zombie powder. But if you remember, Kubo said he never thought Grimmjow would be so popular do to his psychopathic personality. I would say they share some traits, but not completely. Grimmjow is stronger now, but again, he is not the last Espada. Harribel is still alive and she is much more powerful than Grimmjow. And Neliel is a factor ad well

true but for all we know Grimmjow now could have returned with a power boost similar to Ulquiorra’s second release. Grimmjow just may have figured out his own version of second release this time around and may surprise everyone. for everyone saying its just not possible him being the strongest is just very assumptive and doesn’t take into account that kubo can do anything he wants with his characters.
Ichigo defeated kenpachi during their initial battle with his shikai but took him everything both his mask and bankai to defeat Grimmjow who was weaker than Noitra yet Kenpachi defeated Noitra.

i think Kubo has a soft spot for Grimmjow due to his similarities to Gamma from Zombie powder its only plausible that kubo gives him some good power for the final showdown i guess.

In my opinion, Kubo really kept Grimmjow mainly for the fans in my opinion. The only Espada he really was gonna kept alive wad Harribel. And a Segundo Etapa does not make you stronger. Ulquiorra had one, yet he said Starrk, Barragan, and Harribel were stronger than him. I don’t believe you should compare Zaraki with Grimmjow. Zaraki Held Back Against Ichigo On Purpose. He sealed his true power with him and with Nnoitra. When Ichigo and Grimmjow fought in Las Nochas, he was still worried about Orihime, but when she yelled at him to not be worried and go all out, he did and he defeated Grimmjow without much trouble. His Bankai uniform shows how well his Reiatsu is in when he fights, after defeating Grimmjow he was injured, but he was still okay to fight. After fighting Ulquiorra However, his Reiatsu was torn and Unohana needed to repair it to its full power. Personally, I want Neliel to show up. We have yet to see the true capabilities her Ressreccion have and her aspect of death.

rahmaru, couldnt agree with u more, Byakuya & Grimmjow are soo overated coz of their fanbase, i like the fact that u also pointed out wat Kyoraku said about “Hitsugaya”, Most of the fans dont see Hitsugaya as being one of the strongest captains even thou he has the potential of being one…most bleach fans offen think of Toshiro as just another child prodigy like how “Gin” & “Kaien” were, but Toshiro is actually unexceptional case, he is one of those few talents that pop up once after every thousand years who r said to be naturally born with far greater spiritual power than others…idk i most people know of this but Toshiro’s zanpaktou is said to be equally powerful to “Yamamoto’s” & the most powerful of its kind(water/ice type zanpaktou & up to now, “Toshiro” cant use his it to its full potential in all aspects (shikai & bankai) coz he is still young & immature to fully understand his zanpaktou spirit so as to be able to use its full power.. Toshiro’s bond with Hyourimaru is still more instinctive than anything else.., this is also shown in the zanpaktou arc whereby wen Hyourimarru materialized, it didnt even recognised Toshiro as his master due to the fact that Toshiro never really knew it in full extent, his zanpaktou even said that ther is no way someone has powerful as him to have a kid for a master…so i guess if u look at “Toshiro” as such, u can understand why Shunsui said that wat he said considering that 100years truly isnt really that much since he himself myt as wel have been a captain for over 800years or so… & to think someone has strong as he is, to make such a remark! & lets not forget it was Stark who had a look at Hitsugaya first before he asked shunsui abt him, It jst give u the picture of how powerful Toshiro can be…I just hope Kubo hasnt forget that before he decides to go on kill “Toshiro” characters….

