Isshin Saves Masaki! Isshin’s Lifetime Sacrifice – Bleach 535

Isshin saves Masaki from soul Bleach 535 explains what needs to be done when Urahara tells both Isshin and Ryuken the consequences of what will happen after it’s done. He mentions that someone powerful will need to be with her in order to balance her state of Quincy and Hollow, Isshin best fits at that time so he volunteers, however it’s for his life time. Ryuken is heartbroken and doesn’t understand what will happen. Isshin bravely saves her and gets her out of there.

Bleach 535 begins as Masaki falls towards a deeper and deeper hole, it’s as thought she’s in a mute cold abyss to which she won’t be able to escape, even at this moment, she feels no fear, something approaches her she looks on, a massive Hollow Face appears to which it’s mouth heads towards her.

Urahara explains that he’s been doing research on the condition which she has for nearly a century. Isshin mentions that he’s aging gracefully then, he asks who he really is. He mentions his name then mentions that he was expelled from the Soul Society, Isshin is shocked and then goes to ask something when Ryuken bursts in.

Ryuken mentions that it makes no difference to him who he is, he just wants to save her, then goes on to say that he wants to return her to her previous state. Urahara tells him that he wont be able to bring her back from what she was previously. There is no way to which he can bring her back the way she was before.

He explains that she’s currently going through the process of Hollowfication, which means that a hollow’s soul is injected into a normal soul, this is to blur the boundary that separates those two souls so that the normal soul can attain an exponential upgrade in strength and power. They explored within Shinigami’s but the entire process was flawed and unstable.

What has just happened is that an incomplete experiment going through the veins of a Quincy, it was never intended to undergo such a procedure. Ryuken asks if her life is a lost cause, Urahara answers telling him that her life is not yet gone, she can still come back, but differently. When a normal soul goes hollowfication, the host soul and hollow soul slowly begin to bleed into one another leading to a beast with no use of it’s thinking abilities.

This also affects the interaction between the soul and external world, the soul itself bleeds way to much to which it just self destruct, this phenomenon is known as Soul Suicide. During Urahara’s research, he uncovered a way to at least prevent this from taking place. He did this by simply putting something that will counteract the hollowfication process.

Hollowfication reaches the point of no return once the balance of the souls is disrupted which causes the boundaries between the souls to become blurred. An object that would restore the balance of the souls would prevent the soul suicide from taking place. He goes on to explain that he was able to get Light Arrow from a Quincy and a Human Soul to create a vaccine, he injected that into the souls and it stopped them from soul suicide.

Urahara explains that for Masaki something much more stronger is needed, something that would only leave her alive and thus leave her hollowfication process, a power strong enough to oppose it. Ryuken calls out a bullshit to which he knows exactly whats going on. He mentions that there has to be an alternative way , Urahara quickly mentions that he quickly understood what is happening. He goes on to mention that it’s not his choice to make, the choice belongs to Isshin!

He reveals a gigai type body to which he created, it’s derived from human souls, and shrouds the soul that enters it. If he decides to enter it he would definitely become a Shinigami/Human hybrid. He also explains that Quincies and Shinigami occupy opposite sides of the spectrum, and so do Hollows and Humans.

He if decides to go through with it, he will always be the opposite of her, he will leave the decision on his hands, he also points out that when he agrees to this, he will never have access to his Shinigami powers, this includes the abilities to see hollows. Plus once he goes through with it, his days of ever being a Shinigami and a Captain will be over.

Ryuken realizes that the negatives outweigh the positives, in fact it would be hard for him to even find positives in this. He realizes that Isshin will never say yes. Urahara goes on to explain that for him to stop the process, he needs to tie the girl’s soul and hollow soul to Isshin. As long as he’s in the shell, he’ll never be able to break the strings.

Until the girl is free from the Hollow, only when he’ll be able to exit the shell he’s in. As Urahara speaks, Isshin quickly shouts that he’s got it, leaving Ryuken and Urahara speechless. He tells everyone that he’s clearly going with it, he also mentions that quieting being a Shinigami and help her for the rest of her life will be easy. Isshin mentions that he’ll have the regrets , but in the bigger picture it means nothing.

