Suisei no Gargantia

Gargantia on the Verdurous Planet (or Suisei no Gargantia) is an immense and new anime featuring an amazing and intense inter-galactic war between the humans and a plant-like alien species called the Hideauze. The Galactic Alliance of Humankind is currently engaged in a genocidal war with the aliens in which a 16 year-old Ensign Ledo is piloting a Machine Caliber, an AI-automated humanoid-shaped battle suit which is referred to as ‘Chamber’.

After failing to destroy the enemies super-weapon, the Galactic Alliance retreat leaving behind a number of soldiers, Ledo is knocked into the wormhole after an alien attaches to him, he’s sent through the wormhole only to find out that he’s been in cryo-stasis for 6 months. After waking up, he discovers that he’s landed himself on the once frozen planet, Earth, which was abandoned. Discovering this he learns about ‘primitive’ humans, through this processes he faces many challenges.

I personally think that after only 5 episodes, it has great potential to be come an amazing anime. The characters are amazing and the pace and popularity is already picking up for the anime. Come At Me Bro – Zaraki and Laxus

Well there’s an image for that, as you can clearly see in the image above, Zaraki and Laxus are both very happy in going against each other, they smile and they go crazy. A third character is included which I personally think is the author who also wants to get himself in the action.

The fantastic image above was drawn by the one and only TovioRogers who has done a great job of creating a wonderful piece of artwork. I personally think that Zaraki will definitely win after he’s power just went from a normal amount to something which is not comparable to anything else.

Dragon Ball Z: Battle of Gods Film’s Battle Footage

Dragon Ball Z Battle of GodsThe upcoming release of Dragon Ball Z: Battle of Gods brings forth another great movie to the next generation of moviegoers. Battle of Gods’ Japanese release on the 30th of March 2013 will bring back another exciting champion to the already awesome Dragon Ball Z series.

Battle of Gods is supposedly the first film in the series to be considered an official part of the Dragon Ball story line being set between chapters 517 and 518 of the original manga during the ten year time skip with original creator Akira Toriyama being involved. It involves Bills (Birusu), who is the God of Destruction, learning of the defeat of the galactic overload Freeza by the hands of Son Goku! He goes on a journey with his companion Whis to the North Quadrant in order to challenge Goku to a battle.

The battle footage from the upcoming Dragon Ball Z: Battle of Gods (Dragon Ball Z: Kami to Kami) movie had aired on Japanese television. It involves Bills, also known as Birusu, taking on the Z Fighters as well as Super Saiyan 3 Goku! Let’s see what happens:

Sword Art Online (SOA), an immense and wonderful anime about a boy who gets himself trapped in a Virtual Reality Massively Multiplayer Online. His mission is clear, for him to get out of there as quickly as he can. One problem faces him, if he dies in-game, he dies in real life. We follow his impressive adventures as he faces a great deal of challenges as well as meeting a girl with the name of Asuna.

He falls in love, he even beats the game. The next problem now is that his love has been captured within another game, he once more goes in a fantastic adventure to find her. Along the way he reaches emotional hardship. Although the anime has been deemed complete with a mere 25 episodes, there is a great light novel which can be read by most as it’s been freely translated.

The reason for this post was to reveal an incredible anime to you guys, although it’s recently finished, it’s a great anime that is likely to get you hooked in just a few episodes! So I suggest you go and check it out, If you’ve watched it, please do tell me what you personally think about the anime! It’s been another fantastic year for anime, but unfortunately it’s time to let go of 2012 and rejoice with a brand new year full of hope and amazing new anime’s and manga. Furthermore, it’s also been a crazy and hectic year for Daily Anime Art, we mainly talk about Bleach, Naruto and Fairy Tail, but there are large number of other amazing animes which we may even go to in the new year! Fairy Tail’s own Fairy Wendy

Have you ever wondered that Fairy Tail Guild do not have any real fairies or any characters with any tails in them? Well the above image certainly contradicts that statement, Fairy Tail’s own Wendy Marvell has large wings and is really tiny that she’s perfect to be a Fairy. In fact since she’s a Dragon Slayer, she deserves to have a Dragon’s Tail.

When someone mentions Naruto’s Will Of Fire, you wouldn’t imagine Naruto actually riding a fiery boulder whilst it falls from the sky’s you’d think of Naruto’s determination and character towards protecting both his friends and the people of his village. However this image does metaphorically give the idea that Naruto’s Will Of Wire is strong.

Orihime Inoue’s Dance – Bleach

Another wonderful image of Orihime Inoue as she dances. Possibly to one of the awesome Bleach openings or endings. We also know that we’ve never seen Orihime dance before, especially the moment when Ichigo went to help Rukia instead of Orihime.

I’m also sure she’d be a good dancer like most other anime dancers who fancy a dance. Orihime being herself would probably do her best if someone like Ichigo was watching, and if a filler did come to the anime about dancing then I’m pretty sure that Ichigo would also be pretty proud of her.

A Dangerous Couple – Zoro Roronoa & Erza Scarlet

There is no other title that can be used if both Erza Scarlet from Fairy Tail and Zoro Roronao from One Piece were a couple. Both of these bad asses are real tough especially with their swordsmanship and fighting style.

Although I don’t watch One Piece, even after lots of people tell me, I wont be spending my time watching catching up to the latest episode and manga. I know enough to suggest that if both of these were a couple, it would be a dangerous mix against any enemy! They would both just obliterate anyone against them.
