Ichigo vs Ginjo – Secrets of the Substitute Shinigami Badge – Bleach 365

What an incredible episode, with both laugh as well as some amazing action between Ichigo vs Ginjo. They both keep fighting, they open their Bankai’s and fight! The other Shinigami’s wait still for Ichigo’s decision. But as the episode grows, Ichigo decides to face Ginjo for harming his family.

We start the episode as both Uryu and Ichigo hide to plan what to do. Ichigo appears behind Ishida and regardless what he’s saying, he goes on a head without hearing what he is saying. He confronts Ginjo and in no time is told by him that he should send a Getsuga Tensho.

As he sends one, Ginjo blocks himself and sends one back, but instead of being blue and white, it’s pink and white. This hits Ichigo’s right arm causing him to get injured. Uryu appears behind Ginjo so he could give Ichigo some time to escape from the attack without any more attacks after this.

We start with Ikkaku getting out of the dimension, when he sees Zaraki. Then Renji appears from the trees. After some moments Byakuya appears with Rukia with him as she seems to be fine but unconscious. Toshiro then shows up with Yukio, they all look at how there is only one dimension left, which is Ichigo.

Ichigo and Ginjo keep fighting when Ginjo tells him that Tsukishima is dead! He then mentions that when a Fullbringer dies, all traces of his abilities disappear also. Ginjo quickly asks what Ichigo is fighting for? Ichigo unable to answer says nothing. Ginjo then tells him who the real people he should be fighting are.

Ginjo reveals that the Substitute Shinigami Combat Pass is not for authority, but is used to control the to keep watch and control. The Soul Society is able to keep constant tabs on his whereabouts using the Combat Pass. It has allowed them to control Ichigo’s Spiritual Pressure. The Combat Pass is a device that communicates with the Soul Society.  Jushiro Ukitake, The Captain of Squad 13 is the person to blame when it came to this incident regarding the Combat Pass’s real goal.

At this moment, Ichigo opens his Bankai to reveal that he has a new one due to his powers mixing with his Fullbring powers. The dimension then breaks due to the large pressure. Ichigo then tells Ginjo that what Ukitake said to Ichigo was definitely odd, but being a Substitute Shinigami was the only way for him to protect his family and friends.

Ginjo then opens his Bankai to reveal that he has a is transformed into a skeletal type person. At this point, both Ichigo and Ginjo then go head on head as they both fight in their most powerful Bankai form. They smash their blades at each other, then the episode ends here.

What an incredible episode that was! Next week’s Bleach 366, the episode will have the finishing fight between them as well as this could probably be the end of The Lost Substitute Shinigami Arc. The last episode episode of this arc will be awesome! Can’t wait!

Byakuya defeats Tsukishima – Bleach 364

The latest Bleach 364 surrounds the story of Byakuya and Tsukishima and their fight. We learn that even though Tsukishima has the power to read Byakuya’s past, within one fight Byakuya had come up with techniques to fight his opponent using new techniques. During Riruka and Rukia’s fight, Riruka mysteriously disappears leaving Rukia to win by default.

We start the episode with Moe hanging on to Ikkaku as he wants to keep fighting on Tsukishima’s name. He states that he would throw his life away for him no matter what. Ikkaku makes him realize that when people say something like that, it’s usually both ways. And what Moe is thinking is what a kid would think of.

We go to Byakuya and Tsukishima’s dimension. They both slowly learn more about how they fight. As for Tsukishima, he has set up a trap when he scraped his sword against the ground. Tsukishima cuts Byakuya’s Shikai pink blades and is able to see into its past. Then at that second, Byakuya is cut.

Tsukishima then explains that Byakuya has a special 85 cm safe zone which  surrounds him which is there to make sure that he is not cut accidentally. Tsukishima considers this as a weakness as if he gets into this safe zone he is able to defeat him.

Tsukishima then tells him that his techniques which he had developed will not work on him. Specially his  Senkei and Gokei, he then states that even his Hakuteiken will not work on him, since Tsukishima has somehow faced it many times before now thus, he has learnt about his techniques.

