Ichigo vs Goku, who would win? This is possibly a universal questions which span between anime’s and their characters. Some say its Ichigo while the others state that Goku is the likely winner. Although there is one clear winner, I’ll let you decide who you think would win between these two incredibly powerful guys.
Ichigo’s Incredibly Powerful Final Getsuga Tenshou Form is incredible. It was developed by Ichigo during his training with Isshin within where Isshin could slow down time. Ichigo showed Aizen his Final Getsuga Tenshou form, Aizen wasn’t able to detect any spiritual energy from Ichigo, but was then surprised by Ichigo’s brute force. After Ichigo reveals the meaning of Final Getsuga Tenshou, which is becoming The Getsuga Tenshou itself. In this form Ichigo’s appearance changes drastically. His hair turns black and its length grows. He is wrapped in black bandages covering his torso, face and his right arm. He wears a tattered black robe remnant covering his lower body. He permeates with black reiatsu, mostly around his right arm. The black reiatsu also looks like a sword which he can use to attack. When Ichigo used this Final Getsuga Tenshou form, he had lost his powers due to the fact that he used it to almost kill Aizen. Ichigo had certainly become unbelievably strong! Ichigo’s most powerful weapon, Mugetsu, is generated by the black reiatsu. It’s appearance brings forth complete darkness covering the sky and the surrounding area.
Goku’s most powerful Super Saiyan 4 form was incredibly powerful that it certainly deserves to go up against Ichigo’s Final Getsuga Tenshou. Goku obtained Super Saiyan 4 form during his fight with Baby (Bebi). Goku’s power and speed had dramatically increased to such a high level. For example, while Super Saiyan 3 Goku was nearly unable to phase Baby, however when Goku transformed into a Super Saiyan 4, it become clear that Goku had become unstoppable as Bebi was now unable to even hurt Goku. Goku is also able to store an immense and increasing amounts of power. In this form, Goku’s hair changed color to turning from Gold to turning Black. The tail is present and the body and tail are covered in a shade of red fur. Goku had possessed a red shadow trim around the eyes and ever the eyelids. The aura in this form loses the arcs of electricity, instead becoming pure fire with gleaming sparkles.
So tell me, who do you think would win between these two powerhouses? Ichigo vs Goku, Final Getsuga Tenshou vs Super Saiyan 4, who wins, you decide!

You said there’s a clear winner right? So who are you going for? As for me I’m going with Goku. If he can destroy whole Solar Systems in SSJ2 form and SSJ4 is much more than 4X SSJ2…..well let’s just say he can destroy a lot. Especially because the SSJ2 form that could destroy Solar Systems was back in Arc 2. By Arc 6 his base form may be SSj2 level. So a SSJ4 is like that X500. He could pretty much blow up everything 😮

Hmm personally, I feel that it would be VERY close match, but ultimately Ichigo would be able to win. I know there’s like 80%+ of people that may think that Goku would win because of his SS4, but a lot of his power is over rated and over enhanced. However this isn’t able being an overrated anime. So i’d still stick with Ichigo.
Reasons included that he can break mountains and change landscapes with swipes of his sword and stop Aizen’s sword with just his hand. It’s hard to predict that it’ll be Ichigo as the winner because he’s only fought once, but ill still go ahead and say this. Plus there’s his Mugetsu which literally obliterated and made Aizen’s power wither into dust, as well as change the Hogyoku and it’s desires…

Okay, breaking mountains is good, but Goku can destroy Solar Systems 😮 Way back in Arc 2 with only Super Saiyan 2! Now a days Base Form is stronger than Super Saiyan 2. So Super Saiyan 4 is unstoppable!
Let’s put it this way. Super Saiyan 2 = Solar System Destruction
Base Goku by beginning of GT = Super Saiyan 3 DBZ
Super Saiyan 1 ups the power of Base by 100. Super Saiyan 2 doubles it. Super Saiyan 3 quadruples it. Super Saiyan 4 at least doubles it, but probably more.
We’re basically comparing Ichigo (Who’s at most a planet buster) against someone who can easily destroy solar systems on a whim! Ichigo has seriously 0% chance when you look at the stats. One beam from Goku and he’s dead.
Also Ichigo didn’t make the Hogyoku change it’s mind. The Hogyoku was probably just fed up that Aizen kept needing it’s help. If Aizen hadn’t let the power get to him he’d probably have stayed with it

Also even if he’s Over Powered that just means he’s too tough. It’s like saying that Iruka can beat Naruto because Naruto’s overpowered and thus it’s not fair. So just because Goku’s overpowered doesn’t mean he should lose to Ichigo. It just means that Ichigo’s just that outmatched

Well yeah, there’s no limit to Goku’s power since it’s unlimited. The more he gets hurt the stronger he gets. He can double his power in a week and everything. Ichigo however can’t just get stronger for no reason. He either needs a super form or a long shounen training. Because of this he’ll never be at Goku’s level. Unless you wanna compare animes then it’s all opinion on which is better and Bleach has a shot. But character wise Ichigo isn’t even close

But why would we ignore that Goku can blast many, many, many solar systems apart with one blast? To give Ichigo a chance? Because if that’s the case why not just say no energy blasts for Goku and no ki either. Then it’s a close fight. But Ichigo only wins because Goku’s nerfed.

But if it destroyed Goku then it wouldn’t matter that he lost his powers. Also it didn’t destroy Aizen at all! It didn’t even beat him! That kind of attack could never take him down. That final Getsuga Tenshou isn’t quite as powerful as it appears. If it couldn’t beat a weakened Aizen….yeah. A kamehameha would have beaten him. Also Ichigo gets only one shot. Could he actually hit Goku? Nah, Goku can teleport. Meaning when Ichigo fires it Goku can teleport behind him

He won’t get an opening. One ki blast from Goku and the Solar System explodes. Leaving Ichigo dead. Goku can also just snap the sword in half or chop Ichigo in half with one chop

Goku has a staff that can stretch to unimaginable heights. Ichigo won’t be getting anywhere near Goku with that weapon. No slicing and sicing for him. Also Goku’s teleportation will keep Ichigo away. He also has a Solar Flare to blind Ichigo and can read his mind through contact. Did I mention Goku can also make barriers with his ki? Basically Ichigo has no shot of taking down Goku.
Even Base Goku would be too much for him seeing as how he’s a solar system buster. The only way this would be a fair fight is to have Ichigo fight Goku back in the Frieza saga. That way they’re both Planet Busters.
At SSJ4 all of Bleach teaming up couldn’t stop him 😀

Loool, I’m guessing that you’ve watching quite a lot of Dragon Ball, no were near as me because I’ve not yet seen all the episodes, seen some but not in order.
I’d have to agree with what you’ve said, but both characters are miles apart. Their powers are miles apart and both animes are miles apart.
Ichigo for his age and power seems to be low because he’s only been training with his power for a couple of years, not really giving him an advantage. His Final Getsuga Tenshou may have not killed Aizen it would have destroyed him if he didn’t posses the Hogyoku he would have clearly died because it had literally built up a large number of transformation for Aizen that it had protected him from most attacks…
Ichigo is still getting used to his power after gaining it back from Rukia and the other captains and lieutenants. So at least he’s got it back. We haven’t yet seen any hints to any Hollow or any more enhancements after his Bankai form, so there’s a possibility that he’ll become even powerful seeing as though Ichigo’s Shikai is as powerful as his previous Bankai.
Furthermore, Ichigo’s Hollowfication form is a BEAST! He can move as fast as he wants with no control or practice, he even held Ulquiorra’s green spear thing with his hand which would blow up huge pieces of mountains scaring the planet. Even if Ichigo has no control of it, Ichigo would most likely to either develop control for this form or obtain a even more powerful form which would allow him to absolutely obliterate anything in it’s path.
There’s a limit on Ichigo, Ichigo could have been made into such a powerful character surpassing Goku by Kubo if such Solar Systems or other planets had existed, but unfortunately they don’t, only Earth, SS and a couple of other dimensions exist. So it’s somewhat hard to make Ichigo so powerful so he could have the ability to destroy them.

