Bleach 615 see’s the worlds crumble as the Soul King seems to have been killed swiftly, Yhwach forced Ichigo into killing the King leading to the end of all the worlds as they begin to shake and crumble. We also learn the Soul Society created the Soul King to bring stability to the worlds and the souls.
Bleach 615 begins with both of Ichigo’s sisters noticing that there’s a Earthquake which seems to have been going on for a while now.we quickly see that the body of the Soul King has been cut as the solid object the King was in has been cut. Everyone notices this, Yhwach tells Ichigo that he’s too late.
Yhwach mentions that he’s come all the way here to just deliver the finishing blow on the Soul King seems fitting. Ichigo notices why he had stabbed him, why he couldn’t just let go when Yhwach explains that his Schrift is A, “The Almighty”, he’s able to foresee the future, the ability to steal all power and able to give his reiatsu which dwells within his sword to him.
With his power flowing within him, it called out to his blood, telling Ichigo that he cannot forgive. Yhwach mentions if Quincy blood flows through his veins, he must kill the Soul King. Ichigo powers through this and let’s go of the sword, then brings out his own and goes ahead to battle Yhwach.
They both clash, as Yhwach asks him if he has any reason to fight him now that Soul Society has been eradicated. The buildings and everything in Soul Society begin to crumble and collide as everything begins to disappear. Urahara notices that the Soul King has died! Everyone is shocked as he explains that he thinks that the 0 Division were unable to stop Yhwach, neither was Ichigo, he may have gotten there late.
At this rate, Soul Society, Hueco Mundo and even the real world will all be destroyed. Yhwach tells Ichigo that the Soul King was created by Soul Society to bring stability to the staggering chaotic mass of traffic caused by souls travelling in and out. Now that he’s gone, Soul Society, the Precipice World, Hueco Mundo and even the Real World will all crumble in the same way.
Yhwach goes ahead to thank Ichigo as it seems that this is his double, out of nowhere we see Yoruichi go ahead and enable her technique where Yhwach is trapped by lines which will slice Yhwach if he even moves.
Orihime is told to go ahead and return the Soul King to his normal form when we see her powers break apart. Yhwach tells them that such human powers could never bring back the Soul King, then see everyone elses frustrations as they’re unable to do anything, especially those that are with Urahara. Bleach 615 ends here.
A fantastic chapter, it seems that everything is going to Yhwach’s plan and it seems that even if Ichigo is strong, he’s will to battle has just been distinguished. Ichigo will definitely have trouble battling here. Can’t wait for next week’s Bleach 616 when we’ll continue with the destruction set by the Ichigo himself.
Daily Anime Art 
Well, the Orihime scene was definitely disappointing even if it was a little expected. Ichigo’s scenes are definitely the best part of the chapter and I like how he still rushed after Bach when the twist was revealed. Ichigo is the kind of guy who will keep on fighting until the bitter end so he definitely won’t go down so easily. The Captains better hurry up or they’ll miss all of the action.

That’s true Ichigo is tuff as hell. I was not that surprised that Yhwach’s Blut Vene blocked Ichigo’s Zanpakuto. I think Orihime needs to use whatever new techniques she learned cause I think she does have more. You know, I think whatever Kamikake is, that’s what is making Ukitake dissappear or whatever. Man that look Jushiro has is so intense. Its even more intense than when Aizen betrayed everyone and fighting in the Winter War.

I can’t wait to see Ichigo and Yhwach/Bach really go at it. I hope that it’s a nice long fight and we get to see both of them fighting seriously. I’m going to assume that Yhwach let himself get surrounded by the threads since he’s all knowing and he’ll probably just shatter them with ease. Ukitake’s plan is definitely getting a lot of hype so it’ll be interesting to see how he makes his move. As for Orihime, it’s going to be tough to bounce back from this, but if she makes a some kind of critical contribution, then I should be satisfied, but I want to see her fight already. She is certainly tough enough to lend some assistance here.

I think this fight will be long. Sense Yhwach said he is gonna kill Ichigo, I see that happening. I also this is fight being so intense for him, it’s worse than when he fought Ulquiorra the last time. I think Orihime will pull through. I have faith in her.

I do think that it will be tough to be quite as intense as when he fought Ulquiorra though. That fight was like 30-40 minutes if you cut out all of the scenes that didn’t relate to the fight and in the manga it was so long. Ichigo also took a tremendous beating there. I see Ichigo enduring a lot of hits in this fight, but I also see him finally stepping up into his role as the hero of the multiverse and unlocking the latest power up needed to win. He’s about due for one at this point and then I’m expecting some awesome feats as he takes the win. Hopefully some kind of planet busting feat so that people can accept that he will be stronger than Luffy and Naruto. I want Ichigo at the top!