We return to Rukia and Riruka’s fight where Rukia is not able to defeat the animal plush since they are adorable. Once Riruka fires a wardrobe, she describes it as something normal as it’s not cute. She then sends another animal which Rukia dodges. Riruka then tops up her powers and sends an even more powerful green looking liquid thing which Rukia freezes with her Sodenoshirayuki.

Riruka sends an Addiction Shot which hits Rukia and she enters a devil/rabbit plush, she realizes that she’s able to use her spiritual energy such as her flash step, but she isn’t able to use her Hado since she is located inside the doll itself. Once she is captured by Riruka, she listens to how some of the Fullbring members become one due to Ginjo’s action of bringing them together to survive from other ‘idiots’.

At this moment, when Riruka is distracted, Rukia uses her Somenomai, Tsukishiro which creates a large ice which freezes Riruka’s left leg as she tries to jump to remove herself from this place. As they both attack each other, Riruka tickles her nose to bring Rukia out. She attacks and her weapon on her left hand activates, which currently I presume is to leech Rukia’s reiatsu, and thus she escapes from the dimension somehow leaving Rukia to lie there unconscious.

We return to Byakuya’s match where he opens his Bankai, Senbonzakura Kageyoshi, which goes towards Tsukishima, as Tsukishima attacks it is blocked as Byakuya has limited his safe zone. As Byakuya’s Bankai is too slow he isn’t able to attack Tsukishima due to his limited speed.

Tsukishima enters his safe zone bringing Byakuya’s blades into it which attacks his own hand since it was in the place where the blades where actually aiming for. As for Tsukishima, he quickly backs off which allows him to not get injured. Byakuya’s arm gets all the damage, but he holds something in injured hand.

As Tsukishima gets closer, Byakuya brings his hand up and as he gets even closer, he obliterates Tsukishima by making a hole in his chest with the blades he had in his arm when he was mistakenly attacked by his own Bankai. Tsukishima lies down and is nearly dead. The episode ends here.

What an amazing episode, Tsukishima and Riruka have been defeated! Bleach 365 will be amazing since we’ll see Ichigo’s New Bankai Look, the fight between Ikkaku and Moe will also end. Ichigo vs Ginjo will be epic, as he blows Yukio’s dimension into pieces after releasing his Getsuga Tenshou.

Battle Begins – Renji vs Jackie, Ikkaku vs Moe – Bleach 363

Today’s Bleach 363, was one of the most amazing episodes made in some time. The Battle between the Shinigami’s and Fullbringer’s has begun and it has just started to get interesting! Renji finishes his fight with Jackie as well as Ikkaku and Moe as for Yukio and Toshiro, they both make a deal. While Byakuya and Tsukishima are still talking and Ichigo vs Ginjo has not yet begun.

The fantastic battle begins with Uryu Ishida telling Ichigo that something like this was going to happen, since it was given to Ichigo with some story behind it. Therefore he predicted that there would have to have been another Substitute Shinigami before him. At this moment Ichigo kicks Uryu’s behind and tells him to shut up.

As Zaraki vs Giriko battle ends, he notices that there is no one else there. Zaraki tells himself that he should get going home since he is bored there. Yachiru pops up from Zaraki’s back with a similar look to one she had before, although she has a new hair pin which features a bones. She tells him that they promised Yamamoto that they would come together and leave together.

At this point, Toshiro is looking for Yukio, Riruka is sending out cuddly toys at Rukia making it easy for her to shoot her. At this moment, Tsukishima try’s to attack Byakuya from the back, and notices that Byakuya’s Senbonzakura has already been scattered.

We move onto the dimension where Moe and Ikkaku are fighting, we see that Moe is fighting like an idiot by destroying anything in his path, which decreases his chance of gaining the Jackpot he needs to get a hard hit. Ikkaku looks at him to see that how his Fullbring works.