True about Toshiro. Honestly I hate that Byakuya is alive and he is dead for all we know. He should have died during his battle with As Nodt. But because of threatening Byakuya fans, he was brought back and gave an unnecessary power up. Unlike Ichigo, Who Achieved His Full Potential, And Rukia, who achieved Bankai and mastered her difficult Shikai, and Renji who mastered his Bankai. All Byakuya learned was how to make his Shikai and Bankai create more solid structures. Toshiro had so much potential, and he had to die from becoming a Zombie from Giselle. Man that annoys me so much. Do we really want to see “Scatter, Senbonzakura ” or do we want to see Toshiro become stronger? I mean he is the same age as Ichigo’s Sisters. He however, is not the only character to be an amazing person like you mentioned Josephia. Liltotto Lamperd is one as well. She is the youngest Sternritter, and she has proven to be the smartest, as well as the strongest Sternritter. She looks about Yachiru’s age like 11 or so. If Toshiro ever fought Liltotto, I doubt he could defeat her. But yup the fact that in 100 years, he will be a Senior Captain Level Captain like Shunsui and Jushiro. Very impressive.

ikr…i hate characters that got overrated just because he/she was one of the main/favorite characters in fact that there are lot of characters are more stronger than him/her…btw i still love Byakuya because he was so cool…
and potential is another thing…but there was exception because i don’t think anyone will reach Yamamoto’s power level even after so many century of training..even Kubo always put invincible duo (Kyoraku and Ukitake) to fight him yet still lose to him…
also i bet the result will be different if Yamamoto at the same age as Juha…because when he fight Juha before his death, he just an old old old man that losing his left arm..

Im still doing a thoroughly reading on every quincy since i seem to know very little about them with exception to Yhwach, Ishidas & Masaki, thou from the little that i know, i dont think Toshiro can yet stand out to Liltotto since Toshiro is still immature & temperamental, thou Liltotto seems younger & she has shown to be mature & i believe she has a better grasp of her abilities(thou ther abit weird), Its not that Toshiro doesnt completely understand his power & but rather its just that he is still too young to will the great power he has to full extent even thou he has already achieved shikai & bankai & thats only coz he is a prodidy/a genius.. Toshiro even once admitted certain aspect of his powers r not fully mature & therefore he is unsure of using certain of his shikai abilities in bankai in fear of whether or not he could able to control them from killing everyone in the vicinity, even thou he is still young & his powers haven’t yet fully mature, when he is practicing, he is forced to be placed under the “limiter” of some sort to prevent hyourimarru overwhelming power from affecting the entire soul society with freezing temperatures, thunderstorms & blizzards..So yes! liltotto myt seem stronger now but given time i expect Hitsugaya to surpass her by far since he has the potential to…

That’s true but at the same time if a person is already ahead of that said person with potential it would still be very difficult to beat them. The fact that all of the girls shrugged off bazz b’s enhanced burner finger tells a lot about them individually and at the same time they were getting thrown around into buildings by an even stronger ichigo without dying or being severely injured. I really don’t see how people still hype bambietta as the strongest out of the girls because I don’t see it lol. Toshiro is too soft. We all seen how zombieshiro was ruthless to the max. Liltotto would destroy him. The sternritters are just that much stronger than the shinigamis minus the ones who got powerups and old people ?. I think kubo has kept Gigi and Lil around because we only think that their power works ONE way. We don’t know if Gigi could actually fight on her own without zombies and arrows and we don’t know what and how Lil can eat harmful things. At the same time kubo should have kept Candice, Meninas, and Nana too because they still have the potential to do some damage. Like we all seen how meninas can hulk up but we haven’t seen it in volstandig, We have seen how Candice is versatile using lightning projections and lightning swords but I bet she had more techniques because she didn’t stop after “Electrocution”, Nana we haven’t even seen his volstandig and if it even ehnaces or changes his appearance. So many wasted characters.

I think it is clear that grimmjow got stronger and for some reason im starting to think that the bazz and the other quincy are plotting something ?. I think bazz and the others may just turn against the soul reapers once they reach the soul palace. They probably only sided with them solely to have a way of getting to the soul palace and also it would not have been wise to make enemies out of the captains while in the soul society. i could see grimmjow taking on bazz (if he turns against the soul reapers). Grimmjow may also have segunda etapa maybe even cuatro etapa known as gear fourth ? or better yet sexto etapa the sixth release stage.

Well the Sternritter did say they are not allies. They are just in agreement. Once they get up their, they are still enemies. Its possible Grimmjow does have a Segundo Etapa, but that doesn’t make him stronger, his training does. I believe he is as strong as Nnoitra now. Maybe

you are probably right. I mean there are far too many characters going up against yhwach, uryu, jugram, and the elites. It would be more balanced if bazz, liltotto, and giselle (maybe even candice and others too) joined the elites.