Hey that’s a good point. But I’m sticking with what Yhwach said. He said he would kill Ichibei, and he did in the most gruesome way. And his abilities are more effective in my opinion than Ichigo. Ichigo doesn’t have any unique abilities, he is just a brutal fighter. I highly doubt that’s enough to defeat Yhwach, who is known to be a very brutal fighter as well. I think Ichigo will be different from other anime protagonist, he will need help to defeat the main villain, which might even be Yhwach. True Ichigo can take hits now, but comparing Ulquiorra to Yhwach is like comparing the ground to the sky, they are so far apart in power and strength it’s ridiculous. So I’m afraid for Ichigo for this fight.

I also believe that Orihime that something more than what we know, all of them do I think. I think Shunsui has something up his sleeve, we think he’s in Room 46, but could he be somewhere else and if Soul Society is destroyed, what will he do? And I also think that Urahara knew that if Zaraki went out to look for his lieutenant, he would disappear or die.
I believe that Urahara knows more than he seems to know.

remember one of the episode where Shunsui was planning something and Ukitake was just beside him (I really can’t remember which episode)… In my opinion, it could be Kyoraku releases Aizen from the prison underground of 1st division barrack and Ukitake wasn’t sure if this is a good way… and I didn’t see Kyoraku among all the gathered shinigami…

Whatever he is planning, it does have something to do with Shunsui and Aizen. I think they are going to the Soul Palace, but I believe Yhwach has a plan for them, and I think he will reveal more Elite Guard members.

Hmmm Shunsui has most likely gone to talk about Aizen to the court, or to get him out or something of that nature. It would be awesome to see them two show up at a critical time when all the other captains are near-death or have been obliterated. What if Jushiro knows something about the fact that Soul Society created the Soul King, and he was there or something.
I get the idea that the early captains did something like put him in the solid gel-like thing 1000 years ago on Yhwach’s father (Soul King) and because of what happened after, a possible story twist or something, Yhwach is looking to get revenge or something.
Also what if by chance, the current Soul King is in fact a prisoner while the 0 Division have surrounded his “palace” to keep a watch on him. And this “soul king” was the previous Leader of the Quincy who led war onto Soul Society 1000 years ago but got his body ripped apart and frozen in the gel-like thing. He was so strong that his body/power was used to aid Soul Society in keeping all the worlds stable.

Wow that’s such a good theory man! I loved it! The Soul King seems to be very damaged, even before Yhwach came to him. Shunsui and Jushiro were there in the first 1000 year blood war. So whatever they know, it’s something the Royal Guard, Yamamoto, and Unohana already knew from the very beginning. It just makes what happened to the Quincy so much more worse and mysterious.

I actually disliked this chapter. I’m so tired of seeing the shinigami. Where the hell are the sternritters. Like please shed some light on what lil/gigi are doing, if candy & meni are alive. If bazz was killed by renji out of pity. Its just so annoying to me that we don’t even have any clarification on Nana’s letter. So fuckin annoying to repeatedly go back to the shinigami doing nothing but making faces. The only thing I liked about this chapter was yoruichi at least trying to stop Ywhach from doing further damage. Orihime for her attempted healing. Shows that she is willing to fight on the spot. I do think she could have healed him but it feels like whatever that crystal is, rejected her powers. Maybe it is made of nothing. No souls. Just nothing.

I think they escaped the Serietei. When Sui-Feng said she didn’t sense any Quincy Reiatsu must mean they are gone. I can guess they used Shadow Portal technique to go to the Soul Palace and use the Elite Guard shadow to do so. I doubt Kubo will just kill off all these great Quincy characters. I think your right about the crystal substance, nothing can reject Orihime’s Soten Kisshun. I liked Yoruichi trapping Yhwach, or he could just be pretending cause he has Future Sight.

I know it sounds weird. But I think they will. I think now they realize how Yhwach really is. That’s something only Jugram, Robert, Mrs. Black eyes, and the Elite Guard already knew. Jugram said they were unnecessary Sternritter, but when so many Shinigami/Visord show up, the remaining Sternritter will have to fight them so Yhwach and the Elite Guard can handle the strongest Shinigami around.

Kubo says Matsamoto is going 2 play a major role in this arc….we really can’t say Ichigo doesn’t have any unique abilities cause weve only barely seen what his new powers are against the femritters. I completely agree with AJ.. we need a handful of chapters simply based on what’s going on the other shingami & the remaining sternritter. Was BG9 killed? Cause I’d really like 2 see more of him

I think the Sternritter will come to the Soul Palace and stop the Shinigami/Visord from interfering with Yhwach and the Elite Guard. I think Jugram only killed Cang Du, not BG9. BG9 has alot of potential and he is alot stronger than Cang Du.