Moe pops from behind and suddenly smashes Ikkaku’s left shoulder. Ikkaku then uses his muscles in his arms to locate his shoulder back into place so he could. Shocked Moe charges ahead to defeat him using his Jackpot Knuckles.

We now go into Renji and Jackie Tristan’s dimension. He says that he will not attack first as a person who attacks a woman is a scum, he says. Renji then notices the motor Jackie has on her shoulder. She then boosts it to release dirty oil which activates her Dirty Boots.

She then tries to attack Renji, she misses the first time and attacks him on his chest. She didn’t expect him to move such a small distance when attacked. Renji then tells her to do that again. This time she goes head on, now it is clearly blocked by Renji.

He the defeats Jackie by just opening his sword and directing it to her stomach. This making her unconscious. Once she wakes up, Renji notices why they aren’t back to normal after she’s been defeated. She tells him that one of them need to die before it opens. Yukio then starts to close the dimension as it starts to fold.

Jackie, at Renji’s side tells him that she would want someone like him to save him. She then releases a technique which causes both her and Renji to disappear, closing the dimension. At this moment, it is unknown which one of them have died or still live.

Toshiro finds Yukio on his computer. He attacks and noticed that Yukio holds the power to change what ever he wants within his dimension. Yukio then gets a large monster which he tries to scare Toshiro with. It doesn’t work, so he unleashes a bunch of them on Toshiro.

Toshiro tricks Yukio into talking about his family and making him forget about Toshiro’s plan. At this point he is not able to view the battle as he should since he only wants to kick Toshiro’s ass for what he said about him being an orphan.

Toshiro appears behind Yukio and pushes him onto his ice freezing his feet. The monsters were set to follow and kill Toshiro no matter what, they followed him there while Yukio was in front of him causing him to die, but before this Toshiro kills the monsters in one slice using his ice.

Toshiro then freezes most of Yukio’s body to deal with him to ask him to shut of the technique within five minutes or else he will be killed by Toshiro’s hand. We move onto Ikkaku’s dimension. At this point when they are both revved up, Ikkaku launches his Hozukimaru, Moe smashes the wooden bit in an instant.

This upsets Ikkaku and causes him to go head to head with Moe in a wild fist fight. Moe then notices that even with his Jackpot knuckles, he isn’t able to stop Ikkaku as the effect of his knuckles are wearing off. At this moment, he concentrated and attacks Ikkaku at a vital spot, but unfortunately Ikkaku headbutts him making him unconscious.

He then mentions that he hit the correct spot, but the amount of power that he had used was weak since he could have directly killed Ikkaku by just that one punch. At this moment he says that he is the Luckiest man on the Gotei 13.

We move onto the dimension where Byakuya and Tsukishima are located. At this point they are both coming with a plan which they could use to attack one another. Tsukishima cuts a leaf in a half and touches the floor which he is in. Tsukishima steps forward and Byakuya opens his Senbonzakura. Here the episode ends!

WOW, that was an epic episode! I really can’t wait for next week’s Bleach 364 when Byakuya will certainly kick some Tsukishima ass. Also, don’t forget that Ichigo and Ginjo are still fighting.

Kugo Ginjo The First Substitute Shinigami – Bleach 362

Bleach just seems to be getting better and better! Today’s Bleach 362 started out amazing and ended amazingly! Ichigo eliminates Ginjo, but comes back with his Fullbring Form. The other Xcution members complain that they also want a share of Ichigo’s powers and thus get them. At this point Yukio separates each Shinigami and Fullbring Member to fight within their own reality dimension until one dies.

So we start this fantastic episode with Ichigo apologizing to Ginjo for missing the Getsuga Tenshou he had sent before. Here Ginjo tries to retreat and regroup to fight another time, but Ichigo follows him and holds his shoulder and pulls him to the ground. While Ginjo falls Ichigo pushes Ginjo to the ground to get him to get serious.

They both keep fighting until a point where Ginjo is knocked out by the Getsuga Tenshou. Ichigo then calms down to find out that his powers didn’t only come from Rukia, Renji, Byakuya, Toshiro, Zaraki and Ikkaku but also Shinji, Rangiku, Unohana, Hanataro, Isshin, Urahara, Yoruichi and even Yamamoto.