If he was to let his savior die over some regrets, he wouldn’t be able to look at himself in the mirror tomorrow morning. Urahara gets ready for this, we return to Masaki as she’s being eaten by the Hollow when Isshin quickly arrives in style holding her, she realizes who’s come to save her, he says her and mentions that her knight in shining armor has arrived when Bleach 535 ends here!

What an awesome chapter, both Isshin and Ryuken finally found Urahara and seems like it’s all starting to make sense, a chapter to which explains that Ichigo is truly a Human, Shinigami, Quincy and Hollow! It’s getting better and better! Can’t wait for next week’s Bleach 536 when we see more action!

Forever Together – Urahara and Yoruichi

We’ve seen Kisuke Urahara and Yoruichi Shihoin both friends, from the very start they’ve been together, both who started together have gone a head to be some of the strongest captains in their own right. However they both disappeared to the Real World to escape from what Aizen had done to them. They still lay together in order to survive, however could there be more to what Urahara and Yoruichi are, could they ever be in love?

Masaki’s Hollow Hole! Urahara’s Rescue – Bleach 534

Urahara appears

Bleach 534 reveals the secret of Ichigo’s birth, Masaki gains an injury from the Black Hollow meaning that she mysteriously gained a Hollow Hole, this made Ryuken run with Masaki to which he then met Isshin. After their chatter, Urahara finally appears, he tells both of them to calm down, he will give them a few choices for which they can save her.

Bleach 534 begins as Matsumoto reaches Isshin’s room, she gets there happy to go on a mission, she wants to give her some mission papers, however she reads a message to her mentioning that he’s gone back to the human world. She reads it a rips the paper in anger, Toshiro mentions that as he got away with it the first time, he can just keep on doing the same things.

Masaki reaches the house, Ryuken greets her in when her name’s shouted at her from Ryuken’s mother. She mentions the the other day she had saved a shinigami against a hollow, she is confused to how she knows, Ryuken realizes and calls Katagiri’s name. Masaki denies these facts. Ryuken’s mother mentions that she should have said something, moreover why would she ever do something like this. Her aunt holds her hand a tells her off for trying to break the rules.

Katagiri is faced by Ryuken, she’s asked why she’d ever tell her mother, he mentions that there were no issues at that moment. Katagiri quickly mentions that there were issues, she was bit by the hollow and her Quincy blood might get spoiled. Katagiri goes on to explain that didn’t he himself want a pure Quincy marriage.

Ryuken runs towards his mother, he tells her mother that she isn’t responsible for this, she starts to walk towards her when she quickly falls over! Ryuken notices this and quickly runs towards her while calling her name, he notices a strange Hollow Hole on her chest to which makes her feel uncomfortable, the mother also notices and works out that it could be a Hollow Hole.

Ryuken asks where his father is, she mentions that she doesn’t know but she’ll get in touch very quickly she tells him to wait there, however after a little while he runs off, his mother mentions that if he stays with that thing he could also be in danger. His mother tells him that he wants him to quickly come back! He keeps on running, asking himself what could be going on.

Out of nowhere appears a Hollow chasing for him, however it’s quickly cut by a sword, Isshin appears to tell him that he doesn’t need to thank him, Ryuken notices Isshin, he turns around and notices Masaki, he sees that she’s being held in his arms, he asks to see her, however Ryuken tells him not to touch her. Ryuken mentions that why does he think she’s like this, he quickly explains that it was because of him!

He goes on to mention that even though it’s Quincy rules, she protected him, a shinigami plus she got wounded. Why does she have to go through this he asks. Isshin realizes that it was because of the injury she suffered when she was bit by the Hollow. Ryuken tells him that it was made by a hollow, what else could it be he mentions.

Out of nowhere a man appears, tells both of them to stop talking. Urahara has finally appeared. He goes on to mention that there is no time to quarrel, he tells both of them to come with him, he’ll tell them possible ways to save that girl. During this point, he gives both of them a look which they understand that he’s serious, and what’s next could be bad. Bleach 534 ends here.