While Shunsui said in 100 years, Toshiro would be stronger than him, I don’t consider him the strongest Captain. I only believe he is stronger than Mayuri. I also don’t believe he survived getting Zombified by Giselle. I think he is dead. As for Yhwach, he seems to see the future of anyone he comes across. First Ichibei, than his future sight goes over to Ichigo.

Shunsui? I rate him highly , I think he must have like a sick bunkai, his abilities scare me, what if his bunkai is like a huge shadow figure which he can stand on, meaning he is always on top of his opponent and always has a shadow over them… He would have freedom to cut them at will

Ya I do too! That’s why he is the Captain Commander. See, as strong as he is, he openly knowledge that in 100 years, Toshiro would surpass him in power. Whatever his Bankai is, no one weaker than him can see it. If they do, they will be forced to play the game. Sense his Shikai releases large amounts of Reiatsu, whoever is in its range is forced to play the games. That’s why Love and Rose moved far away when they saw Shunsui. So imagine that in Bankai, Shunsui wouldn’t want his allies to play his Bankai game.

I think Jugram vs Shunsui might as well happen but I doubt the remaining sternritters will help yhwach BUT if Yhwach has the ability to heavily influenced the Quincy race then it is possible. Kubo could have did way better than what he’s doing by setting up all these nice fights for the sternritters/elites and ichigo+co, HM team, and whomever else. Its whatever I guess. I just want to see Candice&Meninas as well as the other side Lil&Gigi. The girls are the only sternritters I actually care for. It’s just a pleasant sight to see a group of women who are powerful individually. Their not clones of each other as well. Nick I do think it was Lil who knocked rukia out lol but Giselle should be the better choice. Although kubo could have gave them some sort of confrontation when 8 vs Gotei. I would have liked for Lil or Gigi to have said ” Say aren’t ya the weak little snow flake I had knocked on her ass during our first invasion? with Rukia saying ” Eh, bringing up old encounters huh? Well you should have made sure I was dead. Gigi or Lil saying ” I could have sworn you were, cause that pitiful excuse of spirit energy that was radiating off of had me under the impression that you were, but I wouldn’t mind smashing a little ice flake like you again. With Rukia saying ” I’ve gotten stronger since our last encounter, so don’t be so quick to assume that I was weak when I am now stronger than ever foolish quincy! I know it’s a strecth for the remaining Sternritter to help Yhwach anymore but I think they will. I just don’t see all these opponents for the Elite Guard to defeat. Cause now we see they are not weak and fuck you up if they wanted too.
As for Rukia, I do believe she fought Liltotto. Giselle is an interesting choice. But if she defeated her, she would have turned her into a Zombie. Plus whatever attack Liltotto used against Rukia I think was her Heilig Pfeil. Which is like pac man eating and does a lot of damage. Also, Giselle isn’t weak, but I don’t she her lasting long against Rukia. Liltotto is so much stronger and I see her and Bazz-B taking on Rukia and Renji in the near future.

Um are you forgetting that Yhwach has Yamamoto bankai. I’m pretty sure he’s going to revive some folks! So I do think the sternritters will aid the shinigami by an unknown person guiding them.

Oh and If it works how I think it works then Yhwach is going to revive all the shinigami or enemies that he has slayed meaning that we will probably see Kira and his bankai if he has one since bazz counts as a part of yhwach. We might see some people who we never heard of that Yhwach probably destroyed.

But if kubo gave us the names of those three Quincy( Zeidritz,Argola, and Hubert) when Yhwach fought Yamamoto. Then I am pretty sure they will have a role to play. Its like the same stuff that happen in LOK when no one knew who Kuvira was until she stated her name and became RELEVANT the next season as the main villain. So I think Yhwach will add some quincy and shinigami to his army of six (uryu,Blondie,Pernida,Gerard,Lille,Askin)

Say I know this is irrelevant but did anyone get that weird Aphrodite and Eros vibe from Meninas and Pepe. I’m not sure why but I think Pepe was targeting her from the start of her joining the sternritter army. I can see him becoming infatuated by a beautiful girl like meninas. Its hella weird that kubo gave meninas heart wings and Pepe a heart themed rope instead of just using his eye staff as the initial weapon we all though it was. I think I know why kubo gave Meni her heart theme because of the “power comes from the heart” but its just weird that Pepe targeted her. I also think Meni was the one who designed the heart theme for the other Femritters.

makes sense to me. While Pepe had heart shaped techniques, Meninas does fit the heart style better cause like you said, power comes from the heart. I think Pepe just has a love style. Cause his Voltstandig is cupid, and all his attacks begin with love. Love kiss, Love beam, Love rope. all I know is if Meninas went Swedish bodybuilder style punch on Pepe, he would have been dropped like a fly.