I mean I give them an A + for courage. But ultimately it won’t do them any good. Jugram and the Elites seen to understand what it means to be a Sternritter, even Royd and Robert as well. Robert freaked out, I believe 1000 years ago, when Yhwach was fighting Yamamoto, he used Auswählen for the first time against some Sternritter he deemed weak, and stole their Reiyoku to make himself stronger, and Robert was one of the few that wasn’t chosen, but his friends were chosen and over the centuries, he developed a great fear for Auswählen.

guys, Quincy’s Vollständig Vs Quincy Letzt Stil, thou Letzt Stil is considered to be an obsolete technique but which is the most powerful of the two? i think Quincy’s Letzt Stil is more powerful compared to Vollständig & the reason the quincy stopped using it its because it was a dangerous technique that could even cost one’s live if he/she were to use it…

That’s a good question. Letzt Stil vs Vollständig. True Letzt Stil and Vollständig make Quincy absorb much more Reishi, making them alot more stronger. But Letzt Stil makes a Quincy’s Hirenkyaku increase, while Vollständig doesn’t. I personally think Vollständig is better. Its Basically A Bankai for Quincy. They can use it as much as they can. Lik3 Shinigami with Bankai. And I believe, like Bankai, they need to train very hard t achieve it and master it. Letzt Stil training is difficult, but using it isn’t hard. Its just in the long run, Letzt Stil isn’t goof for wars like this one so Vollständig is better. Plus Quincy without Schrift abilities use Letzt Stil, while Quincy with Schrift gain Vollständig and use new upgrade abilities.

Letzt stil is more akin to final getsuga in the sense that they both give the user extreme power in exchange for one’s abilities. Bankai is akin to Vollständig: both are used as a secret weapon but without deadly risks such as the user losing their abilities.

Some say Bazz-B should have been a Schutzstaffel, and that he defeated Shinji and fought both Renji And Rukia, When Both Those Are False.

Aizen even said all the Espadas combined were much weaker than him, also Gin said this. He looked at Barragan, ‘King of Hueco Mundo’, and killed him. Majority are just fans stating their favs. Also after this week when will be the next break for Bleach, don’t want anymore just want Bleach every Thursday. 🙂

I’m pretty sure he said combined to all of them since he created them, it was after he beat Halibel. Barragan’s ability makes him unique and 1 of strongest, if he came instead of Grimmjow it’d be crazy. I only see ‘C’ challenging from Elite Guards.

Did you see the gory spoilers? Cause the whole anime is just 12 episodes and it’s not very good. My friend wanted me to watch it, and I didn’t like it. I like violence, but gory is pushing it for me. I mean I don’t want to see people getting eaten alive. I mean even in Bleach Kubo censored the Hollows eating people, he didn’t even show us Liltotto eating Pepe. I have a feeling the author gets off on blood of you know what I mean.

Ya I know!! That one was horrible. And spitting that twin in half seemed Sexual on the authors part. I went to forums to see what people thought, apparently alot of them were sexually aroused. The plot of the anime is bad and unrealistic, specifically when that Spider killed like 10 of the main characters classmates, and she took her sweet time attacking it.

what i want from Kubo before the manga end is he show us all the remaining unreleased bankai from captains especially Kyoraku, Ukitake, Hirako, Urahara, Shihoin, Aizen and the rest of Zero Squad with fully explanations unlike what he did with Unohana..and i don’t care about Hisagi’s bankai b’cuz i don’t see it can help them since his shikai is just melee type not kido nor elemental type…

I thought grimmjows return would be better than this but i suppose my expectations were a tad bit high. On to his power level: i think he will prove to be VERY strong because of how Tite has been portraying nearly everyone after the sternritter’s 2nd invasion. I mean look at how powerful some people were: sajin was immortal, byakuya didnt need bankai, rukia used -273° C (or 0° K), renji obliterated mask, ichigo took care of 4 sternritter with shikai, and zaraki destroyed a meteor with his shikai. So i think grimmjow is going to be upgraded especially if he is going against the elite sternritter. What do you think?