Ginjo suddenly explodes with overwhelming power which he changes into his Fullbring form. His New Look changes as he now has bone type objects covering his chest, feet and his legs.

Toshiro then explains the reasons why Ichigo’s powers were returned to him, the first was that Ichigo had done a great deal for the Soul Society so they are in their debt. And the second is Kugo Ginjo.

Long before Ichigo was introduced in to the Soul Society, a man was issued a combat pass as a Substitute Soul Reaper. This Shinigami gave up the position and disappeared. The First Substitute Shinigami was awarded to Kugo Ginjo. That’s why when Ukitake first handed Ichigo the Combat Pass, he had told Ichigo about if Soul Reapers are beneficial to the Soul Society they will be giving the Combat Pass.

The Substitute Shinigami law was created for Kugo Ginjo. Byakuya then steps in to prevent Toshiro from telling too much information, Toshiro then tells Ichigo that they will deal with the details later on.

At this moment, the other members of Xcution arrive to claim there share of Ichigo’s power. Annoyed Ginjo slashes them with his sword and thus they transform into their Fullbring form.

Ichigo tells Ikkaku and the others to back off, as this was Ichigo’s fault. He launches a Getsuga Tenshou only to find out that he was under Yukio’s Invaders Must Die: Digital Radial Invaders. Ikkaku then approaches Yukio from behind only to find out a second time that the same trick has been used twice.

At this point, Yukio’s game attack tries to attack Ikkaku from behind, at the precise moment, Toshiro steps in to stop this attack and warns Ikkaku to keep himself on his toes and not to slack.

Ikkaku is then attacked by Moe, while Jackie steps forward to Renji, and Giriko comes to Zaraki as well as Tsukishima comes behind Byakuya. At this point Yukio starts out by making sure everyone’s spread out properly so they are able to fight whom they want.

So it’s Toshiro vs Yukio, Renji vs Jackie, Rukia vs Riruka, Ikkaku vs Moe, Byakuya vs Tsukishima and Ichigo vs Ginjo. At this point, they are within different types of world which best suits the Xcution members personality giving them an advantage, but do you think they’re going to win? The episode ends here.

What an amazing episode that was! I’m just getting hyped on how amazing the fights between these amazing characters will be! Really want to see how much they’ve grown both is mind and the amount power they now have! Can’t wait to watch next week’s Bleach 363.

Your Fullbring Is Mine – Bleach 360

A very shocking episode as Ichigo realizes that Ishida is in his side, while Tsukishima and Ginjo are both on the opposing start, the performance Ginjo gave was both convincing as well as dark, since it brought the whole plan together.

We start this fantastic episode with Moe Shishigawara entering the scene to fight Ginjo. Surprisingly, Ginjo could not detect the type of power that Moe has, although Ginjo was somewhat afraid of his power as he wasn’t able to see anything on this hands that would do such a thing.

At this point, Ichigo if fighting Tsukishima, but every blow Ichigo goes to hit Tsukishima with, both Inoue and Chad come and stop him. This allows Tsukishima to get an advantage both in numbers as well as mentally because Ichigo doesn’t fully understand what is going on here.

Tsukishima explains his powers to Ichigo, Book of the End, splits the past. Tsukishima’s Fullbring powers doesn’t manipulate time and memories, but in fact it has the ability to insert Tsukishima’s ‘presence’ into a person’s past, when Tsukishima slices someone like he did with Orihime and Chad.

Tsukishima then taunts Ichigo that he and he only has the only memory which is fake, Ichigo then looses it and attacks him right on, and is stopped Orihime’s shield. Chad then attacks Ichigo, which is stopped by only one hand from Ichigo, showing how powerful Ichigo has gotten just within this form. Chad starts to complain to Ichigo that he didn’t become strong to fight him, but in fact became strong to fight Tsukishima which has currently got Chad under his control.