What a fantastic chapter, Isshin, Ryuken and Urahara finally meet up, and Urahara is looking even better than he was before. What’s going to happen next and how is this related to Ichigo’s birth? It’s all finally linking together, can’t wait for next week’s Bleach 535 when we see more action!

Ichigo at Palace – Fullbringer’s are Back – Is it Grimmjow?? – Bleach 518

Bleach 518 begins to show some fantastic and epic hints in which we’re definitely going to see in the future, and it’s all under Ichigo’s nose! We witness that there is a mysterious man with Urahara who gets angry hearing Ichigo’s voice, looks like Grimmjow to me!? We also witness that Ganju has joined the Fullbringer’s with Ginjo, Tsukishima and Giriko. Ichigo finally arrives at the Palace!

Bleach 518 starts off as Urahara notices that the communication is working, he tells Ichigo that it’s been a long time, and that he knew that Ichigo would be worried. Urahara reveals that he’s reaction is a bit disappointing. Mayuri asks Kon what exactly he’s doing, Kon replies that he has no idea. Mayuri jokes around telling his subordinates to get him.

Urahara tells Ichigo and Mayuri that there is no need to worry because they’re fine, Mayuri asks Urahara how this works, because it’s using Kon’s eyes to communicate. Urahara tells Mayuri that Kon’s eyes are switches, it can act as communicators. Out of nowhere, Orihime appears, she notices Ichigo and says hey, she’s happy that he’s wounded by also safe.

Ichigo’s glad that Orihime’s doing fine, she then gets Chad to come forward. Chad says hello, and he’s glad that Ichigo’s safe. Ichigo tells him that he shouldn’t be worried about him, he was in fact worried about them. Urahara tells Ichigo that he wanted to contact them a little earlier but he was in restrains so he couldn’t get in contact.

Out of nowhere, a man says what are you doing here. Ichigo quickly recognizes that voice, the man also recognizes Ichigo’s voice and quickly gets angry, calling Ichigo a bastard as he approaches the camera. Urahara tells both Orihime and Chad to take this man out of there because Ichigo isn’t there, Ichigo asks Urahara what he’s doing with this man.

Urahara calls out Ichigo’s name, asking if what he had to do was to save Hueco Mundo, then there is no point because everything seems fine. Urahara tells Ichigo to do what is best for himself, he tells him to think on his own and decide what’s best for him. Urahara tells Ichigo not to worry about this person, he was able to make a nice contract with him. Urahara then ends the communication.

Chad asks Urahara if it was okay to say and give Ichigo the opportunity to think for himself, this could cause him to run away from this fight. Urahara stops Chad there, he tells him that he shouldn’t say things which he isn’t even thinking about. Ichigo will do what he wants from the bottom of his heart. It’s likely that Ichigo will protect everyone till the end.

Both Orihime and Chad have been close to Ichigo for longer than Urahara, for sure they’d have to know what’s better for him, plus the only one who knows Ichigo the best is himself. Ichigo calls the bald guy, Oshe, Ichigo asks if there is a way to get his Tensa Zangetsu fixed in the palace.

He reveals that in the Palace there is a super reijutsu that can reforge the sword into one similar to the original. Ichigo quickly requests for them to quickly take him! They arrive at Kukaku Shiba’s places, it mentions that it’s the palace of her, but it really isn’t. Ichigo quickly gets into Kukaku’s nerves. He asks why they’ve arrived there, she gets annoyed that he didn’t even introduce himself.

She mentions that she’s not going to launch it for them, Oshe tells Ichigo that the Tenchuuren doesn’t have function to go back to Reioukyuu on its own. In the palace there is a super reijutsu that can only be found there, thus there isn’t one in Seireitei. Ichigo asks where Ganju is, she tells him that he became a huge rock and turned into stone, she uses him to hold the banners.

They set it up and quickly launch it. A man appears, it seems like it’s Ganju, he asks if she’s okay with them leaving, she says that it’s fine because during the next attack it will be the end of Soul Society itself. They must let him got, even if it means that uncle is sad. Ganju tells Kukaku to go back to the Training Halls, she must help with the training.

