Erza Defeats S-Class Monster Fairy Glitter Cana Erza Wins Against 100 Monsters Erza vs S-Class Monster Erza's attacks 6 Erza vs 100 Monsters Erza's attacks 4 Erza's attacks 3 Erza's attacks 2 Erza against many monsterFairy Tail 167 shows us why Fairy Tail is always the top guild! We first start with Erza’s challenge right of 100 Monster in which she goes up against the strongest Monsters! Then the next challenge, Magic Power Finder (MPF), when everyone test their moves on the MPF to be ranked who may be the strongest, we find that Cana is gifted with the Fairy Glitter obtaining her a results which are literally unreadable!

Fairy Tail 167 begins after Erza challenges the monsters inside the Pandemonium by setting it to 100 Monster! She enters and the monsters quickly appears, she doesn’t waste a second and quickly starts attack the monsters as soon as possible. Everyone is quickly shocked that she may actually do this as she’s quickly found to be killing monsters one by one with all her Armor Re-equips!

She keeps on going to defeat most of the monsters, at this point, lots of people are crying and in shock that Erza’s pushing with everything she’s got! She finally faces the S-Class Monster to which she notices as being a small monster, but then it transforms into being such a large monster. Erza doubles her swords to give her more attack ability.

The S-Class Monster is known to be as soon as the 10 Saints, to which some of the Saints may not be able to defeat. Erza quickly backs off to re-analyze the situation. The pumpkin mentions that once all the others monsters are killed off, the S-Class monster is tripped in power. Erza keeps on being pushed back and dragged around after all the monsters shes fought.

However at each attack from the S-Class Monster, it seems like Erza keeps on cutting and preventing the monster from pushing her back. We notice that Levy seems to be repeating back to herself as though she was writing some kind of message for someone to read, she seems to be rewriting the past.

Erza keeps on pushing the monster back, she keeps on destroying the monster until it is fully crushed into a million pieces! Everyone cries out load after such an awesome spectacle! Erza fully defeats, she raises her hands to the skies in order to show her win! Everyone seems to be happy, while other guild members are scared and will need to watch out! Fairy Tail A congratulate her with her win!

The seven other contenders will now have to play for the other spots by fighting using the MPF or Magic Power Finder which calculated a numerical amount of power to which the attack made on the MPF has been made. The first one to play is Millianna who gets a score of 365! It’s a level high enough to make someone a captain in the Council.

Next up its Nobarly from Quatro Puppy with 124. Then Hibiki with only 95! After him it’s Obra from Raven Tail with 4 as he uses his little pet to get only four,  it’s mentioned that he cannot show his powers in public! The next person after his is Orga from Sabertooth who get a score of 3825, it’s mentioned that no one from the Council has never got such a score like this. Laxus is happy to find him having such a score.

Next up its Jura who is one of the 10 Great Wizard Saints, he manager to get a large score of 8544! And last up its Cana from Fairy Tail B, she doesn’t seem to have a lot of support as many other members are much more powerful But she takes her jacket off to reveal to Makarov and the others that she’s got the Fairy Glitter!

She quickly goes on to activate it and shows up how power the Fairy Glitter is, Mavis reveals that she had given it to her as a gift since she’s got a high latent ability to hold such great power. It is also mentioned by Mavis that she wants to win so had given it to her.

She quickly activates it to shake the whole grounds, she activates it and shows that its tremendous power cannot be compared as it completely destroys it showing an impossible 9999 number, it seems like it’s much more than this but it’s impossible to tell since no larger number than this exists. Cana shows that Fairy Tail is unstoppable! Raven Tail seems to have gotten the battle lists and propose to begins with their plans when Fairy Tail 167 ends here.

A great episode and it’s awesome to finally see Fairy Tail get the high numbers! It’s also fantastic to see Erza show off to the other girls such as Minerva and Kagura that she means business and isn’t there to just show off but to actually win it and get Fairy Tail back on top! Can’t wait for next week’s Fairy Tail 168, titled “Laxus vs Alexei”, when Laxus and Alexei from Raven Tail, there is also a great surprise waiting.

The Village’s Hero, Gildarts Clive – Fairy Tail 299

Fairy Tail 299 is pretty funny! It’s a nice change from the constant fights, plus Fairy Tail 300 will resume with the fights. We see Gildarts in his journey when he saves a young girl from these monster, his help is asked by the village to kill a monster, he does so, he also destroys the village when he falls down.

Fairy Tail 299 begins as Gildarts is walking, he falls tired when he notices some noise coming over from after the rocks. He sees a girl being captured by some monsters surrounding her. He quickly falls into action as he’s eyes turn into love heart. He steps in and the monsters also run, surprisingly the girl is scared and also runs away.