Really with those characters, none of them were at their true potential to begin with, except Byakuya, Kubo was forced to make him stronger. They finally achieved their full potential and that’s why they are so powerful. All of them did special training to get stronger. Plus I doubt Grimmjow is strong enough to fight a Schutzstaffel be himself. His biology gives him a certain level, because he was never a Vasto Lorde before becoming an Arrancar, he can only get so strong, I do believe he is close to Renji and Rukia’s level, but I still think they would beat him. Chad is the same. Orihime is different because her powers are that of a celestial being, which makes her a special case. If anything, Grimmjow is gonna fight a Sternritter, which is good for him, saying he can fight a Schutzstaffel is like saying an average Espada can fight another Espada 5 ranks higher than themselves. Or saying a Captain can fight evenly a Royal Guard Member, or Sternritter fight Schutzstaffel, the level of power is vastly different and I don’t see him fighting these powerful Quincy. If he does he needs to team up with Orihime and Chad.

i understand that some of the characters were not at full strength but the way Tite has shown them to be has me wondering how he will cause grimmjow to be relevant to the elite sternritter. Perhaps he will explain a new process that grimmjow has used to become stronger or maybe he will say that grimmjow was not at full potential like the other characters or maybe Tite will think of some other way. It would be cool if Kubi’s way makes sense and not feel forced or made up on the spot.

I guess so. If he does he’s doing it for the fans. That’s all, and Sure he is stronger, but not that strong do potential do anything. He is no where near that level of power. Neither are Renji, Rukia, and Byakuya. The only ones up in the Royal Realm are at that level are the Royal Guard, Yoruichi, and Ichigo. That’s what I believe.

He definitely is. But only when he has his eye patch removed and using Nozorashi. Some say Gremmy Thoumeaux was part of the Schutzstaffel, but sense he is completely reckless, Yhwach ordered him to fight Zaraki. And I guess a Schutzstaffel position was open, and Askin was promoted. But out of the Schutzstaffel, I consider Gremmy the weakest, if he isn’t one, than Askin.

That’s a possibility. Yhwach’s sometimes make him defenseless, like absorbing other beings. I don’t know if Robert was a Schutzstaffel. I think if he was, he would still be one. But I think originally, Pernida, Lille, and Gerard were the only Schutzstaffel. I do believe, that Ichibei was the one that founded the Royal Guard, maybe Yhwach almost killed the Soul King before, so they need better protection.

right robert did know about the auswahlen so he is somewhat old, wise, and powerful. Perhaps he used to be an elite sternritter because he knew what would happen to the others that were left behind. He probably left the position of elite sternritter after disagreeing with yhwach about his concept of “comrades” thus leading up the event of gremmy being promoted but he was too reckless and so askin was chosen instead. This theory is highly improbable but that is my way of thinking about this.

That’s another possibility. You never know. I personally don’t believe he was ever a Schutzstaffel. I think Robert was an original Sternritter, and during the first blood war, Yhwach used Auswählen for the first time against some Sternritter, and Robert was one of the few 9 nessus that wasn’t effected, and I think some of his close allies were, and that caused them to die, and Robert started to truly fear Yhwach. I do believe Gremmy was a Schutzstaffel, but ya he is so reckless that he wasn’t gonna go up the Royal Realm. Ya Askin was next sense he is pretty powerful. I believe Kubo was very rushed in this arc. I believe he wanted to show us the Schutzstaffel before the Royal Realm battle.

i was thinking that Kubo was forced into making some decisions by his superiors or someone else. Some battles were skipped like toshiro, hisagi, yachiru, etc and at other times things were left out like how is aizen even traveling if he is strapped to the chair. So many things are confusing but if Kubo had more time he could probably fix and correct these things and more questionable moments that have happened.

And I really think It would have been better if Yhwach had a meeting with Jugram and Uryu with the Schutzstaffel, and have the Sternritter speak that they are the Elite Guard, and Yhwach’s most powerful Quincy.