No, the Solar Systems do exist. There’s just no characters that can destroy them in Bleach. That’s the main point. It’s like how nobody in Sesame Street can blow up mountains. They’re there, but for Sesame Street characters it’s impossible. In the future Ichigo will probably get stronger, but he will never catch Goku. So the next best thing would be for him to pass Yusuke Urameshi. He’s known as the 2nd bigshot after Goku. He’s also a planet buster and everything, but I think Ichigo could beat him. Of course that’s a post for another time. Main point being

Lol, Bleach doesn’t concentrate on Solar Systems and Universes because they are not related to the story. Bleach is a lot more local to earth and hell and heaven while DB is based on the future where theirs flying cars and outer space vehicles etc.
I somewhat disagree that Goku can win, he’s just overpowered with the SS4. Ichigo will get to his power and go even further then Goku in his SS4 form, when Kubo develops Ichigo’s powers after his Bankai.

Sunite, I’m not sure what you mean by Goku being overpowering by his SSJ4 form, but the very fact that Ichigo’s powers are limited, whether it be because the story or not, that puts Goku’s skills and raw power over and above that of Ichigo’s. Goku’s instant transmission puts his speed far above that of Ichigo’s as well. As much as I like Bleach and Ichigo, I believe they’re outmatched in every way possible. But that’s the concept behind Dragonball, NO LIMITS. Just when you thought Goku’s hit his limit, he gets pushed further and he ends up breaking through the boundaries.

i really think the one who made this thread needs to watch bleach more. ichigo on earlier episodes of bleach is using his “zangetsu” (the black haried black robe man). Thing is its not the real zangetsu. hes only using 5% of his powers. wouldnt it be unfair if goku uses ultimate form and ichigo uses 5% of power. lol.

Actually, Goku gets stronger whenever he faces a near death experience, not an injury. Mugetsu didn’t beat Aizen because Aizen was immortal. So, one ki blast blows up a solar system, but a 10x Kamehameha doesn’t blow up a planet? And also, the entire Bleachverse together can beat him easily with their hax techniques like Barragan’s respire, Tosen’s bankai, Gin’s bankai, Aizen’s shikai,etc.

Ichigo wins. I don’t care what people say. They both can wipe anything off the face of the earth and ichigo could lure goku to the soul reaper realm draw power from there and just continuously battle without stopping because of all the energy there. Goku loses either way. No one will change mind or fell me otherwise. Ichigo doesn’t even need to lure him he has more then enough power to wipe out goku. Ichigo is also very young compared to goku and has plenty of time to increase his power beyond what it already is. He mops the floor with goku. Get over it.

Goku blocked trunks sword with one finger so swords don’t do anything and while mugetsu does obliterate spiritual pressure, goku uses ki so mugetsu can’t obliterate goku’s power and I think that’s where ppl slip up

His Hell Clad form exists in Hell and that’s where it’s been most powerful seen at. We haven’t seen any other techniques like the Getsuga Tenshou being used in this Hell Clad form, it would be hell of a lot more powerful! Plus we haven’t seen his Hollow mask with the Hell Clad form… So Ichigo can get a LOT more powerful!

Mugestu is stronger, but he only has one moment to attack, which means that Vasto Lorde is the next best thing. This is because he can shoot dimension breaking ceros multiple times, grab attacks that can destroy California as if they were simple arrows, and it conserves more energy, rather than using it up all at once.

I have watched both anime’s and i would say its pretty impossible for ichigo to beat goku….you seem very retarded even mentioning that while people try to EXPLAIN YOU that goku is a solar buster…ok im gonna explain it to you in very plain words in order for you to understand…In the best scenario ichigo is a planet buster..frieza which was a planet bluster, survived a planet explosion with no injuries at all..Cell was able to destroy the solar system as he claimed..cell was in match of gohan ssj2..now goku and vegeta ssj2 are way stronger than cell, and we could say that in their fight they were both fighting 100/100 seriously…every punch goku or vegeta was delivering, it was blocked by either goku or vegeta…which means ssj2 goku can tank a whole explosion of a solar system!!!!! Just imagine what ssj3 or god mode goku are capable of.in terms of speed goku is the strongest character in the whole history of animation ( maybe generally the strongest charachter) not only he can use instant transmition, which is instant, but he can match up with speeds farrr greater than the light itself…A full power goku battle against full power ichigo battle would be like the farmer in dbz against frieza…goku can read minds, create ki barriers, enhance his finger with ki and so enable swordfighting (an example his fight with trunks), hold his breathe for a very prolonged time, etc…ichigo vs krillin would be something interesting though,, but i doubt ichigo would stand a chance

Goku could, but he´d die with it. He cant breath in space. Ichigo´s extreme speed, which is way faster than gokus, his ability to observe a fight and find tactics to destroy an enemy, his way more advanced that gokus pure fun in fighting. Goku is a very good fighter, he might be the best, but he´s not as smart of a fighter as ichigo is. Mugetsu would cut goku in 2 pieces before he´d even be able to realize what is happening.

Even if you took out Goku’s ability of instant transmission since that requires focus, as I recall, Ichigo can’t go past sound barrier (Sonido does not refer to the sound barrier, else flash step would refer to light, and clearly flash steps do not go past light speed). Goku however, can most definitely go past sound barrier, and it has already been calculated as well.

How can you say that it clearly does not go past anything??? It’s a damn printed picture that is all artist interpretation and expression. So how are you going to say that someone who is doing his work decides to say, “you know what, i want my characters to move faster than this and that so i’m going to name these moves to help represent that as well as draw them this way.” …. It just makes no sense and i find it absurd. All you kids that come up with these battles butcher the artists intentions with your BS and calculations… hahahahah trying to calculate a drawing, i can’t help but laugh when i think of it .. Goku could use instant transmission, which is INSTANT to teleport to a kai planet, and when Tf was ichigo faster than goku, goku is too fast for ichigo. Gotenks flew around the entire planet in 8 seconds, and goku is stronger and faster than gotenks

Right, but there has been a lot of debate about the 2X. We all agree on 50X for SSJ1 and 4 for SSJ3, but is SSJ2 really 2X? That’s what it said in the databook, but SSJ2 Gohan was much, much stronger than his SSJ1 counterpart. It’s been speculated that the boost is closer to a 3X boost. That shifts things quite a lot. I take it that the 10X refers to God Mode or Kaio Ken right?

However if it was within Bleach world then it would somewhat limited because Kubo wouldn’t go drawing planets or even impossibly powerful characters such as Goku. However for now i’ll agree that Goku is just surpassing Ichigo, but I believe that Ichigo would ultimately win if he had such ultimate powers which the author of DB gave Goku. If Kubo gave him similar powers, Bleach style. Ichigo would overcome any obstacle, he would be the ultimate power!

Ichigo can destroy hell, THAT in his second hollofication, Final getsuga tenshou, is atleast 100 times stronger. Ichigo could destroy the whole galaxy. But saying Goku can destroy things, means he has a huge destructive power, but it takes more than that to destroy a shinigami body, as you can see when anyone gets thrown in to a mountain or whatever, it´ll get destroyed. Being able to destroy a galaxy does not mean anything, he´d not even survive it, he cant breath in space.

Saiyans can hold their breaths for an extremely long duration, They can survive in space so long as they hold their breath. Their body allows them to adapt to gravity on another planet, and naturally, can adapt to 0 gravity as well. Also, Goku got out of hell as well. His son’s scream breaks dimensions. Goku doesn’t just have to ability to destroy galaxies, he has the capability of destroying universes, as shown when SSJG is weaker than Bills, but still presents a challenge for him. Bills = most feared god in 7th Universe. Goku also literally becomes a God (Super Saiyan God). Plus, SSJG is weaker than SSJ4, far weaker actually. With enough destructive power to eliminate an entire universe, it’s pretty clear that Goku can wipe out Ichigo. I’ve given statistics, feat comparisons, and individual abilities, as well as prove that Goku can stomp Ichigo. Also, if necessary, Goku can and will kill Ichigo, but it’s quite unlikely anyways.

