Obito meets Nagato – Naruto fights Madara – Naruto 607

Naruto 607 finally begins to tell us what is currently happening between Naruto and Madara, and Kakashi and Obito. We find out that Naruto is pissed as hell towards Madara as well as Tobi for leading Minato to his death during Naruto’s birth. Kakashi is also surprised by the fact that Obito went through such a pathway to follow Madara.

Naruto 607 starts of as Yahiko laughs as Obito calls himself Madara. Yahiko says that if he’s using Madara Uchiha’s name he must either be a criminal or an idiot, he then asks why he’s approaching them. He says that the reason is the Rinnegan, his mission is to lead someone who awakens the Rinnegan.

Nagato quickly asks how he knows about his eyes, Obito says that he’s the reincarnation of the Six Path Hermit, whose dream was to bring stability to this world. Obito says that he had awakened it because larger countries shine while his small country dies in the shadows. Whenever there is light, there is darkness, if winners exists so do losers. He repeats words which were said by Madara.

Obito says that when he’s able to master the real power of the Rinnegan, his world will be complete, Obito then asks for Nagato to come with him. Yahiko steps in and says that they can’t do that, he realizes that Obito is trying to use them because what he’s saying sounds too good.

Yahiko reveals that by knowing the people’s pain, he will come closer to the real world, by this he means to understand each other better. Obito reveals that what he’s just said is no longer something they can wait for, they have to take action because it’s no longer possible in this world. Yahiko tells Konan and Nagato to go. He asks for Obito and Zetsu to not get close to them again.

Obito tells Nagato that he’s going to come to that same place everyday, at the same time. One day, Nagato’s eyes will open and thus he will realize it too. Obito then heads off to Konoha where he spies upon Kakashi looking towards Rin Nohara’s grave. Kakashi tells Rin’s grave that Naruto will be born very soon. Kakashi then goes to tells Obito’s grave.

We return to the night were Kurama was set free in Konoha, during Naruto’s birth. Obito stands upon his famous statue head. Obito looks up towards Minato in the statue. He remembers the moment he first joined his group. He arrives there late, Kakashi and Rin have both introduced themselves there. He introduces himself and says that he’s going to become a Hokage.

Kakashi laughs at him telling him that it’s going to hard for him. Minato introduces himself to Obito telling him that it’s a good thing that they both have the same dream. Obito then tells himself that he no longer cares about this any longer.

We return to the present where Naruto and Bee are fighting Madara Uchiha, while Obito faces  Kakashi and Guy. Naruto angrily tells Madara that he’s the son of the fourth and doesn’t care about Madara’s dreams. Naruto tells Madara that he’s not going to fall for his words no matter what.

Madara says that he was going easy on Naruto because he was a Jinchuuriki, but now he’s no longer going to hold back. He then releases Hashirama’s Wood Dragon. Bee says that he’s really strong, Gai then says because of this it’s worth fighting him. Naruto gets pissed and says that he’s not going to hold back against a zombie because he’s already dead!

Naruto’s Bijuu Mode faces Madara’s release of Hashirama’s Wood Dragon! They both go head to head, Naruto bites on the wood of the Wood Dragon, this hurts the dragon quite a lot. Kakashi asks why he followed someone like Madara, Obito says that he has no reason to tell him, the only thing left now is their Final Fight! Naruto 607 ends here.

What a great chapter, we finally found out how Nagato was sucked into Obito’s wishes, as well as being used by him at the same time. The incredible battle between Naruto and Madara carries on strong, the battle between Kakashi and Obito is going to be epic! The manga is taking a break next week so we will return with Naruto 608 after next week! Can’t wait for it!

I’m Coming Home, Konan – Naruto

The author described Konan as one of the saddest characters in the story, there’s are multiple reasons why this is. Firstly she set her life up so that she would have to give up everything for both Yahiko and Nagato. She never had a say in the Akatsuki because she may have believed that it was never a group that she belonged in, she only followed Yahiko and Nagato, she believed in them till the end.

The only time we saw her happy was during her time with Jiraiya while both Yahiko and Nagato were having fun playing games before the Akatsuki was formed. We also saw her in relief as both Yahiko and Nagato were set free from such a painful world, they had died believing that Naruto would save this grieving world from all the pain in it, Konan had also built some trust in Naruto.

The story of Konan is truly sad, and the fantastic image drawn by Warb1rd tells her story perfectly. Hopefully now she’s happy with both Nagato and Yahiko by her side.

A Tribute to Akatsuki Members – Who’s Your Favorite?

These Ten Characters were the Elite Members of the Akatsuki. Like most of us Naruto Fans, we thought that the Akatsuki were a fantastic group which had some fantastic characters such as Deidara and Kisame who had the ability to kick some ass. Even though most of them are now dead, we know that during the Fourth Shinobi War, they have come back using the Edo Tensei (Impure World Resurrection/Reanimation) to get revenge for their death. The question is:

Which Akatsuki members is your favorite and why? Do they have an incredible power, or was is just their looks?

Konan vs Tobi – Naruto Shippuden 252

Another episode which builds up to the tension when it comes to Great Shinobi War. We see some hidden bits which regards the fight between Naruto and Pain, as well as the great fight between Tobi and Konan.

Naruto Shippuden 252 starts off with Konan in the Hidden Rain Village as she remembers some great moments with Yahiko and Nagato. While she feels as though something is coming to where she is.

We see that Tobi appears using his Transportation Jutsu which allows him to transport himself in front of Konan. At this point Konan also moves herself from the city centre to somewhere outside where she is able to fight Tobi correctly, without destroying any of the buildings.

Tobi tells Konan that he is looking for Nagato’s body as he wants to remove his Rinnegan. Tobi then asks why, even when Konan and Nagato approved his Project Tsuki no Me plan, they both had abandoned their primary plan, and instead of using the Rinne Rebirth Jutsu for Naruto’s sake was a mistake as Tobi had told Nagato to specifically use it on Tobi.

Konan then flashes back to when Naruto had met Nagato for the first time, at this point he had used the words from the book Naruto held towards Nagato, to prove that Naruto is able to bring peace as well as for them to believe in him since he is the boy from the prophecy.

Tobi had then told Konan that he had encourage Yahiko to establish the Akatsuki to carry out this purpose, he also mentioned that he was the one who gave Nagato the Rinnegan, Konan gets shocked and just unleashes herself to Tobi to destroy him.

She uses an Manifold attack which helps her to gain an advantage as Tobi is able to make his current body into a pass through mode allowing others not to touch him. As Konan gets closer, Tobi grabs her and sucks all of her paper into his technique, he doesn’t notice that within those paper, there are some where are paper bombs. These explode stopping the attack.

We see that Tobi’s right arm has been completely blown off, as well some of his mask, still can’t see who he really is. Tobi says that the moment he sucked Konan in, she intended to blow herself up and take Tobi with her, but this plan had failed.

Konan had mentioned that as Nagato has his faith in Naruto, she will also have herself allow to believe in Naruto as she mentions that she is the pillars which hold both Nagato and Yahiko.

At this moment, Konan then starts to unleash one of her more powerful techniques which literally opens the sea beneath their feet into a large hole, she splits the whole thing into half which allows for there to be no space to stand. The paper at the edges start to turn themselves into the water as they fall down towards the dark hole. The episode ends here.

What an exciting episode, with both a preview from the past as well as a great start to a fight between Konan and Tobi. The end of the fight will hopefully be within next week’s Naruto Shippuden 253 episode. So keep a watch.