Three other people appear, Kukaku tells Ganju to put some spirit into it, in the next fight he’ll have to fight the Quincy’s even if he cries and wails. Ganju agrees as he walks with three well-known members! It’s Kugo Ginjo, Giriko Kutsuzawa and Shukuro Tsukishima. Ichigo quickly flies when he reaches the beautiful palace with large pillars and numerous floating lands. Bleach 518 ends here!

Wow, can’t believe we got so much in just one fantastic chapter! The return of the awesome Ginjo and Tsukishima and plus we’re one step closer to finding out that it’s actually Grimmjow who’s saved Urahara! Can’t wait for next week’s Bleach 519 epic chapter!

Byakuya’s Fear Awakens – As Nodt uses Senbonzakura – Bleach 501

Bleach 501 continues with its epic fight between Byakuya vs As Nodt. A powerful captain versus an incredibly powerful Stern Ritter. Ichigo is still stuck in the cage even after trying to cut it with he’s sword but fails. Byakuya notices that he’s very tired and doesn’t know whats going on. Renji is told to stay back to see what kind of technique he uses. Byakuya’s Fear is questioned and used against him.

Bleach 501 starts of with Ichigo still trapped within the cage tired as he tries to break out using his power but fails at each point. He starts by telling himself that not even his Getsuga Tenshou doesn’t work against the cage! He notices that on the phone Akon is still there while Urahara’s call has been disconnected.

Ichigo starts to panic because of the inability to do nothing from him. He’s all tied up and he can’t do anything! He starts to get tired quickly and is starting to use quite a lot of power. Back in Soul Society we see Byakuya Kuchiki is still fighting with his full force, except that he’s Bankai has been stolen from him.

Byakuya tells Renji to stay back because there is no point in attacking an enemy whose power they still have no knowledge about. He tells Renji to watch his fight and understand what his ability is. Renji asks if he’s going to be fighting after he knows his power. Byakuya tells him that he doesn’t have the intelligence in being able to lure As Nodt into showing his powers.

Byakuya notices that his limbs and such are starting to halt and stop as if they are tired or something. He notices that As Nodt has some kind of thorns surrounding him, would they be containing some kind of poison or something similar. As Nodt asks Byakuya if he’s noticed yet.

He tells him that you may have thought it was poison, but its not. As Nodt tells him that it’s something that he may have lost a long time ago, he reminds him that he had become a captain and then became really strong. He had the power to completely overpower his enemies, so he forgot about it a long time ago. He reveals that this feeling is nothing other than pure Fear!

Renji is shocked that Byakuya would actually be in fear. As Nodt tells him that he’s a good captain, plus he resisted very well. An average Shinigami would’ve started screaming in fear and go mad at the first strike of his arrows. They would have died and their heart unable to resist the shock. Therefore anything would instantly turn into fear.

As Nodt tells Byakuya that even if he moves towards him, something deadly may happen. Even if it’s a small amount of movement, something suspicious is likely to occur, and thus he will start to not think straight. He tells Byakuya that he’s currently resisting this with only his willpower, it’s very surprising to As Nodt.

The fear has already captured Byakuya’s heart. Byakuya’s notices the fear and tells him that there is no fights without fear. He has overcome it every time he fights, which are usually on the verge of his death by the opponent. He has never repressed his fear, he’s always acknowledge his fear and gained strength from it. He pictures Rukia happy, within a few moments he starts to notice that her face starts to degrade and starts to dissolve in a fearful way!

Byakuya is hit once more and this time it’s a critical hit to his torso. As Nodt tells him that he’s not currently moving and that most experienced fighters tend to believe that Fear can be overcome, plus Fear with a reason is gentle, this is what As Nodt says. Anyone can stop it with experience and willpower, if you know the reason and source of fear, you can stop it. But sometimes Real Fear doesn’t have a reason, because it’s not a feeling, it’s an instinct. It has no reason and no limits.

Byakuya imagines himself as thought a horde of bugs are crawling up his body. He cannot escape his own instinct and this is now caught within As Nodt technique. They are all crawling up above his body to his face. Byakuya uses his will power quickly to escape the dream. He does this and tries to slice As Nodt, but fails as As Nodt has backed away.