I think Ichigo would win anyday… firstly because he is faster than time itself (he beat kagaroza even when he was manipulating time and this was achieved only on ban kai), he also has his last hollow form which projects a cero that can tear through DIMENSIONS… so imagine if he wanted to take out the solar system!!! He broke the chains of hell and tore through hells dimension!!! then he becomes even more powerful on his final getsuga tenshou, we all familiar with this fight as he was able to change the landscape with a single swing of his sword… he lost his power then on the final episodes where he fights the other substitute shinigami,ginjo, he is just insanely powerful! Getsuga Tenshou which means lunar fang stabbing the heavens, actually lives up to its name… Goku doesnt stand a chance…

Ichigo’s sword wouldn’t do shit. Goku blocked SSJ Trunks sword with one finger in the android saga! Goku pushed apart a mountain in base form fighting frieza! He outran nuclear level explosion even though the explosion exploded right on him. He took a supernova! Overloaded a star with energy! When fighting Perfect Cell, his punches made sonic booms, cliffs crumbled, and the earth quaked with every punch!! These we’rent even powered up this was a rapid exchange! What their names mean is unrelevant to this argument. SSJ trunks is very weak, way weaker than Ichigo in his Bankai, also his sword isnt as sharp as Ichigos zanpaktou, which can easally cut through any materia. Saying again, big attacks do not mean shit, high concentrated power can only have a super small blast (like friezas missle things), meaning that only because gokus kamehameha´s explosions is bigger, does not mean ichigos mugetsu is weaker. In fact, its way stronger.

I’m not entirely sure about this one, but Goku has come back from the dead correct? As in he is currently alive. Thus, this entire fight was pointless as when ichigo is in his Shinigami form, normal living beings can’t touch him. The only way to see him is to have a high concentration of Reiatsu, which Goku does not. All he has is a large Chi energy which is different. Thus, Ichigo can’t hurt Goku, and Goku can’t hurt Ichigo. Problem solved, neither one wins.

SSJ4 is most arguably stronger than SSJG, which was used to defeat Bills, which was the most feared god of the 7th universe. Your statements mean nothing when you can’t provide evidence or comparisons as to how Ichigo may beat Goku or vise-versa. You are simply stating opinion, which is fine, but this is about who IS stronger, not who you THINK is stronger. And by stronger, I don’t literally mean stronger as in strength (and in that aspect, Goku wins as well. Goku can lift over 6 sextillion tons) but as in fighting ability.

Goku wins in a curbstomp. SSJ3 Goku in DBZ fought a guy who changed reality just by existing, and that Ichigo Hell thing, well, Goku escaped hell from a race. A freaking race, after he fell down Snake’s Way and into hell. And that was the beginning of DBZ! Kid Buu had the power of destroying the Northern Quadrant of the Universe, and SSJ3 Goku at the end of DBZ killed him. Remember that Base Goku in GT=SSJ3 Goku in DBZ. Don’t even get me started on SSJ4 Goku at the end of DBGT.SSJ multiplies power by 50, SSJ2 by 50, SSJ3 by 400 and SSJ4 by 100. The only possible person who could beat Goku is Chuck Norris. Kid buy wasnt just about to destroy north quadrant. I believe he was goin to destroy “Hell” aswell. Ichigo is not even close to becoming a planet buster. Goku can teleport from heaven hell or where ever he so pleases quicker than a lightning strike with instant transmission. Even nappa and raditz had the ability to destroy planets with ease. Their power levels were no more than 10,000. Frieza 1st form was 1,000,000. Then went through 2 more forms each probably 5 times stronger than the next. But Frieza was only using 1 percent of his power till he bulked up at 100 percent. So Frieza at 100 percent was probably in the 100,000,000 millions if not billions. And he still couldn’t stick with goku super saiyan 1. So if u can imagine without getting your head imploded do to stress how powerful that is number wise then do so. Now compare that number which is probably in the 1,000,000,000,000 or 1,000,000,000,000,000 to
10,000(which is a planet buster)…

What you seem to forget is that although Goku is alive he continues to communicate with those on the other side (eg. King Yama and King Kai). He can also travel between the two worlds as he did at the end of the Cell saga. So, being able to see and interact with a Shinigami shouldn’t be a problem.
About Ichigo gaining new powers through his determination, Goku does the same. However, Goku has been in the game a lot longer. He’s been fighting since early childhood up until now. His body may be in the form of a child, but he is actually a grandfather. Ichigo has only been doing this a couple years. Hardly much of a challenge for Goku.

Okay…..who says about busting solar system? You guys want it? Let me ask you guys a question, where would the hell ichigo lives if he busted his own planet? DB can just simply restore their planet with ” DRAGONBALLS” !!
And did i saw someone mention keeping distance from ichigo with instant transmission? Don’t underestimate ichigo’s speed, just recall that ichigo 1st face byakuya and how it ended up? Ichigo is down without knowing what’s happening, but he surpasses byakuya’s speed later. Remember Byakuya’s Senkei Senbonsakura will slow down enemy into no shape? Ichigo’s very basic hollow mask which even complete breaks that slow down and almost kill Byakuya.
Okay now let’s talk about arrancar arc. Ichigo fought Grimmjow with a higher level speed, yes he won but badly injures ofcourse. About Ichigo vs ulquirra, Ichigo just cant catch up with his speed and brute force, even ichigo’s hollow mask vanish in a single cero. But What happens after that? Ichigo turn into Vasto lorde form which surpasses back ulquirra’s speed and kill him tore him like paper. Yes as you guys mentioned he can blast a hle hell of dimension with his cero and he seems like to spam cero.

Yes ichigo loses his power after his battle with Aizan but he regain his power with the help of Rukia, Urahara, and all lieetenant’s spiritual energy. Know whats does that mean? That means he’s got everyone’s power with him including the head captain and don’t forget, every lieutenant has surpasses Aizan when they gave ichigo their power. okay, most of the people saying goku will win easily, obviously haven’t watched bleach for one, the main ability of his bankai is its size, by compressing all of his power into a tiny blade, it allows him to fight incredibly fast speeds, and with incredible power in his swings… his hollow mask form enhanced his abilities, making them around 2x as powerful…
when he gains mugetsu, he has such a powerful riatsu, not even aizen can feel it, his defensive swings shattered mountains, and he was able to catch aizens sword with little or no effort, when aizen put most, if not all of his power into his swing… and remember ichigo could have one against aizen, but the hogyoku was giving aizen fuck tons of power, basically, ichigo only used mugetsu, so he could finish aizen whilst he still had the chance, and if you pay attention, he used mugetsu to only push aizen to his very limits of his current form, because of this, the hogyoku no longer accepted him as its master, as he was losing, even though he had gained so much power already, and it was because of this that urahara’s sealing kidou could take effect… put in short, the battle where you see ichigo just before he uses mugetsu isn’t a good view on how powerful he actually was… plus he was holding back alot, as his town was too close to the battle, and he could’ve potentially destroyed his town along with aizen… which unlike in dbz, where they say “theres an enemy trying to destroy the planet, lets kill him with our intense raw power, ripping apart most of the landscape, and destroying most of the planet we are trying to protect in the process…” ¬_¬
and he was barely trying during his fight with aizen… and he was winning… but he used mugetsu, only to weaken aizen so urahara could seal him away… ichigo could have probably killed aizen, but he didnt want to risk aizen getting any stronger….. and when you think about it, if he’s gotten that strong, think how fast he’s gotten… with his shikai, he would probably be able to go faster than his previous bankai-hollow mask top speed, and his shikai-hollow mask top speed combined…
his bankai speed would be insanely fast and if he used his hollow mask too, he would have obliterated aizen… and the fact is, im betting most bleach chars could fucking destroy solar systems… but considering that solar systems arnt really related to anything that happens in bleach, they wouldnt get the chance…
and thinking logically, most of you are thinking about this battle the wrong way, its not the forms, its how they use them, sure ichigo’s form may be weaker than goku’s ssl4, but if we were to base the battle entirely on the forms, and not the fighting skills of the character, all we have left is a power battle, and they are not exciting… infact judging a winner solely on the forms… is like trying to judge a winning car from a race solely on its engine…
i guess all im trying to say is that this battle has many possiblities, infact id more likely bet on a tie, as they are roughly equally as powerful, and probably equally as good at using their abilities… they only real disadvantage ichigo has, is that he’s only had his ablity for like a year or so, he hasnt been training for that long, and as the captain commander has rightly said, ichigo’s bankai, still has loads of room to improve and evolve… but yeah, i wouldn’t judge too fast on ichigo losing… cause we havent seen ichigo’s limits in that form… plus, if he used his strength to beat goku down to his limits, he could then use mugetsu to finish him off… rather than trying to use mugetsu to kill goku when he hasnt even put a scratch on him…

