Bleach 614 see’s Urahara prepare a portal to the Soul Palace opened by Ichigo, while Yhwach (Juhabach) already saw that Ichigo would go ahead and cut the Soul King after being immediately taken control by Yhwach’s sword. Urahara knows what to do each and every moment that appears, hopefully we’ll see his true intentions soon enough.
Bleach 614 begins with Hiyori and the others walking into the building, both Hiyori and Shinji talk it out as they call each other names. Hiyori goes onto pouring a certain liquid into the place where everyone stands. It looks like a liquid but doesn’t feel wet at all. Urahara reveals that it’s a substance that is created at distortion point between Soul Society and Dangai.
He had Yoruichi and Hiyori with others try to collect and purify it. Urahara then goes ahead to tell them to get into Shikakusho and join them. Hiyori begins to shout trying to tell him something. Love tells Hiyori to quite down as Rose, Shinji and Kensei are putting their lives on the line. The least they can do is help them.
They’re fine with it. Now Zaraki asks how they’re going to get there. Urahara goes onto mentioning that he’ll be creating a gateway there, a portal will be established with a direct connection from there to the Royal Palace. It’s a method that cannot work any other time except now as Ichigo has temporarily broken the barrier to allow them to get in.
He also mentions that once they’re there, it’s unlikely for them to come back, to which Soi Fon complains as she hates the way Urahara speaks, they’re all ready to go and fight while he just tries to questions their decision. Even Zaraki mentions that all he’s going to do is do his best, piss and do everything while he smiles and kicks ass.
They’re ready to go on ahead. Ichigo steps forward and tells Yhwach that they came there to stop him. Yhwach mentions that he’s seen it all, he’s there to stop him from taking the Soul King’s life. Ichigo doesn’t understand what he meant by “seen all”. Orihime notices the eyes of Yhwach.
Ichigo asks what’s going on as he notices Yhwach’s eyes too. Yhwach tells him that these are the eyes that are all-seeing, they’re proof of a true Quincy. Ichigo is told what had happened earlier with Ichibei and what he told them. Yhwach moves away and shows him the Soul King!
His mission is over Yhwach says. The Soul King has been stabbed, Ichigo rushes ahead and tries to grab the sword that has been stabbed onto the Soul King. Yhwach tells Ichigo to unsheath the sword from the body of the Soul King. He does so when Yhwach mentions that he will bring Soul Society to ruin with his very own hands.
Out of nowhere, Ichigo’s right hand is taken over as it, similar to what Yhwach did to Ichibei when he was trying to take him over. It seems that the sword has a mind of it’s own as it cuts through the Soul King. Yhwach mentions that he had seen this, it must be through the blood flowing through his blood, Quincy blood. Yhwach tells Ichigo to come with him to see the destruction of Soul Society as it crumbles. Bleach 614 ends here.
A fantastic chapter, Yhwach and Ichigo seem like they’re going to battle, however Yhwach can somehow see what he’s doing before Ichigo does anything. I really can’t wait to see what’ll happen in next in next week’s Bleach 615 because it’s just getting better and better.
Daily Anime Art 
Finally, Ichigo makes his move! This chapter was so satisfying even if Ichigo was just being played the whole time. It’s just great to finally see the action going and in a few weeks the Captains should join. I guess this’ll be the next part of the arc and it’ll be interesting to see how it plays out. I’m sure that a lot of the characters have some surprises in store. I didn’t care for the translation of the chapter this time, particularly Zaraki’s speech, but I’ll consider that to just be an anomaly.
I’m eagerly waiting to see if there is a plot twist about the Soul King or not. If he actually did die without a fight…I’m going to have a blast bringing that up in every cosmic debate online! XD

Man I think the Soul King is just a being that connects the whole universe

True, but that’s sort of the argument that I put for why the One Above All and Presence aren’t as strong as they appear. That’s a little off topic of course, but I love to debate battles on various sites and those names are always brought up. This could help me slow them down.
That Ichigo scene was definitely intense. I’m sure that we all expected him to get stomped around for a while, but a nice Aizen troll moment worked too. Yhwach may as well have just said “Can’t let you do that” as he sidestepped Ichigo. He made it all look so easy and I believe that a fight should always go like that when you have someone who can literally see everything. That’s why I’m not looking forward to seeing how he loses, but I am looking forward to him crushing everyone for the next dozen or so chapters. It’s going to be a lot of fun!