He reaches a village where he finds that everyone there is depressed, they are not happy at all. Some baskets of apples falls, Gildarts notices and it’s the girl from before. She says that she wants to thank him and say sorry for running away from him.

She also introduces him to the village head. He’s greeted by everyone and told the problem of why they’re unhappy. They show him the damage done by him. He looks at everyone’s faces and quickly agrees to help.

He goes to a cave where he notices a large animal like humanoid, it has a large hat with a large body. It’s happy to see Gildarts there as it’s going to try to kill him. Gildarts is happy to see it. The monster strikes but misses. Gildarts hits the monster with one strike and it’s quickly finished!

The villagers are happy to see that Gildarts has defeated the monster, he also brought back the hat. They are all cheering. They give him some more sake, he looks at the girls dancing in front of him, the girl he saved is also by his side. She tells him something, he’s shocked by what she said.

Gildarts is happy and he’s likely to follow her. A kid asks Gildarts to come with him to watch the screen, to watch the fight. Gildarts notices the fights which Erza did, as well as what Cana did. He enjoys his time, he starts to get rowdy and starts to make everyone else unhappy. He’s cheering for Cana!

He cries after finding out that she had won. He starts to run around in circles after finding out that Cana won. The villagers are shocked by the rowdy nature of Gildarts. Gildarts falls down by a small rock. As he falls down, the ground itself is split into many pieces as he doesn’t really have control over his powers.

The villagers kick him out of the village. Gildarts get’s up with a smile, he is proud of his daughter that she had won such a powerful event. As well as coming second from Erza in the competition.  He continues on his travels. Fairy Tail 299 ends here!

That was an amusing chapter! A funny chapter on Gildarts was certainly needed, even though he’s overpowered, its nice for him to joke around, plus it’s awesome to see how he can just accidentally change the nature of the soil beneath him! Can’t wait for next week’s chapter when we’ll get full color pages for Fairy Tail 300th chapter, titled “Where the Dragon’s Soul Rests”.

Fairy Glitter Activated – Magic Power Finder (MPF) – Fairy Tail 285

Another crazy Fairy Tail 285 chapter! Since Erza obliterated the Pandemonium Competition by taking on all the monsters at once! MPF or Magic Power Finder is a simple but effective way for challenge to go on. Orga steps in and gets a massive 3825 on the MPF, Jura steps in and impresses all getting 8544 on the MPF. Cana goes on last, she doesn’t seem to be one that would get a lot of points because she’s currently drunk, she goes on and activates Fairy Glitter given to her by Marvis. Cana absolutely maxes out the machine giving her a 9999 MPF Points!

The chapter continues from last week’s chapter as Erza dominates the Pandemonium challenge all in one go all by herself! Everyone cheers for her and remind themselves of who she is, Titania Erza Fairy Tail’s Strongest Female Mage! Every cheers and cries at the same time! Natsu, Wendy, Lucy and Gray come to the ring to tell her that she’s done an amazing job! Every other Fairy Tail member also cheer for her!

Minerva and Kagura notice that she’s powerful and that she knows Jellal pretty well. Fairy Tail A earn a massive 10 Points here! After some while, the pumpkin introduces a machine. It’s called the Magic Power Finder, MPF, which is used during training to measure how powerful an attack is.

Hibiki finds out that he’s at a disadvantage here because he’s a thinker, and thus he’s not that powerful. He asks Cana out on a date, she says that she can only manage one barrel, he tells her that she’s already drank too much. Gajeel, Laxus and Juvia tells her that the competition isn’t over yet.

Millianna goes on first, she uses one of her attacks to get an impressive 365 MPF Points. Lahar mentions that this score is a good level to become a squad captain. Novally goes on next from Quatro Puppy to get 124 MPF Points. Hibiki goes on next, he gets a miserable 95 MPF Points. Obra from Ravel Tail goes on next, everyone from Fairy Tail wonders what kind of power he will use. A small creature like pops out from him, he gets a very low 4 MPF Points.

Fairy Tail quickly come to the conclusion that he’s messing with them because he doesn’t want to show his powers. Flare asks Obra what he’s doing because they are going to lose. Alexie tells Flare to silence herself because he doesn’t want to show his magic in front of anyone else. Nullpudding tells Flare that he’s a guy that has to get forced to get serious for him to even try.

Ogra steps in from Sabertooth. He uses his 120 mm Black Lightning Cannon which gets an impressive 3825 MPF Points. Lahar is shocked because even in the Council there has been no one with that kind of score. Laxus looks at him as though he’s a worthy opponent. Ogra calls himself the strongest too soon because next up is, Jura!

Jura is one of the 10 Wizard Saints who is could easily surpass this number. He gets a little serious here and uses his Meidoufugaku which gets an impressive 8544 MPF Points! Every else is shocked at the number, even Ogra after calling himself powerful. This is a new record regarding the MPF! Makarov says that he’s at the level of Gildarts!