Do not claim that Zaraki can block, or else you just disregarded the DB series and prove that you do not belong in this debate, as you are simply stating opinion (Which really just makes you seem incompetent). Zaraki is not faster than Ichigo, and Krillin can beat Ichigo as well (look throughout this page and you’ll find that I’m correct since it has already been explained). If Krillin used his speed and Destructo Disk, he essentially beats everyone in the Bleach universe as he is faster than all of them and has an ability that cannot be blocked, only dodged. Even if they attempt to dodge, Krillin’s faster and can use Destructo Disk point blank, and can even use several Destructo Disks at a time. Only reason why Krilin can’t beat anyone else in the DB universe is because they’re all faster than him. In Hell, it is shown that even Goku cannot resist being cut. Vinegar is literally the only one who was able to touch the Destructo Disk, and the Destructo Disk Cell took to the neck was later revealed to be a plot hole, and is therefore invalid.

Well if you think about it, even if Ichigo is the grandson of the Spirit King, Goku fought the most fearsome God of the 7th Universe using SSjG, which isn’t as strong as SSJ4, so using that as support is kind of useless.

I have a problem with you saying that Ichigo can just blast Vegeta away. Ichigo would be unable to defeat Krillin. Krillin can use multiple after images just like Goku when he was younger, meaning that his speed can exceed 590mph. Leaving at least 4 definite after images would either require pattern movement or nearly 2400mph (mach 3). Mach 3 would mean that he’s 3 times faster than sound, which far surpasses Ichigo. Krillin was that fast in DB, meaning that Krillin is clearly far faster now. After, Krillin can just use the multiple Destructo disk attack (which cannot be blocked. It’s so OP, there is a discussion on Destructo Disk vs SSJ4 Gogeta). No matter how many times Ichigo tries to avoid, Krillin is faster and can always just use Destructo Disk. In the scenario where Krillin’s friends are in danger, he has no problem severely injuring his opponent or even killing them, proven so when he urges Goku not to simply let Vegeta go after their first confrontation. At that point, Krillin can undoubtedly kill Ichigo.
I realise that this isn’t what the discussion was about, but I was annoyed at the fact that Bleach Fanboys assume that just because Vegeta isn’t stronger than Goku, Ichigo is. That is very much quite incorrect.

remember the match between trunks and goku……trunks cut frieza into half with his sword but when trunks battled goku with his sword,goku blocked his sword with only one finger in super saiyan form…….
same case here….ichigo fight with sword and using bankai gives him advantage of higher speed but when ichigo will attack goku,goku will block his sword with his anormous power.
talking about gutsuga tenshou it has ability to cut anything but its speed is slow…..so goku has advantage….goku can continuosly dodge gutsuga tenshou at higher speed without geting tired…….ichigo consumes lots of energy in one getsuga tenshou

I have two things to say:
1. Ichigo + Shinigami powers + Hell form + Hollow powers + Fullbring powers + Quincy powers + FGT form (Without using Mugetsu, since that is what destroyed his powers the way I see it) = Surely at least a moderately powerful DBZ char. (Multi-Nuking hell when he was much less powerful than he is now.
2. Why the fuck are there posts that are pages long over this? I’m not trying to offend anyone, but I think everyone should go and find some friends (Again, no offense, but pages of text in one post).

Oh, I forgot to say something: Reiatsu>Ki/Chi or however you spell it. Why? Aizen vaporized lesser souls, and while Goku is probably stronger than Aizen, i think reiatu would decide the battle, because Ki/Chi or whatever it is, doesn’t push anyone to their knees by just releasing it. If you haven’t read the title of this discussion, then maybe you should. Aizen has nothing to do with this fight. Even if he did, Goku would win for the same reason Ichigo did, he’s stronger and he hasn’t seen the release of Aizen’s shikai before.

Hallow Ichigo speed is supersonic plus, Goku speed is is below the speed of light since his technique instant transmission is said to be equal to the speed of light in the anime.
Hallow Ichigo strength is greater than that of Hercules at shakai as seen on the gate keeper of soul society vs ichigo episode. Goku strength based on his best feat on king kai planet was 40tons at 10x gravity on normal form, so if ss multiplier are proportional to strength then goku is 400tons above.
what you should all keep in mind is hallow ichigo has hyperspeed regeneration making him by far more durable than goku
thus this fight is slightly in goku favour but does not mean ichigo can’t win.

I didn’t even read the full comment to reply. Instant transmission is ‘INSTANT’. It isn’t equal to the speed of light, it transcends physics wholly, regardless of speed. Instant transmission has no speed.
Now that I read the rest of your post, I have more to say:
At SSJ4, Goku has the ability to go over several million tons; in fact, he can go up to a few sextillion tons I believe. Hallow Ichigo may have Hyperspeed regeneration, but regeneration skills are redundant when you have the ability to avoid damage entirely. Since instant transmission requires focus, I’ll disregard that. However, even with just speed, Goku can travel several times the speed of sound.
Also, Hallow Ichigo’s speed is not supersonic plus. And if you were to refer to Sonido, that means Flash Steps are faster than light, and would you agree to that? If so, how come often times there are after images when they use Flash Steps? faster than light would mean that lightdidn’t reflect off of them therefore not leaving after images. Even at that, when Goku’s physique was only a child’s, he was able to create several multiple afterimages.

to show dat bankai is nt powerful enough to defeat goku at his normal form is wen goku fight vegeta 4 the 1st time. Goku lead vegeta away 4rm the populated area n cities to a place where there was hills n mountain. After the fight dat place was almost flat n cleared out. Bt in bleach the even fail to clear out buildin while in bankai, yes most buildings are damage bt nt cleared out. Even ichigo n byakuya fail to blow out the syokio hil(i got the spellin) while both of them was fightin at full force.

Canon wise instant transmission is in fact “Instant.” So he is faster then Ichigo.
If we are doing strength feats in the new “Battle of Gods” movie Goku holds back Bills’ “God of Destruction Super Energy Sphere” which is a sun made completely out of ki energy, a feat like this has been repeated in “Cooler’s Revenge” when Goku holds back Coolers “Supernova” attack.
Durability wise Goku’s base durability is shown by him being able to withstand the strength of his own Kamehameha wave while training for Namek, (it was on par with Vegeta’s Galick Gun which at the time was stated to be strong enough to disintergrate the Earth) however this can be far multiplied by the use of ki.
Ki allows the user to go past his bodily limits and is always used by the Z-warriors in fight, with the use of Ki Goku is calculated to withstand at least 53,000,000,000,000,000 or 53 quadrillion megatons, shown in the anime when Dr. Gero tries to blow up Goku.
If a Saiyan survives a near-death experience through extreme injury to the body, then, when the body recuperates, the Saiyan grows much stronger than they were previously, their body adapting to compensate for the damage dealt. The duration of recovery does not seem to hinder this ability as Saiyans have healed through natural, technological and mystical means and still gained substantial increases in strength. Saiyans also appear able to heal from injuries at a faster rate than normal humans and possess a greater deal of durability to damage
Goku is so powerful that he nearly destroyed the Earth by powering up to his SSJ 3 form even when it was suppressed, that being said he also began to alter dimensions (Hell and Heaven) when fighting Janemba, it was strong enough that even the Kai’s could sense it from Grand Kai’s planet.
Ripping dimensions in DBZ is quite common, both Super Buu and Gotenks (SSJ 3) were able to do so just by yelling. In GT, base form Kid Goku ripped a hole in reality with his Kamehameha wave.
Sorry, but Ichigo is no match for the Orange clad Saiyan.