That’s true. I mean if Yhwach said he will kill Ichigo, than he will. Its just that simple. I guess when he sees the future of a specific person, he can also go to another person and his foresight increases. He saw Ichibei, than he was revived by Ichigo, and now he sees Ichigo’s future. Yhwach is a way better troll than Aizen in my opinion. He knows all, so all he does is to lure them in. And I agree, I can’t wait to see Yhwach destroy.

Yhwach can’t be considered a better ‘troll’ than Aizen. We haven’t even seen Aizen’s full power and potential. Bleach is getting better every week, it needs to be longer chapters though 🙂

Yea that was a big slip from Ichigo, only Aizen & Urahara (2 Smartest in Series) would have known about what was going to happen. But it was common sense for Ichigo or anyone to pull the sword out, Yhwach told Ichigo about the consequences when he already had the sword in this hand. Don’t really blame him.

Ya that’s true. In all honesty, I always wondered what would happen if Aizen or Kisuke took a very bad injury. I mean like what happened with Oetsu. He is very powerful, but his biggest weakest is Stamina. While he can fight while bleeding alot out, if he takes bad injures, he is out. That’s what happened when Lille shot him three times. We have never seen Aizen or Kisuke get injured like that. Kubo said in his battle data, Aizen’s Stamina is the lowest skill he has, so if he takes bad injures, he is out. Than again, who knows what he is after the Hokyokyu left him. Same with Kisuke. Yhwach however, has amazing Stamina, I mean piercing himself with a Heilig Pfeil, taking all of Ichibei’s Kido Palm and Foot attacks, having his fave erupted from his own Blut Vene being reflected back at him, and still be okay. Man, Yhwach doesn’t seem to have a lot of weakness.

Couldn’t comment on your latest comment. I don’t know about Kubo’s battle data about characters. When Aizen got sealed the Hogukyu was still in him, so he still has it. As for Aizen and Urahara getting seriously injured, their the smartest in Bleach and are masters in Kido. Unohana is labelled as a master in Kido, but those 2 are just as good or better, even if they’re not recognized for it. Yhwach has great stamina, but like Aizen with the Hogukyu he can heal himself. Yhwach might not state it, but when he gets hurt, pretty sure he takes the power or health of other Sternritters to recover since he can transfer and move it around. Can’t wait for Next Week.

Actually the Hokyokyu left him when it considered him unworthy of being it’s master. So he does not have it anymore or any of its abilities, only immortality and his Zanpakuto disappearing. But I think his Immortality will fade.
As for Kido Masters. Aizen and Kisuke are definitely good. But I wouldn’t say they are better than Unohana. She and Tessai are the greatest Kido Masters in my opinion. Simply because they have mastered all aspects of Kido. From Offense Hado, Defense Bakudo, to Healing Kiado. Aizen and Kisuke do not use healing Kido, that’s why they are not the best Kido users in Bleach.
True they are very smart, especially Kisuke. But being so smart doesn’t mean your invincible. In this arc, I see them taking serious damage and using Bankai. For Kisuke, I see him fighting someone as smart as him. Which so far is Askin Nakk Le Vaar.
Yhwach doesn’t use the Sternritter power to heal himself. He used Auswählen to heal his Elite Guard. I don’t know how he healed his Voice, But It Seems To Be Part Of His Schrift. He can take injures and just continue fighting without fading. And I’m sure he can steal other Quincy powers to heal himself, but I doubt he will have too.
When it comes to being a scientist, Aizen and Kisuke are smarter than Yhwach. Though, if Yhwach was able to create a being that can be Quincy/Hollow hybrid without dying like Asguiaro Ebern and Lunders Friegen, than he is a great scientist too. But when it comes to battling and being a leader, Yhwach is better.

