The Desert Tiered Imperial Funeral is another new technique by Gaara which uses a large amount of Sand. Gaara surrounds the enemy with his Sand which has many layers of layers of materials. It traps the enemy by compressing them into a huge Pyramid which acts as a prison sand on the target!
This technique is used on the Second Mizukage! Although looking at the later pages, it seems the Mizukage may have escaped!