Really detailed description of Goku, I do agreed that Goku and Ichigo are on different planes of power, however Goku being a human and IChigo with Quincy, Hollow Human and even Shinigami has a lot more power that he could unleash, however I do agreed that Goku would win, but I often change my winners 😛

Although I believe Goku would win, Ichigo would be the only one to give Goku somewhat of a fight, Goku might even offer to show Ichigo some of his martial arts and techniques. So Ichigo + Goku’s teachings = a pretty deadly fighter.

um ichigo broke a kido that controls time and space by just swinging his hand and i think if they fought ichigo would win simply because he analysis his opponents to find their flaws while goku doesn’t. the only other 2 people who can obliterate him is sosuke aizen and the captain commander since his bankai is three times the heat of the sun.

That statement is incorrect, Goku is stated to be the greatest martial artist in anime history and is a fighting genius, his style of martial arts allows him to adapt to an opponents style of battle. An example is shown when Goku first fights Frieza, he is able to see that Frieza fights better in the air then on land and exposes that weakness. He also figures out that Frieza cannot sense ki, while all of the other Z-Warriors were not aware. Funny that you mention that the commander’s bankai is three times hotter then the sun because Goku fought with an opponent named Nuova Shenron who used all fire based attacks, his body temperature was so high that Goku couldn’t even get near him in the beginning of the fight but as it progressed Goku was able to grab him without getting the slightest burns because of his Saiyan body. I read the wiki on the Captain Commander and it states that Zanka no Tachi, Nishi: Zanjitsu Gokui is 15 million degrees which is the temperature of the sun. Not 3 times, if you can show me or link me to this statement and show that it is in fact canon I will not argue.
Both Goku and his pupil Uub trained in the Room of Space and Time which is it’s own dimension, it is a place that stretches out for an eternity and is literally nothing. A day training in the chamber accounts for a whole years worth inside and since it is nothingness there is nothing to break. However both Goku and Uub had been fighting so hard against one another (in their base forms) that they actually started to create cracks and destroy the Room of Space and Time.
Ichigo is a good fighter but he’s up against a God (quite literally) so don’t expect a lot from him when being compared.

Let’s clear some things:
Goku is able to outmatch Ichigo in nearly every aspect:
Strength: Goku can carry 6 sextillion tons +
Speed: Goku can travel multiple times the speed of sound, and it has previously been calculated. Furthermore, accounting Goku’s instant transmission, which is literally instant, transcending any measurement of physics, makes him faster than Ichigo, even if we waited for Ichigo to hone all of his skills
Intellect: Goku is not very academically smart (whereas Ichigo is) but such forms of intellect is irrelevant. This is about battles. Goku is shown to have been able to outwit several opponents, such as exposing Frieza’s weakness of not being able to sense Ki. Of course, Ichigo is extremely adaptive as well, so I can’t really say anything about who is better in terms of intellect
Durability: Goku endures Supernovas. When fighting Vegeta, AFTER Goku was disabled severely, he was stepped on by a giant monkey
the maximum output of these stats demonstrate Goku at SSJ4, and since this blog allows SSJ4, it doesn’t matter whether canon or not.
If there was a battle, here’s how it would play out:
Goku goes SSJ4 (assuming Goku goes straight to his most powerful form, and Ichigo does as well, so as to not waste time typing such a long paragraph). Goku uses instant transmission and goes to a place far out of reach for Ichigo, most likely several light years away. Travel there would be impossible for Ichigo. Goku charges up Genki Dama (spirit bomb, regarded as strongest attack in DB universe, including DBGT, etc.) instant transmission right before spirit bomb is released, blows it on Ichigo, escapes via instant transmission.
It is shown many times that Ichigo tries to use tactics that may not be the most honourable, whereas Goku attempts to fight fair and at both his own and the enemy’s fullest, so at that point they would just be exchanging slashes and punches, etc.. etc. Minor blows. Also, Goku can recognise anything with a form of energy (reiatsu counts), so claiming that Goku won’t be able to fight Ichigo as Ichigo would be invisible to Goku would be invalid. In a scenario that determines who wins ultimately, it would be “whose attack could overpower the other”.
I admit that Ichigo won’t go down without a fight, but even with all Ichigo’s powers combined (fullbring, Vizard, etc.) He still wouldn’t be able to defeat Goku at perhaps base form, as Goku can use both Instant transmission and a Spirit Bomb in Base Form. Since the original question was, “Who would win?”, the answer would be Goku, regardless of how arduous the task may be for either one of them. The main point is that in the end, if it comes down to it, Goku would have killed Ichigo.
Only person who I may see beating Goku is Superman, which would be understandable as Goku is claimed to be the strongest of Japanese fictional characters, and Superman is regarded as the strongest American fictional character.

Furthermore, the Genki Dama would work effectively on Ichigo (Hollow). Also, Goku could have used instant transmission to a place with several other life forms so plentiful, the power of the spirit bomb is simply ridiculous. If we don’t use allies in the battle (ANYTHING besides Goku and Ichigo, save for inanimate objects the other might get thrashed at), Goku can still perhaps use the Big Bang Kamehameha, and even then, he can still land a hit on Ichigo which is very much possible since Goku possesses faster speed. If Goku used physical attacks, he may perhaps be able to finish off Ichigo with a Dragon Fist. That one is arguable, since the Dragon Fist is a physical attack, an Ichigo would still have a high regeneration rate and extremely high durability.

This is a very well thought out reply and I’mm impressed with your knowledge of both DBZ and Bleach.
In my opinion however I don’t think the fight described would take place anyway, sure Goku might want to test the limits of Ichigo’s power but he would see no reason to “kill” Ichigo. We can most likely rule out the Spirit Bomb (Genki Dama) out of this situation only because it is a last resort or desperation move and by no means would Goku borrow the energy of every living being in the Universe for a sparring match. He does not like to count on the power of others in a fight, he’d rather rely on his own abilities but understands that needing help in a battle and being able to admit it makes him a stronger fighter.
The fight would be intense so they would probably need their own planet first off, or perhaps the Room of TIme and Space so they don’t destroy everything in their path. Goku’s move list in the battle would most likely consist of: Meteor Combination, Dragon Throw, Kamehameha, Super Kamehameha, Kaioken (x2 – x20), Super Saiyan, Instant Transmission, Instant Transmission Kamehameha, Angry Kamehameha, Super Saiyan 2, Ki barrage, Full Power Kamehameha, Super Saiyan 3, Super Kamehameha, True Kamehameha Dragon Fist, Super Saiyan 4 with all previous moves available along with 10x Kamehameha and if we’re feeling crazy Super Saiyan God with every move available along with the benefit of being able to absorb all kinds of energy based attacks.
The outcome in my opinion is no doubt Goku as the winner proven through his insane statistics and tenacity. However Ichigo does not die, maybe a little sore and beat up, but he’s fine. Goku admires Ichigos abilities at his young age and offers to teach him the Kamehameha.

You have a very clear grasp on the characters themselves, and not just their capabilities; quite admirable. If it wasn’t a fight to the finish, there is still the Instant Kamehameha, where he would blast Ichigo at point blank range. If Ichigo used kinetic energy to redirect the kamehameha, Goku can still use the Dragon Fist directly after the blast and Knock out Ichigo (enough strength to literally hit a planet to death)

Where as ichigo’s mugetsu only manages to leave jst a scrach on the landscape compare to frieza’s energy which manages to slice the whole planet landscape at a flick of his finger. Guys, it’s Final Getsuga Tenshou vs Super Saiyan 4. Don’t talk about any of Ichigo or Goku’s other forms unless the form discussed is weaker than Getsuga or SSJ4, since if the new form discussed is weaker, than the originally discussed form is most definitely capable of beating the other. What I mean is:
Getsuga Tenshou vs SSJ1 or Base Ichigo vs SSJ4. That would be okay, but if you compare other forms or combine other forms, you’re admitting to that Goku would win or vise-versa.