As Nodt quickly takes out the metal circular plate which holds Byakuya’s Bankai, it seems as though he’s going to be using it. Rukia who is somewhere else see’s one of Byakuya’s flowers pass by her head. It’s hard to explain what has happened but it seems that As Nodt has attacked Byakuya with his attack and Byakuya starts to fall as his Bankai circulates the sky. Bleach 501 ends here!

That was a crazy episode! Even if we still don’t know who killed Kirge Opie, it seems that next week we will get back to Hueco Mundo and see who killed him! Plus as Urahara disconnected his call he may have been attacked or just had to talk to them privately. Still it was an awesome chapter! Can’t wait for next week’s Bleach 502 chapter! It’s going to be fantastic!

Who Killed Kirge Opie? – Bleach 500

The latest Bleach 500 Chapter has asked some unanswerable questions. The first of which is Who Killed Kirge Opie? The end of Bleach 500 revealed that Kirge Opie was literally cut in half when this mysterious person sliced him up. It’s still not confirmed if Kirge is dead yet, but after such a horrific injury it’s unlikely he will not be back.

The above images show that this person would have had to be incredibly powerful in order to even get close to Kirge like he did. This seems like it was an attack from the back, so it’s somewhat unfair on Kirge.

Some people suspect it’s Grimmjow Jaegerjaquez, the reason being due to the fact that he is still alive and was not killed by Ichigo. Plus since he was the 6th Espada he would have had to be terrifically powerful, thus proving the large attack on Kirge splitting him apart.

Grimmjow isn’t the only suspect, there is also Nelliel Tu Odelschwanck, she was the one who warned Ichigo about the attack on Hueco Mundo. She was the 3rd Espada who had to be even more powerful than Grimmjow. Her adult form has an enhanced Speed and strength giving her the ability to quickly attack Kirge and place her sword on Urahara. The only reason I can come up with Nelliel placing her sword on Urahara is that she saw Urahara do nothing but play on his computer while both Orihime and Chad fight to protect Ichigo, it seemed to her that he was doing nothing.

Other people believe that it may Gin as he may still be alive due to the fact that Matsumoto did not fully explain if he was dead or alive. The fact that Gin can open the Garganta and cross through them into Hueco Mundo can be explained here. Plus Gin is incredibly fast with his sword and could have killed Kirge when ever. We also see that Urahara is not scared, but in fact shocked because I’m pretty sure that he knows this person!

There are also those who believe that it’s Aizen. Aizen is one very powerful Shinigami who could do this type of damage, he’s also very quick and has his Bankai for complete hypnosis. Aizen has his reasons for pointing his sword at Urahara mostly because Urahara put him away to Jail, but if Aizen comes back here, it would mean he escaped.

There are others who even believe that it may have been another Quincy who is even more powerful than Kirge Opie. The fact that Kirge went so far to stop Ichigo and his friends proved to this other Quincy that he’s a weak one who needed to show so much of his power in order to trap Ichigo.

There are many others you could say that it could be, but currently I personally think that it’s Nelliel due to the fact that she’s there and could have easily transformed into her Adult Form and kill Kirge Opie.

Ichigo, Save Us! – Kirge’s Mystery Killer – Bleach 500

Bleach 500 is a big achievement for Bleach as they’ve reached their 500th Chapter! Bleach 500 begins as Soul Society distributes the news that Ichigo is coming to save them. Seems like they are depending on him a lot. Ichigo isn’t able to escape the cage created by Kirge. A mystery person slices Kirge Opie in half right at the end, Urahara is shocked at who killed him, who could have killed him?

Bleach 500 begins as it continues from last week! The message of Ichigo’s arrival is sent to the message relay team. They say that they won’t be able to transmit messages to the captains for some time, so they will have to use the transmittal blade to the battlefield to allow for smoother connection. They are installed where ever the captains and lieutenants are located.

A message is broadcasted, All Captains, Vice-Captains and Shinigami’s in Seireitei, she tells them that The Shinigami Representative Kurosaki Ichigo is now heading toward Soul Society. Renji and Rukia hear this, she carries on to say that his Bankai cannot be stolen by the Quincy’s! The Technology Division has just confirmed this.