Up next is Cana from Fairy Tail B. She starts to take her cardigan off when someone tells her to stop stripping. Everyone is currently thinking that she won’t be able to do it. She takes her shirt off and Carla notices that there’s a mark on her hand. Makarov asks Marvis if that is the mark! Marvis tells him that she lent it to her for her to win this.

Gather! Oh Fairy Guiding River Of Light! Shine! To Destroy The Fangs Of Evil! Fairy Glitters is Activated and it’s all going down! The whole stadium trembles because of this magnificent technique! Every looks closely and even Jura’s record is broken! Sting from Sabertooth gets sweaty after seeing such a powerful technique! Cana obtains a maximum point of 9999 MPF Points because she’s maxed out the MPF Machine! She could have obtained an even larger number! Fairy Tail are currently unbeatable!

Nullpudding from Raven Tails shows Alexei the next matchups! He says that these pairings are quite creative! Raven Tail are ready to go on and fight because it’s going to be an amazing battle portion next! Fairy Tail 285 ends here!

Fairy Tail 285 was a big boost for Fairy Tail A and B in the competition even after being last! This is going to be an impressive competition after all! Next week’s Fairy Tail 286, Laxus vs Alexei will probably be one fantastic match up because Alexei sure does look like he’s going take Laxus on! This is going to be EPIC!

Erza vs 100 Monsters – Fairy Tail 284

Fairy Tail continues with Chapter 284. Yukino finds out that someone had busted into the Sabertooth Lodging to fight them, she predicts that it could be Natsu. Day 3 begins with Pandemonium as their next challenge. They choose the number of monsters they want to fight out of a hundred. Erza is picked first, she picks all 100 giving her the maximum number of points, she wins, everyone cheers for her!

FT 284 starts with a chapter name Pandemonium. In the town, Yukino overhears a couple of people about how a person had busted into Sabertooth’s lodging to attack them. Yukino wonders if that person who had attacked the Sabertooth guild could be Natsu.

Day 3 of the Competition Portion begins! Lahar is guest at the commentary table. He brings along Doranbolt so he could see using his own eyes that Fairy Tail is okay because they had disappeared for a while now.

Erza Scarlet from Fairy Tail A, Cana Alberona from Fairy Tail B, Millianna from Mermaid Heel, Obra from Raven Tail, Hibiki Lates from Blue Pegasus, Orga Nanagear from Sabertooth, Jura Neekis from Lamia Scale and finally Novally from Quatro Puppy.

The temple where evil monsters nest, Pandemonium rises up from the ground. The pumpkin explains the rules for this competition portion. He explains that there are 100 monsters within the temple. They are devising into five levels, D with 50, C with 30, B with 15, A with 4 and S with 1 monster(s). They show them a D class monster and everyone gets scared because of the looks and powers it had. They show some of the monsters and every is surprised by the size and strength of them.

As the class goes up, the battle power goes up exponentially. The S-Class monster has strength such that even one of the 10 Wizard saints can’t be guaranteed to defeat it alone. The pumpkin explains further that each person has a Monster Right. This Monster Right is the number of monster they choose out of hundred. Points are awarded to the number of monsters defeated with no regards to the monsters rank.

They all take a number out of the box with a number at the end indicating the number at which they enter the temple. Erza is picked first with Cana being last. Erza tells the pumpkin that she wants to take all the 100 Monsters at once! Erza’s Challenge Right is 100! Everyone is surprised at the amount of monster Erza picked! Even Doranbolt, Mavis Vermillion, and even Makarov Dreyar was surprised. Natsu and Gray laugh at the fact that she picked that many monsters to defeat.

The Pumpkin tells her that it’s impossible because the Temple itself wasn’t designed for such a large number of monster at once. The battle starts and she absolutely slaughters the monsters with her sword. As she becomes covered with wounds, the fairy hat should have fallen to Earth dances. She keeps on going. Everyone is surprised at the number of monsters shes beat Even the Special Monster (Class S) is beaten by Erza even after being stated that it’s unlikely to be beaten by the a Wizard Saint.

She beats all of them with everyone smiles as well as crying with excitement that she went through all of that to beat all of the 100 monsters! She is admired by everyone who is watching. It’s as though it gives hope of the strongest guild which was best 7 years ago! Fairy Tail 284 ends here!

What a fantastic chapter! With an amazing reminder of how Erza can look so stupid but actually pulling it off at the end! She’s truly an amazing mage! Fairy Tail is truly a fantastic guild! She deserves it all! Can’t wait for next week’s Fairy Tail 285, titled “MPF”. Doesn’t give any hints to what it could be.