Goku would win hands down. In super ssj4 but the original creator of dbz had nothing to do with dbgt. He wanted to end it with cell but unfortunately was pushed to keep going for the whole Margin Buu arc. So personally i like to end the show with the blowing up of king Kai’s planet and Gohan incinerating cell. Plus the damage from Mugetsu would probably greatly harm the human world to say the least. But he was in the soul society when he used it. So the damage was probably a little less. After all it would not be good if he destroyed the realm of spirits. Plus things are made of spirit particles which are a lot stronger then than regular materials. But this is just my opinion. So don’t hate on me.

Actually, Akira Toriyama had intended to kill off Goku at the end of his fight with Fireza, he was to get caught in the explosion of planet Namek without any way off the devastated planet. However due to popular demand by the fans, he brought Goku back by explaining his escape with the help of a Saiyan space pod. The fans even demanded that Toriyama should bring back Frieza, the Changeling, because he was such a good villain, he made one last cameo appearance before being put down by Trunks. Hell, even Vegeta, who was Goku’s arch-rival was supposed to remain dead, Toriyama hated Vegeta but the fans adored him and so he stayed.

Sorry but here is just a quick follow up. The only reason Aizen did not die was because he was fused with the hogyoku which made him immortal. Even the central forty six guys said so. But Ichigo vs ssj4. No contest one Kamehameha would kill him and everything else on the planet.

Base form, Kaioken 1 – 20, False Super Saiyan, Super Saiyan, Ascended Super Saiyan, Ultra Ascended Super Saiyan, Super Saiyan 2, Super Saiyan 3, Super Saiyan 4 and Super Saiyan God.
With Kaioken alone he was 20 different forms not to mention he can use Super Kaioken. So 29 forms in total~

any persön who thnks Goku cn lose to ichogu, havent watched dbz yet. N on top of dat, final getsuga tenshou is the combination of all ichigo’s power bein release at once as mugetsu. The same goes 4 super saiyan 4’s kaoken and kameya meya. Ofcos with the exception of the spirit bomb and dat attack he use to kill super andriod 17 wen he turns into a dragon.
The bottom line is ichigo’s mugetsu does stand a chance agains Goku’s super saiyan 1. Freeza once used an attack like mugetsu whch was milion times stronger since it managed to cut the whole crust of planet namek. While ichigo’s mugetsu only cutted aizen in half n leave a cut on the ground 4 jst few kilometers.

Thats true, but Ichigo’s Mugetsu/Final Getsuga Tenshou (to my opinion) lasted very short because Ichigo believed that Aizen was stopped, this further caused his body to go into shock and wake up days later. Nevertheless, Ichigo could still keep his Final Getsuga Tenshou for a longer time.. Well thats my opinion..

The fact that Goku isn’t allowed to sue his strongest transformation in this fight (which I believe is Super Saiyan God) should speak volumes as to how much of a different plane of power both fighters are. Super Saiyan 4 has no time limit, it is sustainable and becomes easier to hold as a Saiyans body compensates for weakness, so if it used up too much energy the first time his body would make it so it could last ten times longer.
Frieza’s base power level is 530,000 in his weakest form, this is stated in the manga. With this power he was able to destroy an entire planet with his finger and this is in his weakest transformation. When at full power of 120,000,000 he is more than 200 times stronger and was completely dominated in the manga by Super Saiyan 1 Goku! This is Goku’s first transformation ever and it does not help Ichigo’s case that Goku becomes several times stronger than this when training for Cell!
Adding in the x4000 power level boost that goes along with Super Saiyan 4….I don’t believe that Ichigo stands a chance.
Of course this is my opinion, you don’t have to like it but the facts about Goku are very true.

O the inconsistencies is strong in this anime. Very strong. Memories of my childhood and that’s where it’ll stay. Anime these days has gotten better with not having so many inconsistencies. The only downside to that, is that many lead characters that are powerful will never be this overhyped powerful. That’s because anime these days try being consistent with power levels as well as being consistent with keeping the lead at a level to where he’ll be challenged and not making the supporting characters useless.. like DBZ did. Anyway DBZ will probably stay on top with this power level thing because most anime these days haven’t the need to go over the top retarded with power to make a quality show.

Hello people, did you guys not notice that ichigo is a HUMAN/QUINCY/SOUL REAPER so technically he’s just a powered up human who’s soul is emitting abnormal amounts of spirit pressure and only trained for a year or 2 while goku is a saiyan warrior who has trained for most of his life to get stronger
Let me point out some facts
-ichigos reihatsu is ever growing but sadly he can’t control it to his advantage
-goku has an almost unlimited supply of his power but he takes a long time to charge it up (eg spirit bomb)
-ichigo has only died once in bleach but had hichigo/shirozaki(hollow ichigo) to bring him back
-goku died sevral times during the entire series and relied on other people to find the dragon balls to bring him back
-ichigo relies almost purely on instinct and doesn’t have a battle plan
-goku is almost the same as ichigo when it comes to battle plan
-ichigo has a cycle of wins, power ups and losses (its win-win-lose-power up-draw-get beaten to brink of death but gets healed by orohime/zangetsu etc… That’s based on the arrancar arc)
-goku has a somewhat different cycle that includes dying(its win-win-win-die-power up-revive-power up- win-win-die) goku doesn’t lose because he usually ends up dying
-ichigo is a half blood
-goku is a true saiyan
-ichigo is 15
-goku is old but looks like he’s 30
-Goku has a lot of advantages thanks to he’s true blood and his countless years of training(not to mention the hyperbolic time chamber)
-ichigo has a few advantages because he’s a half blood and has barely trained to use zangetsu to its full potential
-goku has some moves based on deception(solar flare and teleport)
-ichigo only has flash step as a move of deception
Now when you compare these facts goku is the obvious winner because he’s a warrior and has training but when you think about it, if ichigo was able to use his soul reaper powers and could control all of he’s abilities and forms from a young age and was the same age as goku then wouldn’t he be the winner

You’re getting off topic, what is being compared here is what the characters did in the shows and manga, if you are comparing what they could be then it is impossible as Goku has proved time and time again that he has no limitations. He strives to continue to push past them, not because he has to but because it is something near and dear to him that he enjoys doing, however when the world is in trouble, he’s more than happy to help. He’s not trying to become a super hero, he’s merely doing what is right, something that something admirable. Ichigo trains because he’s a Soul Reaper to protect souls and put them to peaceful rest, as well as to fight against dangerous, lost souls that could not rest, called Hollows. The main difference is that one is a duty that does not call upon greater strength, this means eventually Ichigo’s quest for strength will eventually be sated. Goku on the other hand will never be satisfied, he will continue training, until he becomes something entirely else, someone so powerful that others will not be able to conceive his strength. I mean look at him, right now Goku has achieved the power of a Super Saiyan God, making him able to hold his own against the God of Destruction Bills, along with the Saiyans ability to age slower than other beings, he could live to be 100 years old and still be physically young. With GT, Goku becomes the Guardian of the Universe…which means he no longer ages and would be able to train for an eternity, no matter how long Ichigo trains, Goku will have a distinct advantage.
-Goku has died twice by the way, both were self-sacrifices and the Dragonballs only revived him once, Old Kai, who’s name literally means Old God (a God) gave HIS OWN life to bring back Goku.
-His “almost unlimited power supply” does not take long to charge up, the Spirit Bomb isn’t his own energy.
-Goku’s battle plan is to find an opponents weakness and target it, since their stats have been measured it’s safe to assume Goku holds an advantage in nearly every aspect. He is the greatest martial artist and is in fact a fighting genius.
If you believe an alternate timeline Ichigo where he trained the same age as Goku would beat the orange clad Saiyan then that only proves Ichigo where he stands now loses without a doubt.