Everyone realizes this and somewhat realize that they’ll be okay, it seems as though they are relying on Ichigo quite a lot! Mayuri thinks of Akon and how be is action on his own rules, as he didn’t question Mayuri before contacting Ichigo. Yuki is comforted by the news as he realizes that Ichigo, the person who saved him is coming to save him again.

A member of the Research and Technology Team looks at Akon, he asks what wrong with him. Akon replies that when Ichigo went into the Garganta, his Reiatsu had disappeared! Ichigo is currently trying to break the cage which is holding him inside. He tries to attack but it doesn’t seem to work. Ichigo hears Akon’s voice from the phone, he tells him what has happened, Ichigo replies that he’s currently trapped in a weird cage like box.

Akon goes on to shout at Ichigo so he can answer him. It seems as though Ichigo can hear Akon, but Akon cannot hear Ichigo! Akon realizes that there is some sort of problem in the Garganta. He deploys an Investigation team to the exit of the Senkai Gate, to see what is wrong with the Garganta.

Ichigo keeps on hearing more and more screams from the phone. At the technology centre. A large man breaks the wall, hurting a few people. It appears to be Jidanbou, it seems as though he’s been taken under control by the Quincy’s! Jidanbou keeps on attacking to kill some of the members! Hiyosu stands by and tells Akon to go because he will need to seal part of this off!

Hiyosu tells Akon that he will need to live to keep on running the Technology Division. He then notices that Rin, stabbed Hiyosu, it seems as though she is also being controlled by the enemy. Currently unknown what’s going on or why everyone is doing what they’re doing.

Ichigo keeps on hearing more and more screams! He then hears Renji and Rukia’s voice. He hears them talking about how the enemy have already reached the Technology Division! He hears them talking about how they should just keep on fighting until they are able to beat them! Ichigo then hears a mass of voices which convey the message from thousands of Shinigami’s from all over Soul Society! There are tens of hundreds dying every moment.

Ichigo hears a message saying that Ichigo is going to came and save us! They have such hope but they don’t know what the situation is with Ichigo! Ichigo carries on smashing the cage with his full force! He keeps on smacking it until he forces himself free!

Back in Hueco Mundo, Kirge Opie reveals that the letter he received from the Vandenreich Leader was “J” this J stands for Jail, because his ability is to create a prison type cage like he did which disallows anyone from escaping! He then carries on to say that before his powers escape from him, he should kill all of them!

Urahara notices someone! This someone slices Kirge in half with just one blow! Kirge’s body is cut in half from the top to the bottom! This mysterious person would have had to be very powerful! Kirge is unable to detect who that was, while Urahara notices this person! The person’s sword points at Urahara! Bleach 500 ends here!

WHAT! That was a damn good chapter! This mysterious person could be someone from a bunch of list! Personally I think it’s Nel! You may have forgotten that she was the Third Espada! Hopefully someone like Grimmjow won’t be revealed to us within just a short amount of time! Bleach has reached 500 chapters and it’s damn good ending! Really want to see who that was, hopefully within next week’s Bleach 501, we’ll find out!

Ichigo’s path to Soul Society is Blocked – Urahara analyzes Quincy Powers – Bleach 499

Bleach 499 has an epic start with an epic end. We find out that Ichigo is on his way to Soul Society when Kirge Opie stands up again to block his path. Kirge blocks the end as well as captured Ichigo within a cage, he then blocks the entrance so Ichigo is left in there until he’s saved or destroys the cage. Urahara tells Akon everything he knows about the Quincy’s power as he was observing Ichigo in his fight with Kirge.

Bleach 499 starts of with one of the research members that Ichigo Kurosaki is currently making his way to Soul Society in order to help. Orihime and Chad are currently within Hueco Mundo, they wish they can help but they are told by Urahara to look for a metallic plate as big as a palm somewhere with Kirge. Urahara will explain everything to Orihime and Chad once they’ve analyzed Kirge.