That’s false, Kubo never said anything about the Hogukyu. Aizen still has it within him, it just hasn’t been active. Aizen also hasn’t lost his Zanpakto ability, just look at the other shinigami who had their swords broken and still have it (byakuya, zaraki, renji…). They never been injured to the point where they need to use healing Kido. Unohana has always been in crazy fights lol. Askin would be interesting for Urahara but wont be good enough I think. Yhwach being a scientist, his creations in Lunders and Ebern were failures. They’re both weak did nothing. I think Aizen has a strong relation to Soul King and Yhwach. He was the first to see the King and Yhwach wants Aizen on his side. Said that he would come back for him. Be crazy if Aizen and Yhwach are brothers, battling who could get to Soul King first, Loll.

Actually the Hogyoku did reject Aizen. He does not have any of his original powers. So he does not have it anymore. You can to watch Aizen vs Ichigo if you don’t believe me man.
Asguiaro and Lunders Were Just fodder. But they were examples of what is happening in Hueco Mundo. How they hell can Arrancar have Spirit Weapons?
We will just have to wait and see. Honestly the only way for us to see these smart characters go all out is if they do get badly injured. If not than their really is no point to them even fight if they have no equal rivals. I see Askin doing some damage to Kisuke. He nearly killed Oetsu, who is alot stronger than Kisuke, so I have faith in him. Plus he is smart as hell. He correctly guessed the amount of blood Oetsu had just from looking at him.
I will say I agree with you about them knowing about the Soul King that Yhwach has known for centuries. That much is true, along with the Royal Guard, Yoruichi, Tessai, Unohana, and Yamamoto. Probably Shunsui and Jushiro too.

No I agreed with you that the Hogukyu did not see Aizen as the master, I’m saying it’s still in him and once Aizen becomes more motivated and the Hogukyu sees him as the master he can use it again. Also even though the elite guards defeated the 0 squad, I think the captains will have a really good chance to win. Brute strength doesn’t always win, but smarts and having a particular ability can defeat an enemy. Great fights coming up.

I kinda see the Royal Guard healing and fighting the Elite Guard again. I honestly see the Sternritter coming to the Soul Palace as well to intercept the Shinigami and Visord coming up.

Hopefully Shunsui went to Central 46 to get Aizen to help. He’s going to be extremely important. Also pretty sure Yhwach’s ashuwalen ability killed everyone. Only sternritters that are left at soul palace, no point in “unworthy” ritters to be alive.

I think your right. Although I have a feeling Yhwach has a plan to deal with Aizen. As for the Sternritter, they have yet to be confirmed dead. Actually, Giselle and Liltotto are still alive. I honestly see them all returning. I think it’s pointless for all the Shinigami and Visord to come up to the Soul Palace to fight. To escape, sure. But really? I doubt the Elite Guard will have so many opponents. That’s not Kubo’s style.

Yea there are lot of shinigami & visors left. Visors honestly can’t do anything. And yea I agree with you now I think of it, there should be weak ritters left. Kubo prob won’t have all the elite guards fight that many shinigami. Wish the weak fighters would be down injured/dead already, taking too long for serious fights to happen.

That’s kinda why I think the remaining Sternritter will somehow surprise the Shinigami and Visord when they get up to the Soul Palace. Liltotto, Bazz-B, Candice, Giselle, NaNaNa, Meninas, Robert, BG9, Shaz, and Mrs. Black eyes will be there I believe.

On this was alright, I’m still pissed that there was no mention of the sternritters. I at least want to see if meninas and candice survived, as well as what exactly happened to nana and bazz. Also I was looking into some stuff and if Yhwach is Soul Kings son then who the fuck is the mother? My theory is it’s Tier. All the hints about her hollow hole being where her womb is and Yhwach being an abomination so its likely she died right after giving birth to him. I think we might get more into her story and the actual reason why Yhwach went for her. I do think it was just for “figure head” but I think its really more than that. I think Tier is his mother LMFAO!!!