To everyone saying that there is no canon evidence of goku universe busting you would be correct. The question I ask is why the fuck would goku destroy a universe?
Anyway I only need to provide one scene that is completely canon (not that gt crap) where during the buu saga ssj3 goku blasts a hole in the supreme Kai planet, and by hole I don’t mean crater. I mean this blast goes from the outer crust to the centre of the planet and out the opposite sides outer crust. Whilst I’m only about halfway through bleach to getting up to date the best I’ve seen so far is craters and crust splitting, and by what I’ve read so far the best in bleach atm is mountain levelling and breaking the chains of hell. Since I have no idea how hard the chains of hell would be I’m going to assume its on par with mountain levelling. So basically if we assume for an instant that according to seen accomplishments gokus best is blowing a clear hole through a planet and ichigos best is levelling mountains then you’re basically comparing goku ssj3 as a nuke to ichigo as a Gatling gun(maybe a missile launcher?).
We’re assuming that goku can see Ichigo since its believed goku can sense any kind of spiritual power (androids were not spiritual since they were machines) and that he can withstand ichigos immense spiritual pressure since goku trains at 100x gravity at base form.
Gokus around 40ish during the buu saga and while that would mean he’s on a decline physically to a human vegeta explains that saiyan a retain their youth for much longer than a human so they may continue to fight. Which means when he meets uub I’m guessing he’s around 50 since I’m pretty sure goten is 17 there, he would have the body of a 30-35 year old which would mean he would pretty much still be in his prime. Giving him a lifetime (around 40-45 years) of fighting experience compared to ichigos very few years in which he has progressed incredibly, but the fact remains goku has more experience, better technique, a better physical condition (ichigos body is still maturing) and in my opinion is much better looking.
Having said all that its pretty obvious who I think will win, however it’d be pretty cool if goku trained Ichigo for a few years 😛 sorry if there’s any spelling errors or hard to understand sentences it’s 2am here lol and if you make a reply keep in mind that I’m still watching/reading bleach so tell me events vaguely and without plot spoilers please

If i recall correctly Ichigo is a Death God (shinigami) he is deathless only unless being killed by a Hollow, arrancar, soul reaper ,fullbringer , quincy and a human with hollow powers which i technically a hollow :).
BTWs If you follow the manga Ichigo is a Fucking Dual Blade Wielder which means if Goku needs both hand just to catch one of Ichigo’s Zanpaktou then ichigo could use the other zanpaktou to slice and dice him.

As I recall Goku has the ability to transform and keep the latent energy of a Super Saiyan God. This means that only a God will be able to do any sort of damage or even sense him, Ichigo is a shinigami which is a death God but I don’t think he’d be up to par with Goku. As for Goku needing to catch Ichigo’s blade the point is moot as he is easily faster even without Instant Transmission at his disposal.
Goku manipulated reality by transforming which in itself is an impressive feat when fighting. Goku has fought opponents that can phase in and out of reality, opponents with incredible regeneration, opponents that could destroy whole cities with the flick of their fingers, the list goes on and on. If we gave Goku his Power Pole, a magic staff that has the ability to increase its length to fill the whole universe, there would be no competition.
Vegeta has trained at 450x gravity, meaning that Goku is at least on par with the Saiyan prince since they are virtually equal in every aspect. As for not being able to see Ichigo, it really depends where the battle would take place, as in the Dragonball universe every living being has ki energy and can be sensed. In Bleach it seems only other Shinigami can sense others, of course excluding Hollows and the like but there are gifted humans that can sense them. Who’s to say Goku is not an example of a gifted individual? The guy can sense individual beings throughout the entire population of earth, sense demons, aliens and even the Kai’s. Now with his God powers he can even sense the Gods.
Ki has been shown to be amplified in certain area’s of an individuals body, an example is when Trunks attacked Frieza with his blade and cut the tyrant into pieces. Frieza was able to withstand some of Goku’s best hits which at the time was causing planet Namek to shake and collapse at the very impact. The same sword that had been used on Frieza was easily blocked by Goku, whom used one finger whilst in his Super Saiyan 1 form.
See if Goku’s durability was that great in his SSJ form, imagine it in his SSJ 4 form.
Maybe Goku can’t see Ichigo but that doesn’t really give an advantage if Ichigo can’t hurt his opponent in the first place. There has been nothing to show that Ichigo would be able to cause any significant damage to bother the Saiyan at all. At point blank range Goku was able to take ki blasts from Broly which were shown to destroy planets (in the movie if we’re able to use that.)
Goku flew to the other side of Namek during the Frieza Saga in one second (Manga, not the anime where they were forced to drag it out waiting on episodes) and used Instant Transmission to travel to the opposite end of the galaxy.
He’s destroyed a room of nothingness, which doesn’t make sense at all but he’s strong enough to do so, the Hyperbolic Time Chamber which is a room that in itself is a dimension which goes on for an eternity. His Kamehameha in Dragonball GT ripped a hole in reality, WHILE HE WAS IN BASE KID FORM.
Sorry but Ichigo really couldn’t do a damn thing to the Saiyan. Goku would probably spar him for fun, and maybe have to transform to a Super Saiyan but that’s it.

SSJ3 KID GOKU is 400 times stronger than SSJ3 Goku in DBZ.

ok most of you who are saying that goku will win because he can destroy planets and solar systems remember what attack he has to use to do that the spirit bomb and he needs time to do that move he needs like 5 min., every time he has to do it he needs someone to go and destract the enemy picolo destracted frieza vegeta destracted kidd buu so unless goku has someone to help him he cant do a spirit bomb so if he went 1 on 1 against ichigo and tried to do a spirit bomb ichigo will use the oppertunity and he will do a final getsuga tenshou on goku bec. goku will be vulnerable. now lets forget about spirit bombs solar system destruction and lets talk about advantages goku has the advantage of strength but ichigo has the speed advantage and ofcourse youl say goku can instant transmition yeah well goku has to get the place where he wants to teleport to by the time he doese that ichigo will have sliced him up and now i want to say something about goku now i like goku and everything but he never uses strategy he only uses his strength and that is all while ichigo actually thinks while fighting he spends time looking for a week spot and he is always sure to use every oppening he sees so i think that it would a very long and incredible fight but i think at the end ichigo would win

You clearly haven’t watched Dragonball let alone Dragonball Z. In Dragonball Master Roshi’s Kamehameha wave was strong enough to blow up the moon. In Dragonball Z Goku’s was enough to counter Vegeta’s Galick Gun which could have destroyed Earth. Cell even states his Kamehameha was strong enough to wipe out the solar system.

He flies across Namek in a single second, a planet that is as big as Earth if not just slightly bigger.
Goku’s agility is superb, he was dodging hits from opponents so quickly it looked as if he were standing still and they were punching through him. They were unable to see him move!

Mugetsu might work if Ichigo could land it, which is highly unlikely. Goku has instantaneous movement and Instant Transmission, and we have seen Goku tank incredibly strong attacks before, even in dragonball not dbz. Just because Aizen was immortal does not mean his durability was high, He was taking Ichigo’s basic strikes and being damaged. Goku was caught in an explosion that leveled an entire island during the 23 Tenkaichi Budokai, Piccolo destroyed the arena and after the explosion, Goku was still left standing, smiling no doubt.

In Bleach manga (Idon’t watch the anime), blowing a mountain or a city up is an incredible feat, and no one is near destroying a planet.
Well, in Dragon Ball, we know that a simple power level of 18.000 (Vegeta on Earth, Saiyan saga) could annhilate a planet.
If we go to the Freezer saga, we have a Goku who is 120.000.000, and it’s only an untrained first level Super Saiyan.
How can possibly a “poor” city destroyer be even compared to the Super Saiyan of the Freezer Saga, let alone the fourth level or the God level?