One of the research members is crying in happiness as they find out that everything will be okay as Ichigo will definitely come to save Soul Society from the Quincy’s. Currently, Akon tells Ichigo everything he knows, 2245 Soldiers, 16 Seats and 1 Vice Captain’s Reiatsu has vanished. The numbers of dead are increasing as they speak. A lot of damage has also been done to the buildings.

Ichigo asks if Reiatsu vanishing means that they’ve died. Akon tells Ichigo that both Rukia and Renji are both okay as their Reiatsu still good and showing. Ichigo tells him that it’s not what he’s asking. There are at least 16 individuals who are at captain-rank in power if not superior! They call themselves the Sternritter (Stern Ritter) who wear white Quincy outfits. At this point there are currently no dead Quincy’s, they have not yet won a single battle!

Ichigo asks what they’re abilities are, Akon tells him that they still have no information on this, however Akon does tell Ichigo that they have the ability to steal Bankai’s. This information comes from the Captains of the 2nd, 6th, 7th and 10th Division who’ve had their Bankai’s stolen. Ichigo is shocked at this point as even they couldn’t beat the Stern Ritter, he’s shocked at their amazing powers.

Urahara taps into their phone call to tell them about the enemies abilities, which he analysed from the information he gathered from Ichigo’s battle with Kirge. There are 3 main Quincy abilities. The first is the Quincy Vollstandig, where they change their appearance as well as their power. The second is an ability called Blut. Blut is an ability which uses Reishi to flow in their blood vessels allowing them to increase their attack and defense powers drastically.

Blue is very dangerous but has one flaw. The Blut for attacking and defending works using two different Reishi systems, thus they aren’t able to use them at the same time. The third is the ability to steal Bankai’s which was shown when Kirge tries taking Ichigo’s abilities but failed. Urahara tells Akon that they use a metallic plate to take Bankai’s, he will examine it to see how it works. Urahara tells Akon that they waited for Ichigo to go to Hueco Mundo in order to invade Soul Society. Ichigo is told to be wary of their powers.

A light passes through Ichigo’s side which goes to the Soul Society end of the path, Ichigo notices that many of them go right to the door and block them with the light. Once the door Soul Society end door is closed, Ichigo tells Urahara that the exit was blocked. We can see that both Orihime and Chad have both been seriously injured, Chad has multiple holes within his body dues to the attacks sent by Kirge.

Kirge Opie gets up to enable his Ransou Tengai. He tells Urahara that he won’t let him go to Soul Society even if it costs him his life, he’s going to take his Majesties orders seriously right until the end. He tries to stop Ichigo at all costs. He then sends another attack which is blocked by Ichigo but then splits into forming a cage like object trapping Ichigo.

Ichigo is shocked at what he’s done. Kirge is currently laughing at the fact that he’s finally caught Ichigo. He tells him that he was almost able to get to Soul Society, but he won’t be able to protect of get to Soul Society because of the cage. Kirge tells him that he’s lost as he’s going to be stuck in that dark cage. Kirge then shuts the Hueco Mundo entrance. Kirge is blocked his path! Bleach 499 ends here!

Wow! That was literally an epic chapter! Kirge Opie is going on a full on battle to stop Ichigo at any cost. He’s possibly going to die in the next chapter! I presume that within next week’s Bleach 500, Urahara will finally show some of his fighting skill against Kirge has he’s possibly pissed off right now, also Orihime and Chad may not be watching! Kirge may be getting a brutal beating from Urahara!

Ichigo goes to Soul Society – Kirge is Hit from Urahara – Bleach 498

Bleach 498 continues as Akon tries to communicate with Ichigo but has to talk to Urahara. Akon learns that Ichigo is one tough guy who’s in Hueco Mundo fighting Kirge Opie. Urahara learns about the horrific nature of the Sternritter in Soul Society thus leading Urahara to seriously would Kirge giving Ichigo enough time for him to go to Soul Society!

Bleach 498 starts out with Akon telling one of his subordinates to make contact with Ichigo Kurosaki. They ask how they should do it, he responds with the Combat Badge which Ichigo possess. All they need to do is search for it. One of the research members does this to find that the Badge is in the Material World, however Ichigo is not with it. Plus the spirit trail from the badge goes directly to Hueco Mundo!