Ichigo is punched out of the room by Chad’s Brazo Izquieda Del Diablo. Here, Ichigo now has the ability to fight Tsukishima properly, as Orihime and Chad are not going to get in the middle due to them fighting in the air.

We return back to Ginjo’s fight, Jackie Tristan releases her Dirty Boots Fullbring, Giriko Kutsuzawa does the same by releasing his Time Tells No Lies Fullbring. Riruka also releases her Dollhouse Fullbring, which is in the form of a Gun.

Moe then comes behind Ginjo and hits the guard which broke off. His Fullbring Jackpot Knuckle has the ability to control the odds and draw out the jackpot right from the start. Depending on the odds, the higher the odds the more powerful the attack while the lower the odds the less powerful the attack.

Outside, Tsukishima realizes that Ichigo has grown a lot more powerful as he is now able to release the Getsuga Tensho even in Fullbring mode. His powers have reawakened as well as the speed of his attacks are way faster than Tsukishima had anticipated.

Moe is then left to make sure that Ginjo is pushed outwards outside where Ichigo and Tsukishima are. As Tsukishima is going to be hit, Ginjo puts himself in the middle which causes him to be stabbed by Tsukishima.

Ginjo thinks that the effects of his Fullbring will take effect at a point, but in fact he then realizes that his original memories come back, this was due to him being stabbed a second time. This was all a plan for Ginjo to get stabbed once more at a specific time where Ichigo will feel as though Ginjo is his ally.

At this moment, Uryu Ishida appears, Ichigo thinks that, as Ishida was stabbed by Tsukishima, he is on the opposing side. Ishida tells Ichigo to come to Ishida’s side while he has his Ginrei Kojaku. He aims at what seems Ichigo, but as Ginjo gets up, Ishida yells “The guy who cut me, is the guy standing behind you!”, and sends a shot at Ginjo.

At this exciting moment, Ichigo then is cut horridly but Ginjo. He then explains that a second stab from Tsukishima neutralizes the effects from the sword. Ginjo’s Substitute Badge appears and places it over his sword, this changes the guard of it, giving it a skull on the guard. Ginjo ends this episode by saying “Your Fullbring Is Mine” and then stabbing Ichigo with his sword.

What a cruel episode, Ichigo must be going through a bunch of emotions right now, although I’m sure next week’s Bleach 361 episode, he’s going to kick everyone’s ass, since something BIG is coming up! And also don’t forget to tell me what you guys thought about today’s episode.

Ichigo trains with Ginjo – Bleach 354

Today’s Bleach 354, both Ichigo and Ginjo start to train so Ichigo can perfect his Fullbring. Ginjo’s training technique become a lot more harsh than how other Xcution members trained with Ichigo.

We start off as Yukio’s Invader’s Must Die traps Ichigo within Yukio’s game platform. We see this in the last Bleach 353 episode here.

After Ichigo being saved within Yukio’s game, Ginjo joins Ichigo for a training session to push Ichigo to getting his Fullbring. Ginjo explains the rules to Ichigo, they both have 6 lives, and after they run out of these 6 lives, it’s Game Over for them.

Ginjo’s Fullbring, Cross of Scaffolds and Ichigo’s yet unknown Fullbring are activated as they fight one another. Ichigo, as usual, pushing himself receives a total 5 major hits therefore he is deducted 5 lives from his side.

Here the episode ends for next episode. Unfortunately, I presume that next week’s episode will be a filler hence another boring episode of us all. Even thought it will be boring, Fillers are always somewhat significant to explain what had happened in the past of the current story. So hope Bleach 355 is good!

Kugo Ginjo Killed by Ichigo – Bleach 477

What a fantastic chapter! Ichigo kills Ginjo with his deadly strike which snaps Ginjo’s sword. During Ginjo’s last moments, he wonder if Ichigo and Ginjo were reversed. What different would that have made?

During last weeks chapter, Ichigo strikes him in the chest with his very powerful new sword. You can read about it here.