You people can not be serious. Ichigo is not, never has been, and most likely never will be on Goku’s level. Look, I like ichigo as a character, but its the simple truth that bleach pales in power compared to dbz. Piccolo literally blew up the moon at the beginning of the series with a casual blast. That SINGLE feat alone was shown to be greater than any destructive feat in bleach. And the meanwhile, raditz comes in out of nowhere and wrecks piccolo and goku at the once while barely trying (Goku was slightly stronger than piccolo as well). Its also a pretty well known fact that dbz speed> bleach speed as shown when goku flew halfway across namek in less than a second (again, better than any bleach speed feat) which means that goku will literally be dancing in circles around ichigo during the fight. Next, DBZ chars are much physically stronger than bleach chars (punching and kicking people through multiple islands and mountains early on in the series) which means goku with his superior speed as well can quite handily kick the living shit out of Ichigo with little effort. And finally “GOKU WOULD BE CUT IN HALF FROM A ZANPAKUTO.” False wrong no just nope. Okay so to start with THIS, lets look at Frieza, a very powerful character when introduced who later became shit level quality in terms of power after only a short time (remind you he was a casual large planet buster in base). After being cut in half, blasted by goku, completely drained of his energy, and faced a POINT BLANK PLANET EXPLOSION, he still survived. Look guys I actually like bleach as a series, and I am actually currently watching it, but in terms of overall abilities and stats for characters: DBZ >>>>(^100) Bleach.
If we really wanted to compare Ichigo with goku, then it would have to be 23rd Budokai Goku at the end of the original dragonball since him and current ichigo are ACTUALLY NEAR EACH OTHER in terms of power. I dont see why that would make a difference. Dbz characters at the beginning of the series already eclipsed bleach characters in most stats. Besides, Ichigo’s fighting style shouldnt really matter here, since goku is a master a several martial arts, where ichigo is basically a swordsman (Which i said in my last post wouldnt be able to scratch goku.

If I may point one thing out that has been overlooked by everyone and everything. I’m not a fanboy of Bleach or anything of the sort, the show has too many plot holes and fillers, the story gets convoluted and is just plain bad after season 1. Looking at the facts though there is one thing that let’s Ichigo win… Goku cannot hurt him. Ichigo is a Shinigami and in the show they explain that a Shinigami cannot be hurt by anything other then a Zanpakuto or a Hollow. Goku does not have a Zanpakuto nor is he a Hollow. Also Goku would not even be able to see Ichigo (people of the mortal world cannot see Shinigami unless they have a strong spiritual pressure, which does not exist in the DBZ universe). It was also shown that Shinigami and Hollows can interact and even injure people who are still alive, as seen when Orihime was struck by a hollow (aka her brother). So all in all Ichigo may not have the raw power of Goku but he does have the means to fight him.

If this is the only defence you have for Ichigo, I can tell it’s one of desperation. In DBZ Goku can see spirits, he has fought tons of demons and even dead, in the DBZ verse everything gives off ki energy which he can sense. So if you’re using the logic in Bleach, I think it’s fair to use the logic from the DBZ universe as well. In terms of how Hollows/Shinigami hurt people I don’t know, but nothing Ichigo has would seem to be able to actually hurt Goku. Reason being that he has a ki aura which acts like a shield constantly among him, cloaking him from heavy hits. So why not make this a fight between SSJ4 Goku in the afterlife, there he could fight Ichigo in the Otherworld tournament where the souls of great warriors fight.
Since Goku is a spirit there, it’s pretty much no problem for him to injure Ichigo without the Shinigami claiming he can’t be harmed by mortals.

although i like them both goku will win all of his physical and mental capabilities are greater than that of ichigo’s and even if they were to make a fight between them they would make them be able to sense and see each other plus mugetsu ichigo would still not be able to defeat goku because if you recall ssj3 goku multiply goku capabilites by so many folds that i lost track and literally shook the whole universe when he fought against janemba and all also ichigo while he may be strong even with having two zangetsu and being aware of his origins there is still no possible way for him t beat goku unless he somehow becomes a god and inherits all of the former soul king power and if you still don’t believe this watch back both animes learn the facts like i did then come back and speak to me otherwise i don;t want to hear it because everybody knows i’m right and you’ll be wrong

That is very true, however from what I can tell, Ichigo is a Shinigami, while Goku is human, or part human at least. And depending on Goku’s presence and if he can even sense Shinigami’s then maybe he can fight Ichigo. On top of which Ichigo’s Getsuga is mountain shattering and something that can be fired with no wait time at all, like the usual Goku moves which takes episodes to power up.

And? Goku has fought and hurt astral beings with his ki attacks before and he has easily sensed them with his power sensing ability. Mountain shattering? Mountain level attacks were already failing to hurt Saiyan saga Goku (early level) so why would they even tickle him now? Goku only needs one ki blast or punch to take down Ichigo now. Powering up isn’t even necessary.

The thing many of you don’t get about Goku destroying solar systems is, he won’t blow the world up. He’s a good guy, he’s not gonna blow everything up because of Ichigo. Goku may be powerful, but if Ichigo were to cut off Goku’s tail, he’d fall a lot of the power levels. Ichigo is fast enough to do so if given the chance. Super saiyan or not, Ichigo’s sword is quite a blade.

The comments seem quite one sided here, and I do admit that Goku has more raw power than Ichigo, but that doesn’t necessarily mean that Goku can beat Ichigo so easily. Sure, Goku has destroyed planets and have fought on par with 70% Beerus who can wipe out solar systems with ease but we’re talking about Super Saiyan Four Goku which I say is weaker than Super Saiyan God. But let’s look at Ichigo’s stats. Currently, Ichigo’s full power isn’t revealed yet, but it’s obvious that once Ichigo gets his new bankai, he’ll become stronger. Let’s first look at Ichigo’s defense. His first defense is the clothing that he wore after the training with the Royal Guard. This clothing was able to withstand 72 barriers that prevented anyone from going to Soul King Palace. The barriers that was broken by the clothing is probably quite powerful, because if they weren’t, couldn’t have Yhwach just simply break them? Second, Ichigo also has Blut Vene which was strong enough to stop Yhwach’s blade. And in case if you don’t know who Yhwach is, then I’ll just say that he beat a man who uses fire that is hotter than the surface of the sun with ease (Yamamoto). Looking at this information, then it’s not a stretch to say that Ichigo will be able to survive couple of attacks from Goku. As Ichigo uses his stronger forms, then it’s likely that he’ll be able to survive Goku’s stronger forms. Now his attacks. In his Saigo no Getsuga Tensho form, Ichigo easily destroyed small plateaus with only his sword swings. In Goku’s Super Saiyan Four form, he was a bit stronger (I think, can’t remember) than Nova Shenron, who uses attacks that’s hotter than surface of the Sun. That means that both characters are stronger than Nova or Yamamoto since their attacks are quite similar. Speed is hard to calculate but I admit that Goku has Instant Transmission, which is basically teleportation. But I doubt that even with his Instant Transmission, he can dodge Mugetsu. Why can’t he dodge it? Because Mugetsu is faster than you think. Aizen also had the ability to teleport (look it up) but couldn’t dodge Mugetsu, probably because it moves at so fast that he couldn’t see it coming. The same thing could happen to Goku and a Destructo Disk doesn’t even compare to Mugetsu. So, right now I’ll say that Ichigo would beat Goku in his Super Saiyan Four form, but does that mean Bleach is better than Dragon Ball Z. No! This fight isn’t about which anime is better. I enjoy Dragon Ball Z as much as I enjoy Bleach. And even though Ichigo beats him in his Super Saiyan Four form, I doubt he’ll be able to fight on par with Super Saiyan God Goku, much less Super Saiyan Blue. This is just what I thought, and you can point out my mistakes and disagree. Just make sure to bring evidence.

I think ichigo could win if he were trained to use all of his abilities together meaning if uryu I trained him to use his Quincy powers to his fullest and learned all of the hodos ichigo would stand the best fighting chance to win it would be a very close fight but in the end I don’t think goku would win. Just to kind of enter a dead thread here, I just have my own 2 cents here lol. I would just like to add the Shinigami, and anything from the soul society, for that matter, are far beyond anything the physical realm of matter could ever produce. We have crossed over into the supernatural, which supersedes any form of tangible, physical, powers. That being said, Mugetsu is not just a power, it is complete, utter darkness. Darkness has no sense of radius, it is not contained, so teleportation is moot. A spirit ( in planes beyond the physical realm, which is the ending point for all life) has powers (in level) that an alien (physical entity) could not even conceive of. There is simply no comparison. For example, Hercules was the child of a god, extremely powerful, probably the most powerful man in the galaxy, but does that mean he could defeat Hades? Never! Same here, shinigami are literally gods, reapers! To believe you can kill a reaper is preposterous! even touching Ichigo in his spirit form would kill Goku! And I’ll leave it there for now lol.