They wonder why Ichigo would have gone to Hueco Mundo. There’s more, the badge is located within Urahara’s Shop, they find out that since there is some spirit wave interference, it may be somewhere underground. Akon comes up with the plan to contact Urahara directly. Urahara receives a call directly, he picks up.

Urahara asks if everything in Soul Society is going well. Akon gets angry even after telling Urahara that there’s an emergency. He tells him that he’s got business with Ichigo, he asks if he’s there at that moment. Urahara responds by telling Akon that he can’t come to the phone at this point. Akon asks why.

Urahara tells him that at this moment, Ichigo is in a battle with a Quincy who’s the captain of the Hueco Mundo Hunting Squad. All the other members in this research point are flabbergasted and ask why he’s fighting a Quincy in Hueco Mundo. Akon realizes that these Quincies even made it to Hueco Mundo and was first noticed by Ichigo, faster than Akon could have realized. Akon had heard rumors about Ichigo but they weren’t these unpredictable.

Akon asks how the battle is going, Urahara tells him that they are both on equal footings, he then replaces this by telling him that Ichigo is pushing Kirge Opie back as Ichigo has now gotten an advantage. Kirge tries to suck Ichigo’s Bankai in using the same circular device but isn’t able to because of Ichigo’s uniqueness. Ichigo keeps on attacking.

Urahara tells Akon that Kirge wants to seal Ichigo’s Bankai using some technique but it doesn’t seem like it’s working on Ichigo, thus Ichigo is able to use his powers to push him back. Akon and the others are shocked because Kirge isn’t able to take Ichigo’s Bankai away. Akon tells Urahara to stop the fight as Ichigo needs to go to Soul Society right away. Urahara tells Akon that there are intruders in Soul Society who just walked right in, if they are contact him then it must mean that it’s quite bad. Urahara returns to his first question, he asks how things are going in Soul Society!

Kirge keeps on dodging and escaping Ichigo’s attacks. Kirge remembers that he had received data to disallow Ichigo from using his Bankai. That they could not use their medals to suck his Bankai into it, that’s all the information they had received. He explains thinks of how he even used his Vollstandig and absorbed a monster and can’t even use his techniques to defeat Ichigo. How can Ichigo easily be surpassing Kirge?

Ichigo keeps on receiving quick swift attacks from Ichigo. Ichigo keeps on blocking each and every attack which Kirge launches at him. Ichigo realizes that Ivan also wanted to seal his Bankai, Ichigo asks how they are able to do such a thing to Shinigami’s. Kirge doesn’t answer his question but realizes that his attack power and speed are a real problem.

Kirge realizes that he needs to also attack Ichigo. He explains that because of Ichigo’s slashing speed, he needs for his Blut Vene to be at full power at all times to block his attack, however he cannot attack Ichigo with it unless he switches to his Blut Arterie. However attacking Ichigo in his Bankai Mode with his Blut Arterie will not affect him, thus Kirge thinks if he should ask for backup.

Ichigo asks Kirge if he’s afraid of Bankai’s? Kirge bursts out with that is not the case, and thus that the people of the Vandenreich are not feared by their Bankai’s! At this point, Urahara uses one of his technique which fires a shot at Kirge. Ichigo looks back to find out who did this. Urahara tells Ichigo that because of Ichigo, Kirge’s Spirit Particles Collapsed and he was able to land a critical hit.

Urahara throws Ichigo and phone, telling him that Akon is on the line. Urahara had opened a Senkai Gate for Ichigo to go Soul Society and fight the Quincies. Akon tells Ichigo to listen carefully, also he must not despair because the information he’s about to hear if some what shocking. Bleach 498 ends here!

Wow, what a fantastic Bleach 498! Ichigo has finally began his way to go to Soul Society leaving Urahara to take care of Kirge and the other Quincies. Plus Orihime and Chad are still in Hueco Mundo! This is going to be interesting! Can’t wait for next week’s Bleach 499 when Ichigo could possibly face a Sternritter or even see the Vandenreich Leader when he arrives in Soul Society!