So during today’s Bleach 477 chapter, Ichigo and Ginjo keep fighting, even when Ginjo is in a disadvantage with the massive cut he just got from Ichigo. Both keep fighting to their full potential. As Ginjo becomes weaker, he finds out that his sword suddenly snaps, within that instant, Ginjo looses hope, he gives up and rests below on the ground.

“Ichigo… If the order we arrived was reverse, i wonder, would our positions be reversed as well?, would you be like me?, say Ichigo, if we were reversed, if we were, would we…?”, says Ginjo during his last moment. I’m pretty sure that he was going to end that sentence with, “would we be friends?”.

At this quick moment, Ichigo is attacked by Tsukishima, we saw his death, but no body was found. As Ichigo turns around, Rukia’s body, or to be exact, Riruka gets in the way. Her chest glows, as it opens, Riruka comes out. During this fast passed moment, Tsukishima strikes and see’s that he’s attacked Riruka with his real sword instead of his “Special Sword”, “This is the one that actually kills people!” she says.

Tsukishima insists on Riruka to move from her place so he can kill Ichigo. “Dont die, Ginjo!” Tsukishima shouts. Riruka replies, “Get it through your head already,Ginjo saved us. But the person who saved Ginjo is Ichigo…!”. As she says that, Tsukishima is shocked while Ichigo gives us the, I care but I don’t care look.

At the last moment, we see Tsukishima being saved by Ginjo. We see Ginjo smile and make Tsukishima happy. Ginjo takes Tsukishima under his wing, “From today onwards, you’re coming with me.”

What an amazing chapter! That was a little emotional, how Tsukishima cared for Ginjo even thought he wasn’t able to show it. It’s like the relationship between Meo and Tsukishima, Moe looks up to him, however Tsukishima doesn’t care. A past that could not be severed, and a bond that could not be saved! Great chapter deserves another great chapter! Read next week’s Bleach 478!

Ichigo’s Bankai vs. Ginjo’s Bankai – Bleach 476

In today’s Bleach 476, Ichigo and Ginjo both fight it out since Ichigo has made his mind up that he has to defeat Ginjo to prevent his friends and family from getting hurt.

I have to say that I thought Ichigo was a little dumb and seemed a little unresponsive with his thoughts at times, but from last weeks Bleach 475 manga chapter as well as this Bleach 476, I think that over time, Ichigo has really developed and can stand by himself to defeat his foes. Views last weeks manga here.

So in this Bleach 476 manga, Ichigo reminds himself that Kugo Ginjo was a Substitute Shinigami just like Ichigo is now. Ginjo doesn’t hesitate on revealing that “All of us have parents who were attacked by hollows before we were born.”, this means, “I’ve got some Hollow in me, same as you!”. After this shocking moment, which I knew was coming, I was blown away! Just thinking about how Ginjo’s Hollow Mask would look like would have endless possibilities! Comment below on how you guys think it might look like.

As Ichigo just acknowledges that Ginjo has Hollow Powers, he whips his sword to warn Ginjo that he has gotten a lot stronger from last time. “Bring it on, Ginjo. We’re Ending This.” Says Ichigo as he wants to end this fight with Ginjo. As they both go to attack each other, It’s resembles the fight between Ichigo and Aizen. Ginjo shouts “You Brat!!!”, just like Aizen. They Clash! and Bleach 476 “The Lost” begins!

As the fight progresses between Ichigo and Ginjo, we see Ichigo stays calm while Ginjo shouts at every possible moment. When Ginjo sends one of his more powerful attacks at Ichigo, we notice that Ichigo catches his attack just like Aizen’s attack on Ichigo during the other Arc.

At that moment, we see that Ichigo’s speed has increased as Ichigo quickly ends Ginjo’s streak. Ichigo strikes on Ginjo. “The Battle’s End!?” is what is stated on that page. But I’m pretty sure that Ginjo is still not dead, since he still has to release his Hollow Mask!

A great end to another fantastic manga. However next week’s Bleach 477 Manga Chapter will be the one to read! I definitely can’t wait!