I think Yhwach’s mother was the first Quincy, and the Soul King came to the World of the living to meet her, sense the Soul King seems to be active when he senses a new race. He did this when Ichigo came to the Soul Palace. Also you notice the surge of energy around Ichigo when he took Yhwach’s Spirit Weapon? Sense Ichigo can instinctively activate his Blut Vene, wouldn’t make sense that he can also activate his Blut Arterie? That vein pattern looks different that what Blut Vene looks. So that means Ichigo’s slash was like 10 times stronger than his original strength. Like Yhwach said, his Quincy said does not like the Soul King.

Ichigo’s full potential hasn’t been seen yet, we’ve seen him just worry and talk and joke around. We’ve yet to see his true full fighting potential which I believe we’ll see when Yhwach says something bad and Ichigo gets fired up and angry. He’s going to be pulled into it just like he was when he somehow cut the Soul King when he got controlled into it. Ichigo will be punished by Yhwach, but we’ll see what happens from that.

True we haven’t seen what Ichigo can fully do. But I don’t believe he will get any more power ups. Yhwach will defeat and kill Ichigo, and I think Orihime will bring him back. Her powers are the key to this entire fight with Yhwach. Her powers are the only ones I see are that of a celestial being like Yhwach.

That could be very true, when she wanted to try and bring Ichibei back she was determined, as though she knew she could bring back the dead. Maybe we’ll see a dead Ichigo come back to life. This chapter just adds mysteriousness to Urahara, I truly love the character and how bad ass he acts. Urahara seems weak but to everything he does he has a reason, he’s thought of everything!

I think so. I believe he is very powerful, but not in a way we all originally thought. He connects the Soul Society, World of the living, and Hueco Mundo. I’m assuming he controls Hell as well. But as a fighter, maybe he isn’t. He is just a powerful being that has so much importance. And I see the Royal Guard coming back against the Elite Guard.

When she has time I think so. As for Mayuri, I think he had Rojuro and Kensei out in those weird cylinders to heal them or something. His method of healing is very different from Unohana or Isane.

Oh you mean Jinta and Ururuu? They are around the same age as Kaien and Yuzu. I think when they turn 15, they will gain their Quincy powers and Shinigami powers. Sense the Soul King is dead, I see a Domino effect happening. First Soul Society is destroyed, than Hueco Mundo is and will show us the Arrancar and hopefully Fullbringers that should be there too. Than last is the World of the living.

I think even with his new Bankai, Yhwach will still kill him. I think somehow with someone else’s help, they can destroy the Medallion that has Yamamoto’s Bankai. And with that, Yhwach cab use his Vollständig. I think Orihime or Ichibei will bring him back.

Ichibei said he is the most loathed and hated leader of the Shinigami. Yhwach hates him in a different way than he does for Yamamoto, Unohana, and Royal Guard. So I think we will see Ichibei for what he really is.

Honestly I agree, I kinda think Ichibei was fighting for Yhwach’s cause 1000 years ago, than just switched sides. I honestly don’t see why Ganju is there. Chad sorta we will see what he can do, Orihime however, has the ability to be here. Her powers are very useful for this battle.

Ya I know. Honestly, I think we will see what Orihime really is. If she is not any of the other common spiritual beings like Shinigami, Quincy, Hollow/Arrancar, and Fullbringer, than she must be similar to Ichigo or the Soul King.
Sense her powers are crossed between Shinigami and Quincy. Hachi said her Shun Shun Rikka is like a Zanpakuto, but she uses Reishi to use its abilities, not Reiatsu like Shinigami And Arrancar. I always believed Fullbringers used Reishi like Quincy instead of Reiatsu. Because when Fullbringers fight, they don’t release Reiatsu like Shinigami and Arrancar.
Sense Ginjou didn’t want to recruit her means she isn’t a Fullbringer. So she must being something of a Celestial Being.

I think that’s a possibility. But I believe it’s for a different reason. I think Shunsui moved Aizen because he guessed the Soul Society would be destroyed, which would give Aizen a chance to escape.
