Watch Fate/stay night – Unlimited Blade Works (Anime)

Fate/stay Night Unlimited Blade Works see’s the story of an age-old ritual set in Fuyuki City, the mythical Holy Grail Wars! The Holy Grail grants any wish from it’s possessor to which seven masters have to battle using their given heroic spirit for the opportunity. The masters and servants are contracted with each other until their demise.

This anime has been highly anticipated, with the awesome story to the amazing animation and graphics, I am really impressed by this anime. I highly suggest looking into this anime, I’m sure you’ll like what you see. The design of the characters are just amazing, I can’t speak any more about it. Also I believe that this is the second recreation, the older Fate/stay night was very similar to this. If you’d like to watch it check below:

Watch Fate/stay night  – Unlimited Blade Works (Sub ENG)

It’s been a while since I last saw such a brilliant anime, I’ve got very high hopes for the anime, the graphics and character are just awesome. I really want to see everything it’s got, I also don’t want to watch the previous older Fate/stay night and ruin the story right now. Anyways, be sure to tell me what you think if you actually do watch it.

Hey, you finally got into the Fate franchise? Well, you should enjoy it. It’s pretty action packed and the universe is very large. I saw the original Fate Stay Night (Based on the Fate route as opposed to Unlimited Blade Works) which was incredible and then I saw Fate/Zero…which was pretty awful. This series is supposed to be more like Fate/Zero, but I’m hoping that it doesn’t go down that road. Zero was just too dark and violent the whole time. I’ll probably be checking this one out at some point, but once it finishes.

There’s a lot about the series I don’t understand and since I don’t want to spoil it for myself, I don’t think I’ll google any of it. However what’s the different between the Fate/Stay and Fate/Zero? And there’s supposed to be a movie? I also check out episode 1 and 2 of the older series, to which they have a lot in common, with how it begins and such.
Could you clarify how many Fate shows there are??

All right, it’s a fairly large franchise, but the they all connect pretty well.

Fate/Zero is the first one timeline wise. It takes place 10 years before the current Unlimited Blade Works show and it starts off everything. It’s a must watch for most fans and it’s known as the best series. I personally did not like it, but it would likely be recommended for you to watch if you enjoy this one. Just be warned that it is incredibly violent. (It makes Titan look soft…and that’s saying something!)

Fate/Stay takes place 10 years later. This one is the Unlimited Blade Works path and the original show was the Fate route. You know how some video games have alternate endings and such? Well, Fate/Stay was originally a video game with 3 paths. The “hero” ending, “Dark” ending, and a third one. The first show covered the hero path, which was pretty good. The show that you’re watching covers the third path, which is in between the good and dark ones. The film actually covered the same route as the current show, so now that you’re watching this one, you don’t need to watch the movie. (Although it may be fun to compare them) So, there is one movie, one prequel series, and two Fate/Stay adaptions.

After that…we get on to the spinoffs…I’ll admit that I have less knowledge about those because I’ve had bad experiences with spinoffs in the past and this one didn’t sound great. It’s a “What If” that takes place in an alternate universe and it’s more like Sailor Moon in that there are a lot of transformations and the characters are chibi. It’s like the Rock Lee manga, but it’s taken a lot more seriously.

By the way, the old show had a lot in common with the current one because both of them start out the same way. It won’t really start to diverge until around episode 5-8 I believe. Then the changes should start to present themselves. The series definitely has a lot of exposition so it should start to make more sense as it goes on and I agree with your decision not to spoil what’s coming. It’s more fun if you don’t know what to expect. So far, what’s your impressions on the show?

I just fell in love with the animation/graphics/design of all of these character. The battles are just epic and I just… WOW! Its the feeling I get when I watch Bleach battles, they’re so epic, so quick and just one wrong move and you’re dead.
The story line seems to be getting more and more interesting, getting used to it as I go along. I knew that because Emiya was having some kind of vision from 10 years ago, there could have been a prequel to this story line. I’ll most likely watch it when I’m finished with this one. The servants are epic in themselves, they are so powerful and intense that it makes me happy to see something I could compare to Bleach lol.

The series is supposed to actually have some of the best animation of all time so I can only imagine how great they look! You’re in for a lot of awesome fights as the series goes on. My favorite character in the franchise sadly isn’t in this show, but my 2nd should be popping up in a few episodes. He’s wrapped in Gold Armor, but I won’t even say his name since names are an important plot point for later. Who’s your favorite character at the moment?

At this point (episode 3), I really like Archer, the way he got introduced was awesome. On top of which the way he acts and his hair being white is awesome. They’ve definitely designed him well since his outfit is pretty sweet too. Saber is also unreal, she’s such an awesome warrior. Berserker is also really strong, when they mentioned that he can 6 v 1, I was like damnnnnnnn!

That guy’s definitely tough and my favorite character is actually the Berserker of 10 years prior. So, that class is definitely tough! Well, good to hear that the show is solid and it should only get better from here. See you on the next chapter post or anime special!

I’m think so. I’m so terrible with names in this anime but I have seen that girl with the turquoise eyes try to summon Queen or King Arthur. I call her Queen Arther. But got Archer instead? And that kid named Shiro got King Arther. I hope I’m on the right one I was told to watch this one after Fate Zero with Kirisugu and that psycho ass Priest.

Oh sorry! I didn’t mean to do that! :3 I’m still watching it anyway. My friend got me into it. The anime has many voice actors that usually do Bleach.
